Great place to live and a very co-operative owner. Their lease agreement is fair and straight forward. I like the fact it’s close to both Koramangala and Indiranagar. Don’t think twice to move-in here if it’s vacant.

Stayed here for around a year. Great property which is close to EGL and in close proximity to both Indiranagar and Koramangala. The owner is quite friendly and supportive as well.

Amazingly located 1BHK units with ample parking. Right opposite to EGL and Divyashree Tech Park, right outside The Paul Hotel.

I have lived here for over 2 years.... Good property, never faced any major issues. It's perfect for those who work in the ring road near EGL. I would recommend this place in a heart beat 👍
