My
experience
with
this
hotel
has
been
very
poor
so
far.
The
staff
is
very
impolite.
Even
the
receptionists
are
rude.
They
can't
even
provide
cold
RO
water.
No
doubt
the
hallways
look
very
beautiful,
but
as
soon
as
you
enter
the
room
you
get
to
see
the
reality.
The
rooms
are
very
small.
The
bathroom
is
also
not
properly
maintained.
In
my
room,
the
toilet
tank
was
also
leaking.
The
electricity
switches
and
sockets
provided
in
the
rooms
are
of
very
poor
quality.
Many
times,
I
couldn't
insert
my
mobile
charger
into
the
sockets.
I
booked
this
hotel
using
Oyo
app.
They
need
to
do
something
about
it.
And
one
more
feedback
for
Oyo,
many
hotel
owners
these
days
are
taking
mobile
from
the
guests
telling
them
they
want
to
check
something
(like
mail
received
from
Oyo)
,
and
give
5
star
rating
themselves.
So
now
Oyo
ratings
are
also
not
trustworthy.
I'm
not
sure
what
this
hotel
with
do
(I
mean
ratting
themselves
5
stars,
but
seeing
the
good
ratting
and
poor
rooms
and
services
provided
by
the
hotel,
it
seems
like
there
is
something
wrong
with
the
rattings).
I've
noticed
it
many
times
that
hotels
with
poor
rattings
are
better
than
those
with
good
rattings.
And
the
ones
with
good
rattings
rate
themselves
5
star.
So
Oyo
is
like
rate
yourself
OYO
(ok
your
own).
Not
as
far
as
this
hotel
is
concerned,
I'm
very
unsatisfied,
especially
with
the
service.
Now
that
I
asked
for
cold
water
(first
the
guy
bluntly
refused),
then
they
said
that
they'll
provide.
And
now
I
see
the
room
service
guy
with
a
jug
of
water
with
ice
cubes
filled
in
it.
I
asked
for
cold
water,
not
Ice.
Haha.
