Elevator doesn't always work - had to carry our luggage. Extremely basic breakfast (they give you a voucher to a local cafe which gets you one glass of juice, poor quality coffee, croissant and a sweet pastry). Bathrooms are on the small side. Location is convenient.

Clean room and people who are working there , they are kind , friendly and helpful. Especially Alina and Gabriel they helped us a lot. The only bad is that there is no fridge in the room .🇬🇷

Friendly staff. Hot shower. But dark room with courtyard view. The restaurant below the hostel was loud. Could hear all the noises from the restaurant kitchen. Wifi didn't work at all. The light didn't work either. Bed was comfy.

Been here three times already, because of work. The rooms are so clean and the bed is comfy, the people here is very nice. In fact I forgot about my shirt the last time I was here (like a month ago) and today they recognized me and returned my shirt without me saying anything (I didn't recall having forgot a shirt). Totally recommended

Very clean and also a well done and beautiful room - it may have been hot and windowless save for a small opening into a dark stairway, but there was a fan and it also was value for money. Also quite affordable and in a central location close to Madrid's popular areas. Highly recommended.

Cosy with super helpful and kind staff. The structure has been recently refurbished. In a very good position. Full of restaurants and shops. Very clean. Strongly suggested.

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Always clean and very cozy room. Good location. Breakfast next door isn't really worth it. Can find nicer elsewhere for lower price. Shower could be looked at, but I enjoyed my stay

Perfectly located at the centre of Madrid with metro connection a few steps away from the entrance. The room price is comparably very modest. A large number of small restaurants are situated in the vicinity of the hotel. The Gran Via is at a walking distance.

Great location, great price. I booked a single room and got a room with a double sized bed, with a balcony. Fortunately, the rooms have air conditioning, since it was 38°c. The bathroom is compact, but nice, and with a good sized shower. This Hostal has a 24 hour reception desk, and although I was given a key to the building, I never had to use it because the front door has always been open.

Stayed for a few days and my experience may be skewed as I chose a room with a shared bathroom (thinking it was like a typical hostel). The bathroom I have access to was apparently meant for the office staff and maintenance ppl along with myself. As a solo female I chose to shower at night to try to have the most privacy =/ The location is great though, around plenty of food options and an easy walk to get around in general. The staff is super nice and helpful. The only other issue I had was that the front door is always locked and the key you receive can be a pain. Overall, would I stay again? Possibly, but I felt like for the price I could have gotten a room with my own bathroom elsewhere.

Very decent cheap hotel, clean, Tom with decent space and staff is great Be patient with the shower to get hot water. Bed was comfy, room temperature as well in November. Though the noise from street can be unbearable during the night. I would encourage you to take a room that is located on street side.

I was well looked after by the friendly staff. Great location for me close to cool bars and restaurants, a super market. Reasonable price

We stayed one night only in winter. The radiator was not working and the heating was on the air conditioning which did not work. It was cold. The staffs were polite.
