Highly disappointing experience! Bus which was supposed to pick us up at 9.30 , is critically delayed by 2 hours, without a vaild explanation and when questioned they give random reasons of rainfall and traffic , well we have route maps too , we can see how occupied the roads are! And the waiting place is extraordinary with stinking toilets and lot of mosquitoes! Guys ! If you value your time and health , please choose wisely!

We booked this on the recommendation of one of our friends. We travelled all the way from jodhpur for tirupati tirumala devasthanam darshan. Right from booking on call till the end the experience was so good. The staff is so well mannered. We reached the bus point - the buses were so clean fresh and well arranged in fact one of my finest bus journeys till date. They took us smoothly overnight. In the morning they provided us the rooms (neat clean with all basic amenities) and then we proceeded to Padmavati Devi temple. The tour guide explained in multiple languages for ease. Then they took us for tirupati darshan. A well structured darshan journey was arranged with a good quality breakfast lunch and high tea. I really appreciate it. The prices are really affordable and a value for money package.

I recently took a package tour with Sugama Tourist to Tirumala, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The journey on the Volvo bus started at 9.45 PM on Day 1, and the cleanliness of the bus was not up to par. Moreover, we reached Tirupati by 3 AM with just half an hour to freshen up, as the housekeeping lady hurried us out to board the bus again. This lack of consideration for passengers was disappointing. The itinerary had us waiting for over an hour at Padmavati temple, which could have been better managed. Although the darshan of Lord Tirumala brought a lot of solace and all the tiredness vanished in that very moment. ||Om namo Narayanaya|| The breakfast at the APDTC hotel was average, and the staff's behavior made it seem as if they were doing us a favor. The weekend rush also extended the waiting time, making the journey even more tiresome. On the return journey, there was only a brief 10-minute break, and we couldn't even have a proper meal. The bus reached Bangalore at 10 PM on Day 2, leaving us exhausted after a long and strenuous trip. Overall, I was disappointed with the tour experience provided by Sugama Tourist. Improvements in the schedule, amenities, and staff behavior could make a significant difference in enhancing the travel experience for their customers.

We travelled from Bangalore to Udupi in AC sleeper bus. We booked upper berth and God it was very scary. There was not enough railings at the side of the bed, and when the bus turned, I was about to fall multiple times. I had to literally stay awake the entire night to be safe. For the amount of money they are taking, the safety should be priority.

Too bad.....i didn't ever have travel like this sugam travels Im traveling bangalore to kasaragod He stopped 48 km before Kasargod and sent us in another small traveller bus from there. Why should we book a sleeper till Kasargod and take a different bus from there?

Good ambiance. Clean, neat place. Well maintained. Can accommodate many tourists at waiting place. Professional staff. Office is having washrooms which are maintained clean. One thing which I felt lack is non availability of food, snacks near by.

Took their Bangalore to Tirupati package. Really liked it! Very easy to keep up with then the entire day, good instructions, package included everything we needed, sleeper bus was very comfy, conductor was awesome, raspy couldn’t have asked for a more convenient trip!

Bus condition was poor, saw cockroaches on the seats. Not traveling by sugama again

The service is good and affordable. Was easily able to reach the office. But the only problem here is the cleanliness of the washroom. My wife was very much disgusted bu the cleanliness.

Instead of picking up at Majestic Anandrao circle, it is better to pick up here. It is not urgent, the bus stops for a while, they also announce which bus has arrived, there is a system to park if you want to drop byk/car. It would be good if the washroom was maintained a little.

We booked sleeper berths in one of their AC buses. What needs to improve: 1. Our pickup was supposed to be at 7:20PM, but the bus reached our stop early with no prior information. The conductor called us a few times to yell at us, and then he yelled at us again for "making them wait" when we showed up at 7:17PM. 2. We booked an AC bus, but in my seat two out of four AC vents were broken - and they had stuffed used masks/towels in them to close them. 3. No blankets were given. 4. The driver was driving really fast on the curvy roads which woke us up a few times during the night. What I liked: 1. The hygiene in this bus was decent; There were shoe slots under the berths so the aisle wasn't littered with shoes. They used 2. I'm 5'2" and could almost stretch my legs completely while sleeping (with a small suitcase put at the end of my seat). They had given leather pillows which could be cleaned easily. Overall, I'd give them 2/5 stars for hygiene and comfort, but they really , really need to work on their attitude towards customers.

This post can be helpful for those who are going to Tirupati Darshan for the first time. I booked my ticket with "Sugama Tourists." almost two months back. I took a 2+1 Gold Class Sleeper AC bus. My trip started from Koramangala Sony World signal. A Sleeper class AC bus picked me up and dropped me at their main office at Race Course. The pickup bus was uncomfortable and suffocating as all the windows were closed, and there was no AC facility. After reaching the main office, I realized the bus was late due to operational reasons, and there was no nearby place to have a quick dinner. I use online food delivery for my dinner. Let's talk about Sugama Tourist's min office. It is a big spacious office with good seating and parking arrangements. Clean washroom and helpful stuff. The bus arrived at 11:45 PM, and my journey to Tirupati began. The Gold Class Sleeper bus was OK, and it reached Tirupati around 5 AM with two breaks. We (me and other fellow passenger) was provided a 45-minute break at the "Temple Valley" hotel. We were allocated a room (one room per booking) to freshen up. The tour guide was waiting for us, and he was a lovely person. He provided us with the Darshan ticket and the food coupon. The hotel room was clean and also had a hot water facility. From Temple Valley, we changed our bus and went to Tirumala. We had our breakfast and started our temple visit. It took us almost 5 hours to complete our Darshan. The guide took all the electronic devices before we began to the Darshan. After having Lunch almost at 4 PM, we started our journey back to the central city. We visited the Padmavathi temple. At nearly 7 PM, we started our journey back to Bangalore. I reached K R Puram at nearly 10:30 PM. Overall, the package was good. Some improvement can make this trip incredible. I hope it is helpful. The service is fairly good but there is no charging system in the super, there is a board but there is no connection in it

This boarding point at Racecourse road has plenty of place with comfortable seating facility and clean washroom. Good hotels are available nearby so that you can have food of your choice before boarding the bus.

1. Bus cleanliness has degraded over years. 2. Windows are jammed most the time. 3. Allow passengers who consume alcohol, talk loud and nuisance. 4. Schedules are not updated on online channels (like red bus) correctly causing too much trouble to passengers. My feedback is based on travel routes Bengaluru to Koppal and Bengaluru to Mudgal.

As usual, it's a crowded place during the weekend and holiday season. You will find some place to sit if you're lucky or at least shelter during rainy days. Staff can provide your bus info. There are washrooms inside very useful ones at the time of travel. What this place lacks is a restaurant nearby. There is one few yards away, but it's a dining restaurant for a relaxed dinner. There's nothing like good fast food nearby.

Bus and service was good. Rating is 3 because they rest place where they have stopped , there is no ladies toilet. Even ladies also need to go in open field. I traveled from Bangalore to Mantralayam.

Bad service by Sugama… Paid 3250 for Package but had bad rooms and the service was not up to its mark…I feel it’s not worth the price…so kindly don’t fall for their Instagram Reels promotion.

Worst service. Booked this for Tirupati darshan. Buses are poorly Maintained and lots of noise in the bus while it's running as if bearings will fail right away. My package included a visit to Padmavati temple also but the agent failed to take us to the temple. They kept the bus standing on the highway and switched off the Ac and it became very difficult to breathe as well. Worst service!

We reached tirupati by 4:00 am. And, they only give 45 mins to freshen up which was very short for 3-4 people to get ready.Also,the cleaner lady was knocking the door every 5 minutes to vacate the rooms as early as possible. Secondly, they say it's a multi axle AC bus. But, AC was not at all working. When complained about this, they have deaf ears to our request. Overall, it was a worst experience.

Very bad experience traveling with Sugama..this one journey reminded me very well why I stopped using private inter city bus service. They will agree to pick you up at your chosen spot, then don't show up at the appointed time.. then call and say they have been delayed, please board another Sugama bus so that you can be dropped near your designated bus. There was a delay of one hour before starting. Then about where they do a rest stop.. dirtiest toilets, you have ever had to use, but you have no choice. for a journey of about 8-9 hours, there was only one such stop. I saw elderly passengers pleading with the driver to stop for a rest break. When you think you will finally arrive,they will ask you to get off the bus, then board another to go to your destination. Not to mention the appalling state of my new luggage, which had to be carried in the buses hold.. The two stars are in thankfulness for bringing me back home safely... But.. Never again Sugama

Traveled 2 times, so far good experience. They got live map for tracking, which very convenient during boarding bus.

Service is getting bad day by day. Bus don't coat all if there one or two pickup. Then they ask passenger to go majestic Yashwantpur

The bus condition was not good. Driver was driving very fast and sudden brakes were applied multiple times. No proper reststops.. they stop the bus for almost 30to 40 mins to load and unload cargo but not provide rest stops. Pls avoid this bus. I don't know how one can sleep in such buses. Very rash driving near ghat sections.

Very bad experience driver and conductor rude behavior ... Pick up point was manyatha tech park. But they asked me to come nagavara flyover which is nearly 1k from manyatha bus stop... When I questioned the staff their response was rude.. And we are not happy with this inconvenience and they shouldn't do such things when we booked night trip..vehicld number -KA 20 AB 7851

2/5. Luggage holder and berth space were good. But their hygiene definitely needs to improve. The attitude of the staff is pathetic. They are rude and respond angrily to every passenger who asks them a simple question. I used this service twice and both times were similar experiences. Very pathetic.

Overall darshan, food, fresh up rooms were very good. Only disappointed is the bus, booked sleeper couch the bus was not good in driving condition dirty bed sheets urgent and negligent driving condition.

Really well maintained and managed bus. But need to concentrate on Pickup for connecting buses

Good buses and great service, esp if you book it tickets online, they call you to remind the bus timings and also you can live track the bus so it becomes easy if you have to pick someone alon arrival . Very helpful and great experience

We have availed the Tirupati package from Sugama. The sleeper bus is not at all good. It doesn't have a shock observer at all i think, we were literally thrown in every pothole or turning. We ended up with severe back pain. Our child had vomited because of the jumping. Very pathetic condition of the bus . Also, the AC in the bus was not working, neither we could open windows. Forget about opening the window, lower berth people can't see outside as the window glass is kept above head level. The only consolation was the APTDC guide, food and quick darshan arrangements . The room given in the morning is also very bad.

Our experience was pathetic, sand was all over the seat and the bus coordinator was rude , I would like Sugama travel to take action against the driver and cleaner of bus no.KA51Aa9177 , the cleaner abused us with slang languages. This is not a customer service . We had paid almost 7k for 4 people which is a premium amount for any service, again request to take strict action against them so that other customer doesn't face this issue in future.

Went by this tourist for Tirupati dharshan. Really good service provided with full planned things.

Very good support from the head office staffs. I missed my bus from Bangalore to Karwar, by mistakenly booked wrong timing at 8.45 from yashwanthpur instead of 10pm. They helped me and arranged another bus at 10pm. I'm very thankful for your support. Thank you so much

Please make sugama bus as last option. Buses are very old. Sleeper bus seats are worst, definitely it will give back pain. Than this seat ...better u go by KSRTC sitting bus. Electronic city dropping bus is not even worth for 1 star. Please don't try this bus. Best for goods not for passengers. Review date: 10/02/2023.

Travel service is great but this center from outside doesn't look a mess but inside is a real one, too big waiting area but the rest rooms too small to be even called small they don't have a drive through for the buses but stand on a busy road In case of buses and travel they're good.

Happened to travel from Udupi to Bangalore in the month of August and the travel experience was very bad. The bus was very old. The few Windows were not opening and few were not closing. The bus stopped for break in between and believe me the rest rooms did not have water. When asked the assistant he did not even bother to listen to the ladies. They did not stop anywhere else. Management please look into it and make journey comfortable for travellers. Thank you

Worst and rude cleaner and conductor person, horrible bedsheets, not at all bothered about the patients call, unheigenic urination stops with 20/- extracted per stop. Admin monitor is compulsory

Wash room was good. The promptness of finding information on bus arrival was also good but the whole situation of having to wait an hour without early warning was not ideal to say the least

Best package tour and it is affordable price. Within 2hrs you have balaji darshana. Minimum 2 weeks before you have to book the tickets. You will back to Bengaluru within 24hrs.

The bus operator left me at the bus stop where I was waiting since 40 mins coz he was running late in the first place. He did not even stop for 30 secs at the bus stop I was waiting at. I literally had to hail a random taxi to chase the bus and after calling him 3-4 times, he stopped 1.5 km ahead of the actual bus stop. Very rude and manner less operator. On asking ETA, he gave answers like ‘mere saamne accident hogaya toh 2 ghanta bhi lag sakta hai’ Bus- Bangalore to Belgaum KA 51 D 2575

Spacious, and lots of seating area for travellers. Toilets are also available inside.

Pathetic service. They do not know basic things. Do not know how to plan a route. Do not have basic manners to talk to customers. 5 AM shown for Madiwala reached only at 8AM. They do not know how to plan. When called the manager he is talking about traffic which was not there!! Do not recommend this vehicle.

Very bad condition of the bus, rash driving , driver have no Courtesy to wait till the passengers gets on upper berth, passenger also got injured during this journey.. Never again SUGAMA service, beds unclean, no pillows, no proper socket in last upper berth

Never book tickets at the last line lower seats there will be no window No air will be coming. mosquitoes are their in the bus. See the attachment of the photo. They are charging for last seat at 1500 rs

Hi-tech and Excellent buses form Kundapura to Bangalore. Clean and Very good condition. New buses has large logistics place to keep all luggage and belongings. Travel experience was great.

Bed is full of cockroaches and bed bugs. Worst experience drivers and cleaners act like road dogs . Government buses are best
