My now husband got my beautiful engagement ring from Number 10 and had such great service from Sarah and Hannah who was his hand model when picking my ring. We got my engagement ring made smaller, then had a slight issue with a loose diamond (I was informed prior that this may happen) and I just took it to store and it was fixed straight away! The service was so good we went back again to get our wedding rings. There was a really good choice of rings which made the decision quite difficult, but Sarah was really helpful with giving advice and het opinion. I got married with my Nans ring which I took in and asked them to have a look to tell me a bit more about the diamonds, metal etc, and they were more than happy to help. They even cleaned the ring and made it into a perfect circle as it was slightly oval as the ring is >60 years old. The service was brilliant and I recommend the shop to everyone for a personal experience.

Wonderful jewelers, we purchased both of our engagement rings and wedding rings from here. They really listen to what you want and don't pressure you at all. A great selection and a partnership with a hand engraver so you can make pieces your own. Cannot recommend enough.

Chose to visit number 10 today after looking at the array of jewellers to chose from close by. Best decision we made! Didn't feel pressured at all to buy, the staff were happy to show us anything and gave us all their attention and time. We bought our wedding rings there and then, great service which all to often doesn't exist these days.

My partner and I took a trip to Brighton as he wanted to know what styles of engagement rings I liked. We stumbled across Number 10 and I’m so glad. The two ladies who served us were fantastic, I thought I wanted a simple trilogy ring all diamonds the same size however one of the ladies (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten names) noticed the rings I wear are quite funky so she brought over another ring which was different to any I’ve seen and I fell in love!! Pleased to say my partner went back to get it and popped the question the other day- five months since I saw the ring and I’m still OBSESSED 😍 thank you! We will be back for our wedding bands

We had the best experience at Number Ten this weekend picking out our wedding rings. From start to finish, it was brilliant. We easily booked an appointment on their website and Paige took great care of us on arrival and through the appointment. She was so friendly & knowledgable, sharing all the detail about the rings, answering any and all questions, really supportive and had brilliant advice. We were also helped by Alex who was great, just a really lovely, friendly experience. A small, local store, run entirely by women who really know their stuff and are genuinely really nice people. It made the experience so special for us, thank you so much!

Bought our engagement ring here today, having spent 6 hrs yesterday trying to choose between around 7-8 that we found in various shops in the lanes. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and non pushy staff really helped make the experience less stressful and more relaxed. Alex and Paige went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and bought the most stunning piece of jewellery. We are very happy.

This lovely shop has something for everyone. I am always fortunate to be served by the owner herself. I have increased my taste from gold bracelet to diamonds and they sure are my best friend. They were able to provide detailed information on bands and diamonds, with a varied range to help guide me through my options. A final bespoke service was then no trouble to provide a ring to fit my desired specifications, which is perfect. Would definitely recommend :)

Erin and Sarah at number ten were absolutely incredible with helping my husband Ed choose and design my engagement ring and then helping us both choose our wedding rings. The service they provided was above and beyond and particularly for Ed who was quite nervous and worried about choosing a ring for me said they whole process was made so much easier for him. The rings are absolutely beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will certainly be sending Ed back in a few years when it’s time for my eternity ring 😉 xx

We bought my engagement ring in 2009. It’s a beautiful ring with 9 separate diamonds. My mum passed and she wanted me to have her engagement ring. We asked number 10 if they would add my mums diamond to it. They were so delighted to do this for us and they did such an exquisite job. I cried when I saw my ring, it’s so stunning.
