This is a genuine review before booking. Don't book this hotel so experience and staff is not supportive special night shift reception boy. He was so much Rude for me even I'm a very humble to him. But main problem is that room size is too much approx 8*8. They listed some different property on goibibo and oyo but they will provide you a smaller room.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. LOCATION IS GREAT. FOOD IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND GOOD TASTE AND QUALITY. HOTEL STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE..

I booked it through oyo and was satisfied with it. The staff was good and cooperative and the food was also tasty and delicious. But the only one thing was that out of my three rooms booked the two rooms AC were throwing water inside the room. So it's requested to check it out that's only the reason I'm giving them 4 stars

It is a good place to stay. The food is very good too. The place has a very homely feel, it is clean and has all the necessary amenities available. Local market is nearby, for local shopping as well. Friendly staff and good rooms make it's good combination to choose from.

This hotel located ladhowali road jalandhar, tie up with oyo hotels you can book room through application. At first floor of building there is punjab national bank and atm located, so it's helpful. You can take taxy auto from bus stand or railway station. It's 5 minutes from railway station and 10 minutes from bus stand. Just near of food bazar restaurant .

Location is not that great as it is located little away from the bus stand but it is closer to the city railway station. It is having all the basic amenities a hotel should have like TV,AC, well sanitised washroom, wardrobe etc.

Everytime my experience in oyo karma hotel and also in other hotels of oyo is awesome great. i am pretty much impressed by staff because they provide all the amenities and good stuff of food . thanx oyo 😊

Average stay, requires more attention towards customer handling. Hot cattle may be provided in rooms.
