The
experience
with
this
residence
has
been
FASTER
in
addition
to
very
serious
negligence
being
committed
and
I
want
to
record
everything
so
that
it
does
not
happen
again
to
anyone.
We
admitted
my
grandmother
to
this
residence
in
August
after
having
had
COVID
in
May
that
caused
her
to
lose
all
mobility
in
addition
to
needing
oxygen
24
hours
a
day,
thinking
that
in
the
residence
she
would
be
well
cared
for
and
could
recover
with
some
rehabilitation
program.
The
second
day
of
being
there
we
went
to
visit
it
and
the
panorama
we
found
was
Dantesque.
All
the
grandparents
with
little/no
mobility
were
"parked"
next
to
the
dining
room,
in
a
room
without
air
conditioning
or
fans,
with
horrible
heat
in
the
middle
of
August,
with
the
TV
on
but
muted,
while
the
assistants
were
chatting
in
the
hallway
with
the
air
conditioning.
When
we
entered
the
room,
my
grandmother,
whose
head
is
in
perfect
condition,
was
looking
lost
and
as
soon
as
she
saw
us,
she
cried
and
asked
us
to
get
her
out
of
there.
She
told
us
that
they
had
left
it
there
first
thing
after
breakfast
and
it
was
already
1:30
p.m.
So
she
had
been
in
the
same
position
for
at
least
3
hours
where
they
had
left
her
until
lunchtime.
When
we
went
to
move
her
wheelchair
we
found
that
the
oxygen
tube
that
goes
from
the
noseband
to
the
machine
was
on
the
floor
without
being
connected
to
the
machine,
so
she
had
been
without
oxygen
since
she
had
been
left
there
for
the
morning.
We
ran
to
call
an
assistant,
who
came
and
said
they
hadn't
noticed.
After
a
few
minutes,
my
grandmother
began
to
feel
bad,
she
was
short
of
breath
and
a
nurse
had
to
come
who
verified
that
her
vital
signs
were
going
down
very
quickly
and
her
oxygen
saturation
was
at
60.
They
made
us
go
to
the
office.
"doctor"
instead
of
her
coming
and
I
put
it
in
quotes
because
the
performance
was
shameful.
A
young
woman,
with
a
Venezuelan
accent,
who
didn't
even
move
from
her
chair
and
had
a
"wow,
they're
coming
to
bother
me"
face
when
we
entered.
The
nurse
even
had
to
tell
him
that
the
situation
seemed
serious
and
that
he
had
been
with
the
oxygen
turned
off,
so
that
he
could
"the
doctor"
will
get
up
from
the
chair.
After
putting
her
on
maximum
oxygen,
she
stabilized
and
we
had
to
take
her
back
to
the
dining
room
ourselves
where
we
discovered
that
her
table
was
facing
a
wall
and
that
was
the
final
straw.
That
same
afternoon,
we
took
my
grandmother
out
of
that
residence
and
the
next
day
she
was
admitted
to
the
emergency
room
at
Gregorio
Marañón
where
she
was
admitted
for
more
than
15
days
in
a
very
serious
condition
with
CO2
poisoning
from
having
had
uncontrolled
oxygen
rhythms.
If
you
stay
one
more
day
at
the
residence,
you
don't
count
it.
The
time
at
that
residence
has
been
HARMFUL,
it
was
only
there
for
two
and
a
half
days
and
in
that
time,
in
addition
to
everything
already
mentioned,
they
have
lost
a
toiletry
bag,
a
T-shirt
and
a
pair
of
pants
that
they
never
found.
The
icing
on
the
cake
is
having
been
CLAIMING
for
almost
5
months
to
get
back
the
deposit
of
€2,460
that
we
had
paid
for
a
"shared"
room
and
that
after
everything
committed
they
still
deducted
almost
€200
from
us
for
the
two
and
a
half
days
it
was
there.
.
REGRETTABLE
and
SHAMEFUL
is
the
business
of
nursing
homes
where
in
addition
to
the
money
they
charge
you
and
you
have
to
bring
your
own
wheelchair,
your
oxygen
machine
and
in
some
even
diapers,
the
elderly
are
not
well
cared
for.
An
experience
to
forget
and
giving
thanks
for
having
gotten
my
grandmother
out
of
there
in
time.
