I've reflected, and still feel this is the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. To be balanced - the pros are that it is in a good location, and the prices are reasonable. However, this did not compensate for us being verbally abused whilst eating here. It was an unusual experience, but we quickly realised that we were treated badly because we were foreign. The man running things (short, black hair, some facial hair, quite chubby) was dismissive of us, and made clear that he was serving the locals before us. He mocked our attempts at Spanish (no, not in a jovial way), we had to wait over an hour for our bill, and he became aggressive and verbally abusive towards us when we asked for it a third time. All the while, we saw locals arriving, eating and leaving in the time we were waiting. It was quite shocking. We made a hasty retreat, and were reassured by a local that he can be quite rude/strange at times, so it was nothing personal. I'm not sure if that made it better or worse! But it was a very uncomfortable/slightly frightening experience, and we will not be returning.

Worst restaurant in Spain. Ordered sandwiches, hamburger and a tequenos. Tequenos were just warmed in the microwave and half cold. Burger was absolutely tasteless and as basic as possible. They even mention the bread in the menu and was the absolute cheapest burger bun you can find. 8euro for the burger was absolute theft. Fries come with the sandwiches and burgers but are salted only on top, too greasy and tasteless. Do not recommend.

I only took one photo of the food, which is such a disservice to the deliciousness and the type A service we got. Two ladies served us, one whom spoke very little English and the other none at all, but they were AMAZING! They did their best to help us choose two meals and made recommendations for dessert and drinks. It was after 10 pm but you wouldn't know it! The place was alive and waitstaff were upbeat. Wish I could have gone back. We ordered grilled beef with patatas bravas and the other was an open sandwich with brie and caramelized onion. I could not have enough of either dish. After stuffing my face, I still had dessert. I can’t remember what it was but it was a cake and it was to die for!

A rather pleasant little restaurant right next to the metro with excellent food and service. We were served by a server named Willy and he was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was perfect, I would definitely recommend the veal steaks, which are cooked exactly as they should be and nicely seasoned.

Great place, nice tapas, service is fast and friendly. Inside, outside, barrels and terras. Willy, Faisal and all the staff keep the orders moving. In the sun or in the shade and even my kids are happy - in the park.

Willy was our waiter, and he was so passionate and helpful. We didn't speak the same language, but he was patient to use Google translate with us and we communicated. The food was also fantastic.

Surprise birthday party!! The staff Javi & Fran couldn’t do enough for our party. So friendly and accommodating our ever growing table! Thank you for a great evening 🙏

We have spent a few days on barrio de la Prosperidad on our trip to Madrid, to get a feeling of the real Madrid. This place is the go-to spot on this nice neighborhood. Friendly service at any time of the day. It sits right next to the Prosperidad Metro station, so even if you are not too close, it’s just a metro ride away. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. But the secret sauce is the staff; in particular Willie and Priscila. How wonderful and friendly. Enjoy La Prospe!

Good food, decent price, friendly staff with the exception of Javi. We have been there twice and he twice refused to serve us, claiming all tables to be reserved ( plenty of free tables outside and 4 couples came after us without reservations). Luckily his colleagues were friendly and seated us.

Great place if you're Spanish, but if not, then one or two of the staff tend to ignore you. That said, other staff members are very friendly and attentive, so overall, it is a good place for groups of friends as long as at least one of you is Spanish.

Great place in the central plaza of the district, right next to a metro station, affordable and easy going. We went there twice so this means something ;) If only the pig’s ears on the second day were chopped into slightly smaller pieces…

Extremely good food, very good service, the staff are extremely friendly and funny. The bar is also situated in a great area where you can sit back and watch the world go by.

Quite a noisy local and friendly bar which was very busy at 8.00 in the evening with young people finishing work or just out for a beer. Lovely tapas and wine at very reasonable prices.

Popped into this Tapas bar in the evening, very relaxed and service was good. Ordered some Tapas and drinks for 3 people bill was quite reasonable. Food was nice, croquettes were delicious (best I've had, patatas bravas equally delicious and hot.. I'm here for a few days so I will be returning 😊... Worth a look 👍👍

Recommended to us by a friend who works in Madrid. Very patient with my poor Spanish to order. Food was great, with big portion sizes. Atmosphere was good, clearly busy and popular with locals.

It is the typical bar in the neighborhood of Prosperidad in Madrid; the beer is ok, but the attention is not so good, and I missed the tapa. What is happening in Madrid, the traditional tapa is being lost?

Great place to have a night cap. The waiter Jairo was very nice and very thoughtful. A very nice vibe for a late summer night.

We have been here with some colleagues after work. Table and place downstairs has been cozy! Meat has been amazingly good. Stuff very friendly. Definitely coming back another time in summer 😃

Good tapas place on a busy little square. Almost 10 euros for a beer and a pulled pork bocadillo seems to be a bit overpriced.
