Best society along the entire Hosur road! Posted is a view from our balcony on a rainy day!

I lived in Birchwood, for 11 months. The society is beautifully maintained by gardeners. Great gym facilities. Awesome swimming pool. But the sad part here was, it was extremely noisy. There were intense furniture dragging sounds happening throughout the day, from the floor below us, and even the apartment above ours, was bothered by the same. Our apartment was a corner apartment, situated at a higher floor, perhaps that may be the reason for the sounds leaking. Not sure. Felt like most of the times, it was targeted harassment.

A place with superb amenities. Positive vibes, greenery, fresh air & what not. Looking forward to stay in Electronic City 1, go for Prestige.

Very nice ambience. There's a grocery store inside. Their Windsor Club is so inviting to get oneself indulged in games and activities. Will make for a good quality of living.

Visited recently , while checking building , entrance , parking , seapage all across , I was quite disappointed. Maintainace is not at all up to the mark ! Usually prestige ages like fine wine , but this property dint give that vibe! However I will revisit my review once checking my stay here

One of the best society in Eletronic City phase-1. I stayed here on Oct-23 at Tata Power guest house , Tower- 08. Best amenities ever inside the hotel.

Amenities are good. Ambience is beautiful, staff keeps place clean and neat. Very secured, children play area is good. Only single badminton court, except that every thing blooks great
