Today 04/03/2023 Time 15:25 pm after my work I went to get parcel. But person in counter treated me like a beggar. Im asking for chicken meals parcel he is minding his own business on phone call. Call may be important but coustomer also important atleast he have to tell me to wait for 5 min. Im standing there for long and asked food for multiple times like a beggar. he didn't even care and i left. I never forget that look of service persons and peoples who are eating there already. I pay money for food you provide but treating coustomer like this is not acceptable Thank you 🙏

WORST FOOD, WORST STAFF BEHAVIOUR, SCAM SCAM... The hospitality was very very poor. The waiter dint even care to give water. When asked something he didn't turn up.. The food taste was also very average and blunt. Black currant Icecream mentioned as 60 in menu but I was billed 70rs. On asking the cashier he said he forgot to change the price in menu and refused to bill at 60. Complete SCAM... Would never suggest this hotel to even my enemies 🤦🤷🤷

Dining area is too spacious,In this hotel food is so tasty and reasonable and afrodable prices. But when I visited for dinner, the mutton biriyani is served a ground rice (ತಳ ಹಿಡಿದ್ದಿದ ಅನ್ನ)that's why 3 ⭐ for food.

Today i went to have their Gudbud ice cream because they make good Gudbud ice cream, and supply boy denied giving me ice cream saying "ice cream is only for those who order food, just ice cream alone we can't serve you. Good restaurant with a nice ambience, the food was ok... Chicken fried rice had too much of beans and pepper powder couldn't feel any flavour coz pepper was overpowering. Biriyani just tasted like pulao with chicken pieces... Kabab was killer tho kabab tasted very nice

This place is truly a hidden gem. Authentic Nati style food - tasty and a bit spicy. Tried both the veg and non veg options, Chinese and Indians items. All of them tasted delicious. Truly value for money price, very low price actually. Must visit if you are coming to South bengalore.

Food was good and priced reasonable. We tried dhanya special meals (250 rs) which has mutton/chicken/egg/biriyani/White rice/raagi ball....the quantity is ok (and not great).. we tried fried fish and egg biryani (dhonne biriyani style) and all were upto mark... Pricing is also so competitive.. Good place for non veg

I went for lunch. I prefered chicken meals which cost 180 per head. Chicken meals includes chicken gravy, chicken fry, chicken briyani, white rice,parrota, beetroot rasam, raitha and rava patasam. The food quality and taste was good. The quantity was manageable. I think rice quantity was less. Either they have to increase the quantity of rice or else need to reduce the price. Survic end environment, restrooms are good.

Not sure about the dine in food but for parcel given food always seems old and spoiled experienced it 2 3 times. Request the restaurant owner or whomsoever it is concerned kindly to improve the quality of food and have look on what they parcel.
