Worst experience at Hoshiarpur. Nobody responded in the morning for a cup of tea. Breakfast have to order after 10 AM. Even asking for some one to pick luggage was unanswered.

No proper service. No complementary water or tea. No slippers. Poor hygiene and poor cleanliness in rooms. Extremely less and poor quality toiletries for a hotel in this tariff/price range.

No hot water, poor cleanliness, Pathetic service, no reason why the hotel is empty. On my way to Golden Temple, took a stop over at this place, took two rooms to be able to get to Amritsar early in the morning being able to take bath. But for the hot water non availability, and their inability to provide got delayed.

I stayed there for i think 3 days and i literally say that the hotel has changed . Everything is just awesome. The way they welcome , the way they talk and the service they provide is just amazing

I stayed here for one night and my bad luck i forget my iphone charger 🔌 i called them thrice that i am 100% sure my charger is in room 310 i guess the manager is bit lazy he never return any call to me finally i asked him to give me the owner number and he pass me the GM number they all denied 🙅‍♀️ that we do not have any charger in that room I understand maybe it is not there but i am 101% sure chor inka koi manager or house keeping hi hai my doubt is on new manager because the way he said i will check and call back but unfortunately he never return a single call to me Very disappointed with service $3,000 for room and paid $3,000 for charger one night in 6000 not worthy rooms

Very Bad staff . Not co-operative, avoid family functions as the staff is not well behaved . A/C doesn't work in the rooms .

i stayed here for month and half when i was visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 the staff is pretty nice and they try to help out with stuff u need The room was OK decent they have plenty hot water 💧 to shower 🚿 with thats 1 thing i really liked about this place.

So I stopped here for food, the restraunt looked fishy so I said to.pack my order to my surprise the hotel didn't have disposable and I was amazed that how will I eat in car? But the manager Ramesh, told me it's none of his buisness. I have traveled alot and this is first time this happened and about food it was not even good fell sick after an hour of eating food. Never have food here folks. Never

The hotel didn't give you one single water bottle as a compliment when you arrived in the room. Then the lighting in the room is very poor,they don't even know the placement of lights. Service is very poor, even you have to ask for towels,no towels were given to us when we entered in the room, TV is not working first hotel staff tried to start our room' s tv but when she was helpless than said kindly wait it will start automatically although we don't have that much time to watch tv but still nothing was working and when you say to do something they will say it like this that this is their management's order we are not able to do anything. And The worst part of this hotel is the waste of water. When I asked that I need warm water for my shower 🚿 they said kindly open the tap for 10-15 minutes the warm water will come automatically because they are using Solar system and can you imagine the amount of water I had to waste to get the warm water , I still feel bad for wasting that much amount of water. Plates in the morning for breakfast were not up to date . Overall only staff behaviour is good there but I am not 🚫 satisfied with their service and not with the hotel. In other words sorry to use this phrase but.. ...Unchi Dukaan Pheeka Pakwan...

Place is good when it comes to food n service. But if u r expecting rooms to be of those high standards den u need to visit prior and get it cleaned up. U need to make a bargain for the room rent as online d rates are pretty high. Dey have good food service and location is perfect. Enough parking plus elevator also available.

I found as it's the best Hotel to stay in Hoshiarpur within budget. Service here found just awesome with very well behaved staffs.

Horrible hotel. Pathetic rooms. Poorly maintained infrastructure. Service levels quite low. Checked out immediately after checking in. Avoidbthisnproperty if possible

Service is good but not present fresh items

Clean rooms, clean washrooms and friendly staff. Food was also very good. We stayed here for just one night, yet we had a comfortable stay. They were kind enough to arrange accommodations and food for our driver as well. Overall, we were satisfied by the arrangements. Only feedback I gave them was to replace their towels. They had become quite hard and worn out.

Service was just okay. Rooms are overpriced. Not worth the money.
