A good variety of desserts. Self service checkout option. Large enough to have most things you need.

One thing I really wish this Sainsbury’s would deal with is the fact that there is no cart station on the second floor. The elevator takes a long time to take up to the second floor as it is always full. There isn’t much that can be done about that but to then have to take the elevator back down again to return your cart and get your coin back can take up to 10 minutes and be frustrating. Seems like a simple solution and I hope they put it into practice.

One of my SONS came out as trans today😱 i tried talking to HIM and told him that HES just confused...HE wouldn't listen to me😵 I ended up posting about this situation on mums.net but all those slags kept telling me to just accept her I deleted the app immediately since it was all incorrect. I ended up sending HIM to a Christianity camp since HE isn't mentally well and jesus❤ can cleanse HIM from HIS sin. Its been 3 years since HE left the camp. HE still thinks HES a girl🤦🏼‍♀️ and HE hasn't spoke to me since...what do i do🥺 #WAP

Relatively easy to shop here. A wide range of products, as it was my first time here I did a lot of wandering. The Isle labelling was not too visible due to all the adverts, would be nice to have more people to help on the floor. But overall a very pleasant place to shop, lovely atmosphere 😊.

The staff here were very helpful. Me and my partner were in their looking at something we asked the staff for help and we got the answers we needed. Massive store with multi storey carpark, disabled facilities. On site cafe too.

Always good place...very good staff. You'll find most of your requirements and if you more than £10 worth of shopping they'll pay for your parking... nice?!!?

Pretty good store layout and I like the fact parking can be free in the Heart when I'm doing my weekly shop. They've recently increased the minimum spend to get this from £10 to £15 and it is capped at 2 hours. Be careful on the travelator from the car park, especially in the rain, as when it's wet it can be really slippy but they do try and make signs to warn/remind you. Smartshop was a game changer that made shopping really easy. If you have nectar I would definitely recommend trying it.

Visited around 4.20pm on a Sunday, they close at 4.30pm. The shelves were pretty empty so we had to go to Tesco's to get our 3 items.

Been using this supermarket for years now. Easy access to parking from two roads so you're never really stuck getting in or out of it. Generally good range of products but if you're looking for clothing or Toys, I would say drive to Sainsbury in Cobham as this one doesn't have a huge range. Overall it's a very handy place on the way to/from work or can stop by after school run. While can always grab a coffee opposite or even visit the library should you wish. The parking is free for upto 2 hours (I think) if you spend £10 or more.

I went for some support underwear which I have bought in there before, knickers to be precise, they don't sell them anymore in fact they don't even sell them online any more, which is ridiculous because they were always sold out when I wanted to get some from the store, I've heard other people say why have they stop selling this product. It seems it's always the way with retail something that's popular then gets discontinued, why is that? I've worked in the retail sector and I still can't figure it out, it's baffling beyond belief. I do hope that someone from sainsbury's up high replies to this, to explain why.

Loved it! I've not shopped here before, and it was good. Nice wide aisles, well stocked shelves, and so much choice! However, there is a problem with sell-by dates. I bought a pork joint, beef joint and a chicken - ALL with a sell buy date of the 23rd which was the date I bought them. It's not like me to not check dates in my usual shopping place, Tesco, but I think I was excited to be shopping somewhere else and I didn't check any dates at all. Big lesson learned 🙄

Friendly staff and good selection. Parking is convenient, once 10+ £ spent becomes free for 2 hrs. Full of parking slots anytime of the day or week

The store is fine but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, please implement a proper cleaning schedule. The state of the ladies loos was grim to say the least and the smell so bad I was physically sick.

Well stocked and never too busy. Always easy to find a cash register to purchase.

As always a limited but good gluten free selection. A really like the bread selection in the gluten free section and the variety of brands. The downside is the fresh gluten free section. As those with either celiac or intolerances will know it is important to have the food separated especially as things like the quiches float freely in a box. They and other GF products are however plonked directly next to, below, and sometimes surrounded by vegan products because apparently they amount to the same thing? Nope they all had gluten and like the quiche had no internal wrapping. If like me all that is needed us a singular tiny crumb for weeks of pain, this is a problem. Other than that. Great store.

Visited Sainsbury's in Walton this afternoon for very few things one of which was a pack of 12 small bottles of Evian water. Shelf price 4.25, charged price 4.50. When I asked for the manager a young lady came and politely offered to refund me the 25p difference or to take back the item. Is this acceptable? Personally I call it daylight robbery. Was this a rare event? Looking forward to hear comments

Nice regular store but I didn’t explore it. Just wanted to get a stand fan. The good thing is that there’s a small Argos outlet inside on your left as you enter Sainsbury’s. Argos you can order online, pay online or in store (I think) and collect it there. Also it’s in like a square with restaurants outside and other stores.

Very well stocked Super market , friendly staff . We visited Sainsbury's for our Flu jabs @ the in store Lloyds chemists . Lloyd's seem to have a problem with their computer system not being compatible with the stores system this also appears to be the case with our local branch @ Sunbury . This made the process difficult but have to congratulate the Pharmacist there who was most helpful under the circumstances .

Good size Sainsbury's, small clothing section, Argos collection too. Food is always stocked and fresh and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - even trying to make my baby smile while I tried to finish my purchase 😍

Wanted to buy publicised Jack Daniels, Gordons Gin and Bombay Sapphire special offers. Called first time, option 1 not working and the phones were not working. Hung up and re-dialled. Options worked and it asked me to head over to a website. Really! If Shepperton store picks up the phone in person and is efficient (but has no stock), what's your excuse Walton? It's only about £104 order for Sainsbury's. Don't worry I don't have the time to waste.

Sainsbury's always have offers then at the till it doesn't read it. I bought Sensodyne toothpaste and it said it was on offer for £3.50 (or something). When I got home I realised I paid £5.50.

Staff are always kind friendly and helpful. One member of staff went at the back to see if she could find something for me.
