    He acudido al servicio de urgencias por un esguince de tobillo y he salido bastante descontenta. He llegado a las doce de la noche porque me veía incapaz de pasar la noche con el dolor e inflamación que tenía. Nada más entrar por la puerta me han visto cojeando y ni siquiera me han ofrecido una silla de ruedas. Me mandan ir a la planta -1 cojeando. Llego a recepción y me toma los datos el radiólogo que no era muy agradable que digamos, bastante distante. A mi marido se le había roto la mascarilla e iba sujetándola. Muy amablemente le pido que por favor si le puede dar una mascarilla, a lo que me contesta con mala cara que solo se dan a los pacientes pero que como no había nadie me hacía el favor de dármela. Me he sentido fatal. Me mandan a la sala de espera y mientras estoy allí veo como aparece un médico, el doctor Gómez Posada y se pone a murmurar con el radiólogo pensando que yo no les veía. Le hace un gesto tocándose el reloj y diciendo "vaya horas" . Me parece una falta de profesionalidad por parte del médico puesto que su obligación es atender a los pacientes cuando sea necesario y a la hora que sea. ¿Tengo yo la culpa de hacerme un golpe a una determinada hora? No había nadie en toda la clínica. Debe ser que le he interrumpido lo que estaba haciendo,que era nada porque estaba en el pasillo. Me parece fatal e intolerable y si alguien responsable lee esto, me gustaría que se pusieran en mi lugar,es una falta de respeto hacia el paciente, vamos una vergüenza. Si a este señor Doctor Gómez Posada, no le gusta su trabajo, o le molesta atender de madrugada, no es mi culpa, hay muchos médicos que desearían estar en su lugar. Finalmente, el radiólogo me ha hecho la radiografía y el doctor me ha atendido de una forma un tanto fría. Salgo descontenta y enfadada. Primera vez que he ido y última que será.     De mal en peor!!! Últimamente eran 2 meses de espera, pero ya son 3: acabo de pedir hora a primeros de noviembre y me han dado para finales de enero!!! Y eso que ahora hay dos clínicas. Supongo que harían falta más medicos o mejores gestores?? Si añadimos la espera para una radiografía u otra prueba y volver a llevársela al doctor, pasan fácilmente 6 meses. Más vale pedir cita cuando uno está sano!!!!!!

    Las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y está bastante limpio. La habitación en la que estuve a cusca de una intervención tenía un sofá cama, el cual era cómodo en el modo sofá, pero la cama estaba rota y no se podía dormir en ella. La televisión es de pago. Los comida es bastante normalita. Lo mejor sin ninguna duda la atención de las enfermeras y los médicos!!

    Hace doce años me trataron allí por un problema de rodilla. La experiencia fue mejor que estupenda. He vuelto ahora por un tobillo. No me ha gustado nada la transformación que ha sufrido la clínica en este tiempo y no me refiero al cambio en las instalaciones. En mi opinión, la ampliación ha sacrificado en parte la calidad de la atención al paciente y el prestigio de la clínica.

    Urgencias - hoy he tenido la mala experiencia de esperar más de media hora para que atendieran a mi esposa, sin ni siquiera apareciera un médico para clasificar su situación, al final nos hemos tenido que ir al servicio público donde le han atendido mucho más eficazmente. Eso sí lo primero que hicieron es cumplimentar los datos del paciente en su base de datos y que firmase lo de la protección de datos a pesar de que casi no podía ni firmar de los dolores que presentaba, y no le ofrecieron una silla para poder desplazarse, reitero no recomiendo las urgencias de este centro, para ningún paciente que presente un cuadro de dolor agudo.     Buenas tardes, me operaron de prótesis total de cadera el 18 de mayo. Antes de la operación me inscribí el la ESCUELA DE PRÓTESIS, al final la vídeo conferencia duro casi tres horas, la enfermera que dio la clase fue espectacular, nos explicó todo lo que era el antes, durante y después de la intervención, le hicimos incontables preguntas y respondió a todas con una profesionalidad y amabilidad increíble.     Mucha fama pero el trato al paciente es lamentable. El teléfono lo deben tener de adorno, citas para mas de 3 meses y con doctores que vienen de paso... El mío no fue nada claro, contestando con evasivas todas mis preguntas. Cancelé una cita para una infiltración en la cadera y pedí otra para el mes de septiembre, la contestación de la secretaría de traumatología fue que por vacaciones mejor que contactara una nueva cita telefónica con el doctor en agosto para que me diera una nueva cita para la infiltración (mi doctor no es ni el que me infiltra)... conclusión: volver a pagar una cita médica única y exclusivamente para que me de otra cita para el tratamiento, me parece indignante que jueguen así con la salud y el dinero de la agente. Clínica muy sobrevalorada, pedí una segunda opinión en otro hospital (la milagrosa) y el médico fue mucho mas claro y mas agradable, donde intentan solventar los problemas del paciente lo antes posible.

    Hola, quería agradecer al fantástico personal, desde la primera persona que atiende en urgencias hasta la que te dice adiós al abandonar el hospital. Tanto el personal, como la rapidez, eficiencia e instalaciones, una maravilla. Este martes pasado día 17 de enero me operaron d doble rotura de tobillo y si tuviera que pasar otra vez por algún problema de traumatología no dudaría volver a la clínica Cemtro.     Las urgencias de noche son bastante deficientes. Acudí con mi hija a las 03:00 de la madrugada y al llegar a la entrada de este servicio, nos encontramos con un cartel, había que entrar por la puerta principal y ella iba coja, no podía ni andar. Un a vez allí, tuvimos que recorrernos todo el hospital por dentro, para llegar hasta urgencias. No había ningún paciente, y así y todo, tuvimos que esperar a que el médico se despertara y viniera a atenderla. La verdad es que yo tenía otro concepto de este hospital. Bastante decepcionada.

    De pura pena, por teléfono te dan cita para una prueba pero si vas al Control B para que te den cita sin volante no te la dan, alegando que te puedes confundir, en la prueba que pides. Aunque vivas a más de 50 km de la Clínica tienes que volver con el volante sólo para la cita no para hacerte la prueba. Pero si te sientas en la sala de espera y llamas por teléfono en ese momento si te la dan. Increible pero cierto.

    Mi experiencia con el traumatólogo fue nefasta. Acudo a cita por dolor en dorsales, me manda una resonancia dorso-lumbar, me hacen resonancia sólo de lumbares. En la cita para ver resultados, el traumatólogo no me informa que la zona que me duele no se ve en la resonancia... me dice que no tengo nada y que haga ejercicio para fortalecer espalda. Acudo a otro traumatólogo en otro centro, me hacen la resonancia de dorsales y me encuentran 2 hernias discales... Según el traumatólogo de la clínica Cemtro no tenía nada... 😒 Me hicieron una resonancia y me la cobraron, de una zona que no tenía que ver con mi dolor, me parece una estafa.

    El Dr. Tomas Fernández Jaén y el Dr. Mata son increíbles. Expertos, tranquilos, empaticos, se preocupan verdaderamente por sus pacientes. Los recomiendo a cualquiera que necesite un médico deportivo o un neurocirujano efusivamente. Yo fui al Dr. Fernández desesperado con una lesión de espalda; y desde que me estoy tratando con el y el Dr. Mata estoy empezando a ver la luz, y no tengo ninguna duda que volveré a hacer una vida totalmente normal.     Hace un mes me han implantado una prótesis de cadera y tanto el proceso pre, peri y postoperatorio, como los resultados, han sido muy satisfactorios. Mi experiencia en la clínica CEMTRO desde la solicitud de la primera cita, hasta las citas del proceso postoperatorio ha sido inmejorable. El trabajo de cada uno de los profesionales, desde el cirujano, Dr. Novoa, (antes, durante la cirugía y en el posoperatorio), pasando por el del personal de enfermería, hasta el de los celadores, ha sido impecable. Han demostrado eficacia, eficiencia, amabilidad y dedicación, haciendo de todo el proceso de cirugía y hospitalización fácil y, hasta cierto punto, agradable.     Las esperas para acceder a la consulta en la hora asignada son eternas y una total falta de respeto. Hemos venido a nuestra cita de traumatologia y después de una hora y veinte minutos aún seguimos en la sala de espera. Es lógico que uno tenga que esperar unos 10 minutos porque los doctores no atienen pendientes de ajustarse a un cronómetro pero tener a un paciente esperando más de una hora y cuarto es inaceptable (y al momento de escribir esto aún sigo esperando).

We were a little in shock. I think that the patient who pays €240 just for the consultation should be allowed to ask all the questions he considers regarding his injury and future operation. Regarding payment, another issue... forced in cash, they did not allow me to pay by card, offering me an ATM to be able to withdraw the money a few meters from the center. In short, an experience that, after waiting a month for the long-awaited appointment, I will neither repeat nor recommend to anyone.

    We went on recommendation with an a priori complicated injury to my daughter's finger. The care in the emergency room with Dr. Fournon was wonderful and he quickly referred us to the hand specialist, Dr. de la Torre. After several immobilizations and insisting with an x-ray and an MRI that nothing was broken, my daughter has gone through a month of ordeal. Painful immobilizations, forcing you to mobilize and finally requiring rehabilitation with the finger completely backwards. Thank goodness I didn't pay attention, I went to the Niño Jesús hospital and they hallucinated. They had emergency surgery, broken finger plate. And all they needed was to see the finger and an x-ray. A shame that I plan to reclaim. The injury was becoming chronic. I will never return here in my life.
