Team is ready to help you 24x7 even during their holidays and festival time. Deepa is exceptional, I have received email response from her after their office hour. Her efforts to keep the customer commitment went beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Manjesh and Vighnesh for the remarkable job done to manage our registration in the sub register office. Thanks to Apeksha, Akshay, Poornima, Vidya for your support. Thanks to Vikash and Suma for sharing details on plantation. Each and every team member doing their best to make you happy. Hospitality service charges little expensive side for me now, not sure why the cost increased suddenly but Team is really supportive and I appreciate the outstanding customer service Hosachiguru is like a family to me and I want to see them as number one in the world in this segment.

In the month of July we had two vacations in Hosachiguru. One in Eco habitat and another in Bristle Cone. We had wonderful hospitality on both occasions with the staff working with a lot of care and looking after us. Girish was extraordinary, always bringing in a subtle connection and at the end of the trip we felt he is part of our extended family. Raju also came down to Bristle cone and did wonderful teaming with Girish to give us a WOW feeling. Pavithra and Kumar helped in getting our gift registrations done on the first day of vacation itself & ensured that the on the ground process was smooth at the registrar office. We had a glitch in the server just before our photos were taken & Kumar pitched in with his common sense & resourcefulness and resolved it, saving us another visit to Madakisira! We got to have excellent Andhra food with a tinge of spice in it. This being a monsoon season the weather too was pleasant and we enjoyed being in the midst of nature. In fact, my daughter's spent a night in the tent too. The mail is not complete without mention of the dogs. We had a nice time playing with Bullet and Snowy who were very lovable and adorable. My daughters & myself had walks with Bullet and Snowy which was a unique experience for us. I believe the dogs too enjoyed it :)- Overall, the way the farms are run is excellent with lots of greenery & without much concrete. Had great fun!

At madhuvana. Good food and hospitality

I along with one of my friend had been to almost all the Agencies do the business on similar model of managed Farming. when I was reading all the reviews I was wondering that most of you had gone for hospitality / stayed in their farm or you all are the investors? I did find nil or minimal review about the investments in these projects and the ROI after 12/15 years , whether the investments are rewarding or not. I would appreciate if anyone has made any ROI calculations and share it might be I too can plan to invest. my experience -- Hospitality is ok but I did not find it worthy investment.

1. Once you buy plot, you are associated with them for life time. You cannot plan your own for plantation or farming on your piece of plot. 2. Its like they bought property in their name for their money earning plan with customers(your) money for lifetime of the plot. Because, your rights are tied up with their grand scheme. 3. You have to pass by project common road only. 4. Only 2 visits and 4members of the family per year allowed. I expected them to take maintenance for plot management(water, power, security etc) but give complete rights of plot to me 5. Top it with double the cost compared to retail price. Double!!! Well suited for gullible north Indian customers who praise with reviews in first few visits. Only to get bored because you have zero control on the project. They would ensure you write good review for them.

There is just one word to explain my experience with Hosachiguru and it is "Awesome 💯"... They helped me in making my dream of owning farmland into a reality... I made my decision after a lot of research and could find Hosachiguru the BEST... Yesterday we visited our farm and it was a wonderful experience, amazing maintenance of the farmland, plants and heart warming hospitality... Keep up the great work and look forward to a great association over many many years...

It was a nice experience especially the farm stay at Eco Habitat. The hospitality staff was excellent especially Prashant, Kiran & Anusha We also recently had a good fun filled experience in Abhivrudhi… it was wonderful interacting with Ashokji and the well qualified agronomist Lohith & Rajasekhar sharing their knowledge. And lunch by Hari in the farm is always special!

Staying at Sambramha is an experience of its own kind. The place is so serene and peaceful. The cottages are spacious and of very high quality. Good for a family with kids to stay comfortably. Food was extremely good. Homely and tasty. Santosh and his team will take care of you so well with love. The place itself is mesmerizing. Sunrise and sunset are not to be missed. Overall a must visit

It was wonderful experience staying in bristle cone amidst nature and good hospitality and well made home food. For kids, hope there is some play area with swings and slides. Wouldn't cost much. All can be set up within 20k. So hope you make up your mind to set up something for kids especially toddlers. Thank you.

We have a farm plot here and have been visiting here since 2018. Hari Bhat does a wonderful job with meals and hospitality. Our farm experience has been blissful with Srinath being a delight to work with. The maintenance and farm stays are delightful and many of our friends are also now part of the community.

A memorable overnight stay. What can I say..........All the boxes were ticked. Got here on Thursday afternoon. Was greeted by friendly faces. Santosh and Hari. Both extremely soft spoken and ever smiling. Haris little boy, the 3 year old Himanshu spiced things up with his mischievous and naughty behavior. We checked into our room, which was well kept and extremely comfortable. And despite some power cuts considering the pleasant weather the rooms were cozy. Had yummy lunch. Hot phulkas needless to say with generous amounts of ghee. The beans and potato sabzi had the home cooked touch. And then the sambar and rasam with hot cooked rice. Both gentle on the pallette. Not to mention the curds were to die for. We rested for an hour or so. Rashmi (Haris wife) served us some hot flavourful tea. We then went to visit our plot which was a short drive away to check the status of the plantation. Shubhakar and Lohit were extremely helpful and gave us a rundown of our plot. Both were extremely passionate about sustainable agricultural practices and shared a lot of ideas. Considering that I share similar views regarding living a sustainable lifestyle I could relate to a lot of what they shared. We got back in the evening and decided to walk around a bit soaking in the pleasant weather and the evening over cast sky. After a quick shower Manju and I sat outside our room on the porche enjoying a drink with some hot pakodas and salad. Hari served us some yummy biriyani with yogurt and papad which was scrumptious. We retired tp our room after a quick walk post dinner. Considering that the network was patchy we couldn't watch any shows on Netflix. Instead we watched some old family videos reminiscing our younger days. Missed having the boys around. We woke up early and after freshening up had some coffee and walked around a bit. Hari showed us around the farm and took us to a small house built by a fellow farmer. A few minutes later we showered and got ready for breakfast. We were treated with some hot idlis and medu wadas accompanied by some homely sambhar and chutney. And it was time to leave. To sum it up it was a perfect getaway. Great people, lip-smacking food and comfortable stay. A memorable experience indeed. Thank you team Hosachiguru for a wonderful experience.

Biggest sham in Bangalore! Customers, look up on Facebook and you'll find acres of agricultural land for sale at throwaway prices. Hosachiguru is charging over Rs 40L for a half acre land located 3 hours away from Bangalore city... The land is registered in your name but you don't own it.. Suggest not to go with this offer. I enquired after reading all the reviews and decided to not deal with Hosachiguru.

I spent a day with my friends at Abhivrudhi farm and we had a great time. The location is beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and ensured that our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend for its stunning aesthetics and cleanliness. The property is a good mix of comfort and nature. The house is tastefully decorated. The staff are courteous and helpful. The food is flavourful and homely. If you are considering a getaway, look no further!

Good food and hygenic

We had visited madhuvana for a site visit, praveen was very helpful with the directions and then he insisted we have lunch at the venue. The place was clean and lunch was well organised, Basanth and Sathya Dev served us lunch and it was simple but tasty soulful food. 5 stars for hospitality. Overall we were happy the way things turned out on our visit.

Great , fulfilling experience at Dhaanvi, Hosachiguru. The team is doing a fantastic job, be it marketing, operations, on field management. We are very happy with the progress of our plot. Each visit we see a new development. The team on field is very polite and always happy to answer all our questions. The staff always has a big smile. We also enjoy the good food and hospitality by the team.

We visited Samruddhi farms. The plots were good, staff was welcoming and the food was excellent. We would recommend visiting if you live in Bengaluru and are looking for farmhouse plots.

Just back from an overnight stay at Abhivrudhi. Excellent food prepared by Hari as usual. Hospitality was top notch too, kudos to Guru and his team(Basant, Guru's brother and others). And Lohith was helpful as ever. Looking forward to more such wonderful experiences with Hosachiguru.

We visited the Eco habitat farm in May beginning, right from the time of our arrival and upto the time we left it was a very pleasant experience - the hospitality staff is keen to find from you what you prefer to eat, ideally even a regular city restaurant runs a set menu, but here the appointed chef and all the kitchen staff asked us for our preferences in food for all the morning, afternoon and evening meals, untimely snack requests both in early evening and late evenings were only met with cheer and enthusiasm. The cottages were sparkling clean, I dont even have any benchmarks from my memory of staying in any city hotels which I would have found as clean as the cottages were. All in all, this is a company that can teach about customer relationship, good governance and leading from the front in delivering what they promise, both in terms of hospitality experience as well as in terms of their services in the upkeep of your farm. These folks simply have no peers!

I have an amazing story to tell. I was having a casual conversation with a friend of mine and Hosachiguru came up while discussing a place for weekend getaways for my family. Visited their Dhaanvi Farm and within an hour of the tour, I was convinced that this would be a perfect place for my kid and family to spend quality time away from the city. We had awesome experience at Hosachiguru Dhaanvi farms. We had our lunch at the farm and it was healthy, scrumptious and yummy meal. Friendly staff an great hospitality. The agronomist Mr. Narendra took us through the entire plantation process and made us part of the planting too. Looking forward for many such visits here.

We stayed at the Sambrahma farm (in one of the cottages) last weekend and absolutely loved the experience. Special thanks to Santosh (and the other three people whose names I don't know) for the hospitality and the food (the pakoras in the evening were divine).

Secluded, quiet but all great facilities. Well maintained and family friendly. Great food and good hygiene. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back. Great Place, far away from city and close to nature. A wise choice for having a farm and house; A nice location and the intent of having organic farming practices only adds to its potential sustainability and benefits, and success. The best place to have a self owned weekend retreat/getaway in a well maintained farm ecosystem. Also, the hospitality of the personnel is very nice. A great sumptuous lunch was served.

Visited Dhaanvi Farms by Hosachiguru and had an amazing experience! It was a hot day but the campsite and the machaan had breezy winds which was wonderful. Also visited the vegetable garden and mandala garden and got a great understanding of what’s happening there. Also had a quick run in at the Goshala which was a unique experience. Overall a very scenic place to own a farm and the perfect getaway from a busy life.
