StrideFit is awesome - I have been training with Rob for almost a year now and the boot camps are always varied and fun. My fitness has increased and I have made some new friends, all the while not being in a gym. We get down to Hove Lawns in the rain, hail and occasional sun and it's brilliant!

Rob @ Stridefit sessions are great fun and friendly. The bootcamp sessions are challenging in the right way- with different levels of fittness catered for within the same class. Training outside is a lovely way to get fit - great for the body and the mind. It's fun to mix up bootcamp sessions with the Stridefit organised weekend trail run on the South Downs. Stridefit is a great way to get fit in Brighton and meet some new people while you are at it.

The best bootcamp with the best people! Rob manages to think of new drills, combos and games every week which keeps the sessions varied and great fun - you (almost) forget you're doing exercise! The trail runs are absolutely brilliant too; so motivational and perfect for anyone who may be less than enthusiastic about plodding around on tarmac. I love it!

When I started looking for a class I realised I didn't want to attend an aggressive boot camp, I wanted to find someone who would push hard and encourage performance but who would also pick up on form so you can get the most out of the sessions - Rob does all this and more. The sessions are really challenging and great fun. Rob's expertise and attention to detail is invaluable. If I could do a session every morning I genuinely would!

Before I moved to Brighton I had trained at a Boot Camp in Reading and wanted to find a similar Boot Camp in Brighton. One that pushes you and encourages you, whilst being mindful of each persons fitness level and without shouting in your ear. Rob at Stride Fit delivers on this, providing a great workout with variety, challenges, team working and a positive atmosphere. He is mindful of everyone's pains, niggles, injuries and level and he swaps out activities accordingly for each person. The greatest compliment I can give is after I have finished a session I am already looking forward to the next one, even at 6.30 in the morning in the rain. If you want to increase your fitness levels, loose wait, feel better in yourself then I would recommend you sign up to Stride Fit down on the lovely Hove Lawns.

Before joining Rob's bootcamps, I'd barely done any exercise and wasn't (and still aren't) a fan of the gym. But since joining Stridefit I've now got a new found love for working out. (Something I never thought I'd say). Rob is an excellent coach and is able to understand how far a person can be pushed. I have a weaker left side and some exercises involving the upper body and arms can be difficult but Rob always has an alternative. Would definitely recommend Stridefit to anyone and everyone.

Best bootcamp and trail running group in town! I have been a regular at Stridefit since it started almost 5 years ago! Everyone is so friendly and Rob manages to make every single class different so you never get bored. Always feel amazing after a class as I've worked hard but also had a laugh. Highly recommend it! Oh and it's outdoors what more can you ask for!

Before I signed up to bootcamp classes I always joined gyms, got bored and found work out routines stagnant and tedious. Bootcamp is easily the best thing I've ever done! The instructors are all great people, knowledgeable, motivating and friendly. What I love about bootcamp is meeting new people and pushing myself harder than I ever would at the gym. Exercising with other people with different fitness levels is a great motivator. I never thought I'd say it but I actually look forward to doing exercise :) the classes are always challenging and they fly by! There is something for everyone. If you're considering attending a free class DO IT! I haven't looked back.

Challenging but fun workouts with a friendly bunch of people. I've been going for a few years now and still enjoy it. Rob does a great job of mixing things up so no two sessions are the same. Highly recommended

I just love the team and the exercises, which are different at each sessions! I don't know how Rob does this! The even better thing is that we always work in teams and this makes exercising really fun! I'd session sessions are too short as we having so much fun! Can't recommend enough!

Rob is encouraging and supportive, and makes sure everyone works to their full potential. He makes sure that you all fitness levels are capable of the exercise, you can work at your own pace and he will adapt them for any injuries you may have. The classes are always varied so you don't get bored, with different types of games and team activities.

I recently started StrideFit and have loved the sessions at Hove Lawns so far. The sessions are tough (with plenty of options to adjust the difficulty) but the friendliness of Rob and those that attend ensure the sessions fly by. Exercising outside is so much nicer than anything in a gym!

Love it! StrideFit is a brilliantly crafted workout that's so much fun I sometimes forget what hard work I'm doing (until the next day!) I'm new to bootcamp but after just a few weeks I can see and feel an improvement in my fitness. I haven't done exercise like this for a very long time but Rob makes sure the classes work for any and every fitness level. It's just great being outside in the wind and the weather and the mud. Highly recommend!
