Taking out special time to edit my review of 4 star to 2 stars. I'm really disappointed with the progress of this property. I have been coming to Jalandhar from last 6 to 7 years. This hotel I found out in 2015 and since then it was my best place to stay. It use to be a happening place. From staff to good quality, I use to come here only. From last few months the quality of everything is so bad I can't even tell you. Staff is not that well qualified now. Came to know some new manager came and everything changed for the bad. Pls look for other options if you want to.

Visit here for family get together and dinner, lunch or just for evening snack. Good furniture with good atmosphere and light music playing behind. One can have hosted birthday parties, kitties, family dinners and much more to enjoy. Centrally located in city this is a good property for people to enjoy. Rates are on bit higher side as per quality but being centrally located this is good

Attended a retirement party here with colleagues. Service was quick. Food taste was average. Hall size is limited for 50 pax. Lift facility is available. Major issue is parking which the hotel don't have. But they offer you free of cost vallet parking by parking your cars here and there roadside. Food taste and quality is an area where they required major improvement!!

Rooms are nice. Bathrooms are very small. The staff came at 12.30 A.M. to get a sign on the bill from me. It was just a bill of one bottle of water. The staff is very unprofessional and lazy.

Was there to attend one professional event and spent a night as overnight guest. The hotel is good and easy to locate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was bit slow and bathroom fixtures were not working properly. The food was ok but the breakfast was worst as they don't have options. Only 2-3 tasteless food items.

Yesterday I went there for party.Service was worse staff was too harsh . Hispitality was not up to the mark due to careless Staff.

We celebrated my cousin's birthday here in a private lounge. It was a spacious room nicely decorated. Food and services are great here. Staff was quite knowledgeable about the products and recommended nice starters like paneer Tikka and chicken tandoori. It is located in the heart of jalandhar City. Near by nakodar and Jyoti chownk. Note: No wheelchair entrance here

Rooms are very bad and unhygienic. There are cockroaches roaming over everything.

Overall the experience was amazing food was very delicious, feel very good to stay in the hotel.✨

Hello sir, today was my ring ceremony in your hotel Downtown but I had worst experience. First, we took timing of 11:00 am to 4:00 pm , our guest reached at 11:00 am but our waiters started ...Started menu...at 1:00pm ..guest waited for eatables for 2 hours. Second, there was no AC system it's was started at 11:30 am. They hardly started lunch at 2:30 pm but there was no chapati at all. They served chapati at 3:00 pm. Was my ring ceremony, I feel very bad that your hotel's name is very famous but serves and experience was realy bad, worst and disappointing. Never come your hotel Downtown again.

Well furnished room with all other facilities like large tv. Wash are also clean . But if you reached with 1to 7 am in the morning no open he hear to book the room . I reached 6 am in the morning they don't give room at that time in the cold time I suffered .

Visited here to attend reception party. I just want to say Food was too Delicious And tasty.

It was the worst experience of my life time , when i checked in rooms telecom was not working and i wanted water , i have gone down stairs to call them to check the rooms telecom , and when the telecom was repaired i called them again and again for water to drink but they took about 2 hrs to give me water to drink , and then i had gone down stairs to complaint then after half hour i got what i want . I won't be recommending this place to stay to anybody . Bad suggestion from go ibibo 👍 and one add-on all charging plugs were not working , i put my phone on charge in the bathroom .

Nice place, food quality was good. Visited there in one function. Overall location, cleaning, infrastructure etc was good.
