I am a fan of Miniso products and have been frequent buyer when i was in UAE. Shopping experience in this shop was ruined by the continuous staring and stalking of staff and i felt very uncomfortable. Seems like they are not properly trained at all or might be due to the management in this store. Minso has to truly look into this and improve your service in India.

The soft toys are really dirty here and the shop isn’t maintained properly. Staff are rude and intrusive and don’t know how to talk to the customers . The fellows at the cash counter behave like they’re running a govt ration shop and aren’t fit to run these kind of stores . First teach your franchise etiquette before handing over the store or you’ll end up losing the brand name

Small Shop. Does not have much collection as they show in images in their Instagram account but still you can visit. Exactly road side shop so you will not find difficulty in locating this shop. Billing process can be improved as it is very slow.

It was really annoying ...staff doesnt treat u like a customer and they don't allow u to take pics or video . And wer ever u go in side the miniso store the staff keep watching u it following u as if ur going to steal some thing n walk away ..poor security

Man, this place is so Japanese that the helper (for me it was a women) racially profiles you if you are dark skinned to see if you are stealing anything from the store...Ha ha, I understand getting those vibes in Japan, but when Half of the products are Chinese, You are in South of India... So hilarious.

Too much staff..they disturb alot and don't let you buy things. Really bad experience they shud keep hardly 2 people there are almost 6 staff in the shop I see more staff than customers Also the staff is damn rude they don't know how to speak to customers

Variety of products were lacking. The staff for some reason didn't know the concept of giving personal space even after the store being small and some were extremely rude even after invading personal space. Would not recommend only because of lack of personal space

This was my first visit to the store and i was amazed there were so many cute stuff toys at affordable prices must visit

The staff did not let us enter the shop because we where holding paper glass in our hand so we asked them to show us the dustbin but she told us to throw that in the road …..also they were judging us on our cloths

Hi There are so many miniso branches which has good collections pls go to other branches This particular branch is worst…and staff doesn’t even no to speak they are rude wen the branch owner itself is so rude then there is no point of talking abt the staff… no collections also very arrogant

You can shop many nice items which may not be found elsewhere. Cute little products which are very useful and handy would be available. Rates are also relatively reasonable. Very easy to find out the shop.

Cute store for cute things. Big fan of their bottles and soft toys. Make up products are really good and affordable. They have wide variety and range of products. Their bag collection is little expensive for the design and price. Parking facility is not there. 📍 Opposite to 4th block complex.

Generally the only attractive thing at Miniso for me is the range of handbags they have, but with time that's just detoriating. Dont even think of buying makeup from here because it's just a waste of money. There is not much collection here at this store.

Very worst customer service I visited the store yesterday with my 2year old kid, store had power cut so it was very suffocating for my kid and she started becoming fussy and made noise while I was calming her ,there was a store attender aged around 40s she kept making faces and staring us while we were shopping ,again my kid was not comfortable so I took her outside,while I was walking out that lady just said “ WHY DO THESE PEOPLE come here without JUST PUTTING KIDS AT HOME?“…. Seriously??? How sick is this lady for god sake. When u people sell kids related stuffs it’s very obvious kids visit the store . I didn’t react that moment because it would create a bad example for me to fight or argue infront of my kid. #MINISO why do u hire such people as customer attender? Stop staring the customers as if we are gonna steal the stuffs and runaway.

They have great collection.. better than many other outlets.. The products are very cute..

Miniso has become my most favourite.. they have very cute stuff, their products are of the best quality... Some products are pricey but quality wise they're too good... I can't think of other brands when it comes to perfumes, miniso offers very good perfumes, their fragrance is amazing and at affordable price..

High quality products at affordable price. Home utilities $$$ , soft toys $$$, are available in adorable pastel colours. Love the bags and face masks

Too Much - "Handle With Care", "Dekh ke" not just for me with rest customers also. Over Staffed Obviously and doing nothing. Staffs even don't know placements for some products.

Staff there are just useless they don’t know the alignment of products and the manager there is just behind money doesn’t have respect for customers. He used abusive words with the customer and had no dignity while talking.

The store had few products when we visited early Aug 2022, apparently due to stocks not getting replenished. Otherwise, it had a decent collection of great varieties.

It's got nice cute stuffs to buy but slight costly but fine Miniso has got nice perfume collections too they are mild frangrant

Arrogant store manager who doesn't know about products in his store. Trying to give detective product. Highly unsatisfied. Guys, please try to avoid this store incase you want to buy anything from Miniso.

Bought an electric toothbrush from this store. Box was defective and the store manager was arguing that the box was alright and when we asked for another piece, he denied. After a few minutes of heated persuasion he finally let us open another product and obviously the the newly opend product was alright; the one I bought was defective. Dissatisfied customer.

Rude staff, they are always behind us which ruins the shopping experience. They were stalking us as if we were stealing something. And there is no option to open and check the item before buying.

The products are very expensive compare to the market price n the staffs kept stalking us where ever v go around in the store as if we are going to stealing sumthing.

I always walked by the store when in Jayanagar but never went inside but a cute little penguin soft toy on display made me go in and oh how glad I did picked up some really cute gifts for family and myself!!! So if you are looking for some amazing things to pick up from a yoga mat to a cute little water bottle this is definitely a place to go.

A fancy cosmetic outlet that has a variety of fashion accessories and perfumes besides other items. A small collection of perfumes is on display but no testers. Prices aren't very friendly either!!! Staff seemed uninspiring and unmotivated.

When I visited the store for the first time, I was amazed at how awesome it was, and how much variety they had. Much visits everyone, staff Hospitality is also excellent 👍👍👍

Owner is very rude. Had to choose between torn notes or coins of rupees 20 (not even accepted anywhere else). He kept yelling inspite of us asking for a refund (which he initiated himself)

the owner and cashier basically forced me into taking a torn note and started getting hostile when I asked for a proper one. never coming back to this store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
