Once you've paid these people, expect to be ignored. My furniture was delivered one month ago, on a Friday. I had a complaint about one of the items and texted an image of it to CB. The person I spoke to said someone would contact me on Monday. No one did. I am still waiting. I phoned again today. The same person said he was with a customer and said he would ring back in 15 minutes. He did not call back at all. A very disappointing after-sales service, especially since I have just spent almost £12,000 (twelve thousand) with them!

If you want quality and universal design you visit this place.

Nice sales staff and true to their word on delivery times and price. My items became available for delivery 4 weeks earlier than planned which was great. While waiting, due to serving other customers was offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch, coffee shop is nice and worth a visit while in store with reasonable prices and nice cakes. All round a great experience.

A very good, but expensive, shop. Well worth a browse. The colleagues that work there are very friendly and appear knowledgeable. There main focus appears to be very attractive furniture. Parking is easy, with a very big car park just outside and a reasonable Waitrose very close by.

Always used this shop ,Ordered a stressless chair and its causing me stress ! A 6 week delivery time has turned into a 10 week wait . No Phone call,I have had to do the chasing not much customer satisfaction.

Liars and Cheats. Take your money and deliver absolute rubbish. cheap rubbish! Ordered a new Sofa. £1200 which I had to borrow. Looked lovely in the showroom. Then after it was delivered the Arms are totally different shapes, the cushions are filled with the kind of cheap rubbish akin to a £5 cheapest of the cheap pillow. Fibres, misshapen and never returns to its original shape. The backs are lumpy, clumpy misshapen and the stitching is not even straight. By Contrast our last sofa also cost £1200 and the cushions are the same shape as the day we bought it, and it is 7 years old. Customer service sent out a "technician" who turned up 3 weeks later at 0730 in the morning after arranging a visit at 0815.. All he did was take out the cheap filling, weigh it and leave! Now we receive a letter stating the sofa is an incredibly good condition and I should consider unzipping all the cushions (it even took the technician 15 minutes to do this complicated exercise) and plumping them up! SHOULD YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TO A NEW SOFA??? Just to then fins the cheap rubbish they fill it with goes out of shape and lumpy and clumpy the moment to sit down again. This is probably the worst experience we have ever had with a company who claim to have A1 products and customer services. They are liars and cheats, and I am stuck with a 2-bit sofa that I paid a small fortune for.

I have purchased many items from this store ranging from kitchen utensils to furniture and carpets . I always find this shop interesting with friendly, helpful staff. Their sale items are competitive.

Some good solid wood furniture. The ones I liked were already sold! Despite walking around for 20 mins and showing interest in various items, no staff seemed interested.

Ordered four dining chairs which ended up being unsuitable for the space in our kitchen. Promptly called to request a collection and refund expecting to have to pay the collection fee of course. After four phone calls to “see what they could do”, was eventually told that we have to pay a 25% “restock fee” as it was a cancellation. This is very excessive and was not pointed out to us when we purchased the chairs. The chairs were not bespoke - just average chairs. We have returned much larger furniture to other stores without a penalty of hundreds of pounds. The store policy is only in small print under point no.20 on the back of the invoice - so writing this review to make others aware before they buy.
