One of my favourite cafes in Bir. The coffee is top notch and their hand rolled pastas are my favorite.

The Pahadee Coffee Roasters is Bir's newest coffeehouse. Located smack among farms and orchards in a quieter part of town, its minimalist nouveau design is bound to get your attention. Beautiful large windows let in gorgeous light into the uncluttered dining area. The coffee and eats live up to the design. I ordered a cappuccino and sweet potato fries. The cappuccino was hot just as I like it, served with demerara sugar, without even asking for it. Glad to see a coffee shop which has banned white sugar. The sweet potato fries came in a beautiful bowl with a dip. It was absolutely delicious. The menu of the day included some global cuisine, nasi goreng and pad thai curry in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian avatars. The Pahadee Coffee Roasters is a place that's addictive. You may want to linger over a book or your Kindle, or gaze and meditate at the dense mass of Tibetan prayer flags through the expansive windows. Highly recommended when you're in Bir.

Posting this review after my second visit to the cafe. Absolutely loved the coffee, the food and the ambiance. Greek salad combo was delicious, and hummus platter won our hearts, and the coffee; the coffee is to die for. Being a local I have included this in my go to place list as this was one of the best coffees I had.

One of the best places in Bir for coffee. Pratyush knows coffee like very few people I've met and will happily brew you a cup to your liking. It's become my favourite place to hang out whenever I'm in Bir :)

A beautiful place, I have already been there twice. I love their coffee and especially the roasting session that Pratyush conducts. Being there is heavenly due to the aroma of coffee.

Great ambience, vibes and coffee. Tried hummus pita bread and Greek salad and it was awesome. The whole feel of the cafe is different and unique and offers great lighting and cozy vibes. Highly recommended for your trip to Bir!!! On top of that, you will be welcomed by Mocha Chino , two lovely dogs. Pratyush and Anuja serves you with smile and you feel like home. Get your coffee right like no other place in Bir here!!

I must say, the most extraordinary experience I've ever had is with Pahadee coffee. This delightful brew offers a perfectly balanced taste that has completely transformed my perception of black coffee. It tastes absolutely exquisite!

This couple-run cafe is definitely something that Bir needed! It successfully brings together old school vibes and contemporary aesthetics reflecting parts of their personalities. The coffee, food options and sunset views are to die for. I'll go ahead to extent of saying that, this is the only place in Bir that serves good coffee (and actually cares about it). Easy drive way, lots of parking area, dog-friendly space, friendly staff are some of the reasons that make it an extremely positive and convenient experience. Personal food favorites: Sweet potato fries, Hummus and Pita, Marble cake.
