The
Pahadee
Coffee
Roasters
is
Bir's
newest
coffeehouse.
Located
smack
among
farms
and
orchards
in
a
quieter
part
of
town,
its
minimalist
nouveau
design
is
bound
to
get
your
attention.
Beautiful
large
windows
let
in
gorgeous
light
into
the
uncluttered
dining
area.
The
coffee
and
eats
live
up
to
the
design.
I
ordered
a
cappuccino
and
sweet
potato
fries.
The
cappuccino
was
hot
just
as
I
like
it,
served
with
demerara
sugar,
without
even
asking
for
it.
Glad
to
see
a
coffee
shop
which
has
banned
white
sugar.
The
sweet
potato
fries
came
in
a
beautiful
bowl
with
a
dip.
It
was
absolutely
delicious.
The
menu
of
the
day
included
some
global
cuisine,
nasi
goreng
and
pad
thai
curry
in
both
vegetarian
and
non-vegetarian
avatars.
The
Pahadee
Coffee
Roasters
is
a
place
that's
addictive.
You
may
want
to
linger
over
a
book
or
your
Kindle,
or
gaze
and
meditate
at
the
dense
mass
of
Tibetan
prayer
flags
through
the
expansive
windows.
Highly
recommended
when
you're
in
Bir.
