The reputation that your hospital has, it's not serving the good service here. We are not blaming the doctors, all the doctors are highly serving well. But the workers here are not doing their duties. *The cleanliness is compromised with the amount we pay for the service here * All are busy with their mobiles in their duty hours *No proper guidance to the visitors & they do have personal discussions over family & silly matters. *lack of professionalism. *Ventilation problems. *Filtered water problems. *Confusion over changing wards & extra charges. *Workers do not respect the patient's family & their emotions. *We least can expect is silence in each floors not the disputes among them. * The fame that the hospital has is being tampered by the workers. * Please give respect to all as the patient's family is expecting only their recovery & they even paying for it. * visitors are not even allowed to walk in the respective floors, how can 1 sit all day in waiting areas ? The gaurd from the first floor will tell the 3rd floor visitors not to walk on the 2 floor nurse's command. Is it how the work goes on ? Ask your worker *Mr.Mahantesh Nelakki.* * On bringing this to the notice the authorities say the receptionist may be terrified. With patients we come here for the treatment, not to commit any crimes, one must trust this process. *Except for surgeons nobody is fit to work in this hospital. *Those who doesn't know the simple calculation are making the entire billing. *Overall a heart wrenching service from a reputative hospital Saying development on one side and destroying on the other side is not how it should be. Don't confuse the people over small things.

Hello I Would like to share my experience about secure hospital My father was admitted here, Dr. Vinay Krishna was the consultant doctor, he explained us Clearly what was the problem. Even after discharge we got our concerns cleared out by the doctor. Dr. Vinay Krishna is very soft spoken and caring. He try to get to know the cause of problem. we were lucky to get a doctor like him 1. Management could do better, need more staff at reception. 2. The nurses and ward boys is semi special are really good 3. Night duty doctor and emergency care doctor were supportive

This Hospital doesn’t even deserve one star. I wish I could rate them a big ZERO..!!!! I lost my beloved mum due to their ignorance in providing the proper care & treatment. She was a diabetic pt & after having D&V she fell week & her blood sugar levels were deranged.. And she had a chronic chest congestion post op complications from her previous surgery... Due to her weakness she fell hypoxic.. Her oxygen saturation was very low so obliviously she needed urgent oxygen & blood sugar tests but instead they send her to Covid-19 test stating she is ?suspected COVID-19 case. By the time she initially got admitted after travelling+long wait in the car park it was too late & whatever treatment was given didn’t respond & sadly she died. No relatives were allowed to enter the building or were informed what was going on with my mother inside the ICU. Someone who has no feelings or values & with no respect to any of the visitors was shouting at them. Hope he can learn how to talk to people when people are in distress...Hope he & rest of the team has their own family & don’t face this painful treatment... She wasn’t in Covid ward then why visitors were restricted. Sudden isolation from family when sick can be dangerous too.Today my mum would have been alive if she was treated prioritising symptoms on the spot. Please take this message as a feedback & improve your services so no family will face this in future including yours. Thank you...🙏🏼 PS- May be good in maternity services but....

Rude staff and Extremely ill managed place. you may have to wait for 2 to 3 hours despite being No patients. staff also behave very rude. Especially pharmacist act like he is the owner of the hospital. He told us that I would have not given u the admission only. They don't have the slightest patience to listen to what we say. They are just being commercial and no human touch and least common sense even what so ever. Being a Health care professional person myself I felt so uncared for,I really feel for others. It's also generally more expensive for pharmacy and lab compare to other pharmacy's around. If we buy medicines from outside means they will fight and care they provide is different only. Management is totally hopeless they are only listen to pharmacist not patients. Not even basics needs are not available in this hospital. My Mrs delivered in same hospital and I took private room for her but in that there was No Hot water facility, No Good flush bathrooms, No mirror, No DTH connection in TV, No Good furniture like even single chairs, Balcony is too dirty with all old rusted cots over, No good laundry bedsheets or blankets. When I complaint to them regarding these pharmacist and patient coordinator told me it's not ur home to facilitate all these.

Secure Hospital is our one stop solution for all health issue. I feel doctors are genuine here compare to other hospitals. Staffs are very patient and understanding. Health check packages are something which you can choose based on your requirement(which I feel is good).

Wish I could rate with zero stars to this hospital. We lost our aunt who just had been to control sugar level since it was high. The un skilled labours so called doctors instead of giving her insulin & putting on oxygen supply they gave her high dose of covid 19 prevention drug that caused slow cardiac arrest that lead to heart attack & death. We have lost her but will not let this happen with any of your family members. Beware!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

First of all I like the hospital and surrounding environment, when I went to for registration the lady shows some attitude and the staffs are also having some ego or attitude I don't know. If they come for money they would better stay at home but if they come for helping they must treat the patients good with some respect. Dr|| Manoj sir's way of explaining about the particular disease or problem was good and now my mother is feeling some how better due to him. And at last while coming the staffs borrow our mobile phones and themselves gives the rating that I didn't like. But over all hospital is good and hygiene. (Sorry for the staffs)

Everything is perfect here. You can get all types of specialists in one building only. So this makes people very easy to get treatment. All treatment given here is very nice. All stafs , counterr, labours are excellent. I like especially the "Fire Security" system here. Secure the name itself indicates all types of security. Thanks a lot.

Visited here for a relative's surgery. End to end experience was good. Dr. Sharat Vijapur was very prompt in carrying out the operation. The staff are well mannered. Cleanliness is good, but can be the best.

One of the worst hospital in hubli, please dont visit this hospital and get treatment from this secure hospital. 1) Money mind hospital, only they think how to increase your medical expenses and get it billed. 2) No proper service, especially nurse section and admin. 3) No gst bill will be provided and cheating government and patients. 4) When the time of admission they will inform you that room rates at lesser price, at the time of discharge they start charging you extra. 5) Especially pregnant women dont get admit to this hospital. 6) They want only money money money money money money. Vaatsalya Hospital Hubli is the worst ever hospital including the management and staff who are not at all fit to run a hospital. There is no proper maintenance the so called Admin in charge as a very casual attitude. Even if you are stuck in elevator for more than 20 mins the only answer you get is "just 15 mins" and when questioned for a patient 15 mins is precious NO ANSWERS.

My mother was admitted in the hospital for 3 days. The facility is very good, doctors, nurses, house keeping staff do an exceptional job. I couldn't believe when they cleaned room and toilet 3 times a day. Doctors are very good. It's definitely a good hospital that we can trust. Thank you all the hospital staff.

A very well planned establishment with an expert panel of doctors giving 24/7 service. Recently had to shift one critical patient to this hospital for ICU care. Their emergency response team is excellent and in house Specialists like intensivist, cardiologist made a huge difference in the recovery of the patient.ICU is highly equipped with trained staff .Wishing Secure hospital team More success.

Very lengthy process. No doctors are available. Registration tooks time more than 2 hours and medicines precribed by doctors are use less. For any abdomen problem they were prescribing for xray. Doctrs are nuts

Treatment, staff, nurses, maids, everything is good. Insurance services are also good. But it feels a little bit expensive for treatments when admitted. The rooms are clean and good. But maintenance needs to be improved.

Over all staffs are most humble , best doctors available, over all treatment for patients is good , yesterday I bought tiffen from outsid I went for canteen to bring ganji but canteen lady refused to give me and said to bring it from where I bought tiffen I was most disappointed by that act , it's our choice to bring food wherever we want thier duty is to give what we ask . We have admitted our grandpa in Secure Hospital and the staff are very carring with patient. When it come to the cleanness and hygen it's good. Doctors are coming to the rounds daily twice a day and they listen the patient concern. Overall treatment is very good. But i would like to suggest to the management to give the soft skill training to the security guards and sister's (not for all but few of the people must required) like how talk with the patient and their attenders.

Doctors are very good. But management should provide basic needs such as good drinking water facility. Dummy filter machine installed, it impacts the reputation of hospital( insecure) we are surprised to see such a lack of responsibility.
