I
can’t
speak
highly
enough
about
Cabo
Palos
Taberna.
First
and
foremost,
the
food
is
delicious
and
the
best
in
Madrid.
Throughout
various
weeks
in
Madrid,
various
weekly
menu’s
and
various
visits,
I
DID
NOT
have
even
one
poor
or
average
meal.
Every
single
meal
was
incredible,
authentic,
and
extremely
fresh.
The
food
is
extremely
unique
and
often
with
sophisticated
recipes.
The
owner
is
very
passionate
about
his
dishes
and
takes
time
to
create
top
class
offerings
each
week.
Additionally,
each
meal
is
cooked
fresh
(in
sight)
with
authentic
(and
local)
ingredients.
Cabo
Palos
is
as
close
to
homemade
as
possible
without
being
from
your
direct
family.
Being
away
from
home,
Cabo
Palos
was
the
most
authentic
and
homemade
meal
I
had
by
far.
I
really
appreciated
knowing
the
authenticity
and
freshness
of
each
meal.
There
were
many
times
I
saw
the
owner
hand
deliver
the
ingredients
into
the
restaurant.
The
dishes
range
across
all
options
from
various
meats,
seafood,
vegetarian
options,
and
(a
lot)
more.
Their
is
certainly
something
for
everyone.
The
portions
are
huge
(even
for
lunch).
You
get
one
appetizer,
one
main
meal,
and
one
desert
(with
a
beverage
if
you
sit
at
the
restaurant).
Compared
to
the
North
American
standard,
you
would
assume
the
appetizer
was
your
main
meal
and
that’s
it.
Often,
even
just
the
appetizer
is
enough
food
to
satisfy
your
hunger.
It
is
certainly
the
best
value
for
my
money
that
I
experienced
in
Madrid.
The
price
is
not
beatable.
While
the
food
is
incredible,
and
the
value
is
next
to
none,
I
want
to
acknowledge
the
staff.
From
the
owner,
to
the
waitress,
to
the
chefs
and
the
others,
each
are
extremely
kind
and
positive
people.
They
always
went
out
of
their
way
to
welcome
me
and
make
me
feel
at
home.
I
want
to
call
out
Chele
(the
owner),
Lucia,
Rene,
Nelson,
Ludy
and
Cris.
They
are
incredible
people,
very
helpful,
and
always
with
a
smile
on
their
face.
They
truly
make
for
an
incredible
experience
at
Cabo
Palos.
Even
beyond
service,
it
was
incredible
to
get
to
know
them
as
people.
They
are
always
looking
out
for
you
and
want
to
make
you
happy.
They
also
took
the
time
to
get
to
know
me
and
always
stopped
by
for
a
chat
about
my
time
in
Madrid.
If
you
are
also
a
tourist,
rest
assured
that
their
English
is
incredible!
Two
recommendations:
-
Make
a
reservation
in
advance
as
it
can
get
busy
and
seating
is
limited.
-
Visit
their
Instagram
for
photos
of
their
weekly
menu
(this
really
helps
you
chose
what
you
want
to
eat).
Thanks
to
each
of
you
at
Cabo
Palos
for
the
delicious
meals
the
last
couple
of
months.
I
came
to
Cabo
Palos
various
times,
had
a
different
meal
each
time,
and
was
always
beyond
satisfied
each
time.
Cabo
Palos
exceeded
all
expectations.
