TERRIBLE

occasions
I
had
the
appointment
scheduled
and
with
less
than
half
an
hour
in
advance
they
called
to
tell
her
that
they
were
delaying
the
appointment.
You
tell
them
that
it
is
NOT
good
for
you
and
when
you
get
to
the
center,
they
have
changed
your
appointment
to
the
time
they
wanted
and
that
you
have
said
that
it
is
not
good
for
you.
Then
they
give
you
2
options:
either
leave
and
come
back
another
day,
or
wait.
On
one
occasion
I
arrived
for
my
appointment
on
time
and
by
mistake,
it
was
not
scheduled,
so
I
had
to
leave.
THE
TIMES
OF
YOUR
SCHEDULED
APPOINTMENT
ARE
NEVER
TIMELY
OR
RESPECTED.
The
customer
service
is
TERRIBLE,
they
offer
you
apologies
and
little
else.
The
girls
who
work
in
the
center
strive
to
work
as
fast
as
they
can
and
are
constantly
trying
to
calm
down
angry
customers.
The
girls
are
sweet,
the
problem
comes
from
the
appointment
management
that
is
carried
out
from
the
offices.
They
push
their
agendas
until
they
can't,
so
as
not
to
lose
clients.
Small
customer
delays
add
up
and
at
the
end
of
the
day
you
find
yourself
with
delays
of
hours.
But
the
girls
in
the
center
can't
cope
anymore.
The
situation
is
unfortunate.
Of
course
I
will
NOT
return,
neither
I
nor
anyone
in
my
circle.
I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
IT
TO
MY
WORST
ENEMY!
