If
you
are
ever
in
Madrid,
the
Walk
and
Eat
Food
Tour
is
an
absolute
must!
I
would
recommend
doing
it
earlier
in
your
trip
so
you
can
take
what
you
learn
on
the
tour
with
you
through
the
rest
of
your
trip.
I’ll
also
say
that
this
tour
is
for
anyone,
whether
it’s
your
first
time
to
Spain
or
whether
you
are
returning
home.
You’ll
learn
something
new,
eat
something
delicious,
drink
incredible
wine,
and
most
importantly,
be
inspired
to
learn,
eat,
and
drink
more.
I
had
the
privilege
of
having
Amy
act
as
our
tour
guide.
Amy’s
passion
for
Spanish
cuisine
and
culture
was
immediately
apparent,
and
she
enthusiastically
incorporated
history
lessons
into
every
bite
of
food
and
sip
of
wine
we
had.
She
did
an
incredible
job
of
fielding
wine-making
questions,
painting
vivid
pictures
of
Madrid’s
history,
and
even
doing
an
in-depth
explanation
of
jámon.
The
tour
itself
left
us
with
incredibly
satisfied
stomachs—I
left
full
and
would
recommend
you
not
eat
beforehand
to
build
a
big
appetite.
The
food
stops
are
carefully
curated
to
tell
a
story
of
Spanish
cuisine
and
we
probably
had
12
different
dishes
and
countless
glasses
of
wine.
One
of
the
coolest
things
about
the
tour
that
should
be
emphasized
is
that
you
get
into
some
of
the
best
and
most
famous
restaurants
in
Spain
without
the
wait.
Walk
and
Eat
arranges
all
of
that
ahead
of
time.
This
is
a
tour
I’ll
definitely
come
back
to
do.
Incredibly
worth
the
price
in
light
of
the
food,
wine,
history
lesson—and
experiencing
it
with
someone
so
passionate!
