It's eco friendly because it's build at middle of lake. Residences here are almost non-locals so they don't know that if heavy rainfall they need boat to come out of apartment.

Lovely greenery surrounding, but maintenance can do better.

This place is very good for stay. Silent away from traffic noise but not away from main roads and malls. There is power backup available and solar water heating. Good neighbourhood. Decent gym available

Green, clean place. Friendly, interesting people. Spacious homes. Although it's in the middle of a busy area, this place is quiet. Also, there's a mall right across the road from here which serves all of your groceries and entertainment needs. Only, the front entrance is accessed through a bad road, which becomes worse during rains.

Has a mix of apartments, independent villas etc. It has a very good cover of greenery which cools the area. It is pet friendly and quite close to the main road.

Though the greenery is good, but maintainence of common aminities are extremely bad... All bathroom locks are broken, commod dirty, no water in flush and faucet and washrooms full of cockroaches the place has bad mosquito menace... They don't use chemical ways to control mosquito, then they should arrange some natural way to reduce mosquito problem....
