Great place to take your dogs for a walk. Big open field that is surrounded by woodland. When it’s raining it doesn’t get too wet in the woodland If you walk anti clockwise from the car park until about half way round. On the whole good dog owners and lots of friendly dogs, a cute little agility park, but the car park closes at 4pm

I have been visiting Allen's Field for over 10 years and it has given me many hours of pleasure. The field and the surrounding woods are a hidden gem. Perfect for a picnic, tables provided. There is a public car park and the butterfly sanctury.

A nice place for a dog walk around the field and part of the woodland area. Smallish area, but better than walking the same streets.

Allen's Field is a great place to walk your dog. & recently made on the opposite side of the car park is a dog agility course. It is not visible from the field itself as it has been built in a large 'crater'. Really good.

Lovely field with paths round the edge which lead into woodland. Nice quiet area for children and dogs. Not a lot of dog poo, which is great. No play park, but a wooden bridge and carvings for children to play on. Finally a dog agility area, which can also be fun for everyone if you are creative..

Lovely walk, dog loved it in the woods with squirrels. Bit muddy in places due to wet weather recently. No formal paths, so not push buggy friendly. Little dog agility area in corner you .ca use, though expect to exercise more here than your dog, ours just looked at us and thought really, you want me to jump, go through tunnels.

Nice place in a corner of a field for dogs to have fun with some Agility equipment. Gets a bit boggy after heavy rainfall.
