we recently booked rooms for our guests and noone was satisfied, some of the rooms were missing towels, the kettles were not working, the bedsheets were not clean and were changed on guests request after arrival, guests were taking shower and hot water was not working, etc unsatisfactory service

DO NOT STAY HERE: worst rooms I have been to. Bathrooms were filthy and bedsheets were unclean with a disgusting smell. Customer service was very bad with no consideration for our feedback.

Spacious rooms with fine fittings. A stink welcomes you as you enter the hotel. Same stink one will repeatedly experience in the hotel. While I would pardon all this, the quality of linen left me nauseous. There were locks of hair on the bedsheets... After complaining, the linen got changed, this time to stained ones. I feel these guys reuse the linen! Bathroom cleanliness was also average. Overall, a hotel serving marriage parties and not meant for the leisure traveller looking for a clean and comfortable place.

Everything was 1 star from a charging board which was not working properly to window which had no latch to close and we were shivering from cold. No quality and nothing was good. Rooms are spacious but of no use coz of poor room quality. Dustbins had no polythene and was stinking and even the water heater. Blankets seemed like it was not washed for years. We got a very poor room which was not upto the mark.

I will go 3stars why becoz it was available at night 2am Staff was friendly and nice Ample of car park Mobility access for wheel chair Spacious rooms Toilet and bathroom cleaning I would say 6 out of 10 Complimentary tea coffee in the room They only managed get us 1 heater out of three room. I would say good stay overnight !

No one is thr at reception...hotel was huge but i believe that is for some marriage or events purpose ...families cant stay thr as no hospitality..no room service...not tidy..no hygiene...

Maha ghatiya hotel, intercom not working, rudest GM ever, if he cant pick a call in night then he should not be given the numbers on Google for enquiry, smelly rooms, towels are in paethetic condition, only positive thing is calm front desk staff. Its a big show but a complete flop show. Not recommended...
