Undoubtedly the best ambience in the city. Food quality is also good. Especially the shakes. Choose anything, it will be good. Most happening place in the city at present. Just the music isn't up to the standards. Lots of flies too.

Narang Cafeteria Pros 1. Located on the main road near court. 2. Variety of menu available to include South Indian, Chinese, continental with availability of mock tails, shakes and lemonade amongst drinks. Also, have options of ice creams in sweet. 3. Delivery time after order is ok. We actually didn’t notice much being in company of friends who met after long time. 4. We tried- Narang special grilled sandwich 🥪 (tasty and one should try), mix veg pizza (tastes ok but don’t expect great oregano toppings), masala dosa (except sambhar rest was great) and mint mocktail (super tasty 😋). 5. Prices are also average. 6. Great place for school college going kids and also for families. 7. Ambience is great Cons (reason for deduction of one star) 1. Very limited parking space available. Mind parking on road aa vehicle will be towed away. 2. We visited at around lunch time and air conditioning was not working properly. 3. Service by attendants isn’t that great. 4. one need to be patient for availability of a table during peak hours (last till late night also)

A place with normal food quality and exorbitant prices of basic items. The place is made to look like a fancy restaurant but the prices are of a 3 star hotel. Ordered pasta and shakes but sadly nothing was worth the money spent. Pasta was not up to the mark with less sauce and chilli flakes all over it whereas shakes and cold coffee was the basic thing that you can make at home. Overall not worth visiting and spending money if you know better places which offer good quality at this price point.

We tried cold coffee , cheese footlong , cheese in hot garlic and fresh lime. Rarely had such nice thick perfect blended coffee. Footlong was very fresh and tasty. Hot garlic cheese was a bit more towards punjabi tadka style. Great ambience and perfect latest music. Service was quite prompt. Would not mind visiting it again. Must try outlet for food if you visit hoshiarpur punjab.

I always love to go to this cafeteria with my family. But two days back, we ordered puzza at home through their delivery. Firstly the pizza was uncooked then we called them to get it replaced. Rather than sending the new pizza and picking up the old one, their delivery driver first came to pick that pizza then went back, cooked it and then delivered the same pizza. Such a wastage of time and experience. Worst customer service.

Good ambience. But slow food service even during the normal time. I ordered one plate cheese chilly and it them half an hour, but still food wasn't served. When I asked to the staff then their answer was kitchen is busy therefore your ordered got delayed. Lack of communication.

Food quality is Very good. But sometimes their staff not making Eye Contact with you and ignored you. Service is not good unlikely other things. You have to wait for some extra time after order. But overall experience is very good.

Food is good! Their paneer tikka pizza is fab!!! And the best item according to me is, veg roll dosa! But the service is not good at all you'll be calling the waiter again and again but they won't listen easily and won't greet you with a happy face! That sure is a turndown! Besides all that the place is good! Food is good! They'll have to improve their service tho!

shakes are pathetic. pricing 260 and content of 90-100rs service very poor. my delivery time was 47' mins exact, and they preferred to give away the zomato orders 1st rather than dine in customers

The food here is awesome, everything is favorful . I frequently visit the place due to the same. But the service is really poor. They take way too much time for preparation , expect a wait time of about 45mins to 1 hr.

Good food, ambience. In peak hours some delays in service are expected. Otherwise nice family restaurant for snacks. Menu do not have Indian roti dal sabzi cuisine. Only veg menu.

I don't know why people have rated this restaurant good.... One of the worst service, prices and ambience. They charge 30rs for extra sambhar. They force only mineral water on you.

I had high expectations for this cafeteria based on what I've heard, but unfortunately, the service fell short of the reputation. The waitstaff appeared tired, restless, and non-responsive . The slow service and lack of attention were particularly disappointing. It went a little better but didn’t last long . I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Need to focus on the preparation of the food as well .
