It's one of the antique hotels, standing there for years. It's well maintained and the service is prompt. The staff is courteous and changed my room three times, whenever I requested. Rahul and his associate at the reception desk were amazing, they helped me get the breakfast packed early in the morning, Making an exception to their policy. Rooms are spacious with bath tub. Highly recommended.

Food is nice, no doubt about it. Harish Joshi is the manager I didn't liked, we were denied music at 5PM in the noon. Booking timings of hall is separate, this is punjab... few add on requests should be entertained from guests, specially in this corona situation....we were told by manager not book the hall again for a simple request. Not sure, what definition is this in hospitality...

This is our go to place. Birthday, anniversary Or just normal outing this place is best for dine in. Amazing food specially dal makhani for veg and butter chicken for non-veg. It's been more than 14 years now since we are visiting this place. Love the staff and services

We stopped here for a night while travelling from Udhampur to Jaipur. We checked in here very late, almost post midnight. But the staff was very co-operative, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast in the morning. Value for money

We ordered Dolphin special platter but it was just different varieties of Paneer. The kebabs were not cooked properly. The main course was delicious and quantity was also very good.

Atmosphere was really good. Fox and service was great. Really tasty food. Definitely recommend

The staff and manager was extremely rude, we had the worst experience ever here. When politely asked manager for discount, he said ‘maine apko ghar se to nahi bulaya’. Seriously pathetic!

Nice place... hygienic and clean...price are genuine... good place to stay in Jalandhar City...must checkout once ..room are well maintained..staff is also good..you will not face any problem at all..they have good wide space inside the hotel too..you will be satisfied..i didn't tried food here but for sure that will be great too..thank you .i enjoyed my stay here.

ALERT!!! We have went to Birthday party in this property with family after some time we went to dance at the time we have lost our purse with some cash, after the party we were getting out at the we decided to give tip to the service man but we find the purse at the same place but there were no cash, after we told the mnager to show us the CCTV they told that the camera is not working after 1 hour of arguments they decided to show us the CCTV finally we seen such a strange thing happen to us the waiter who was serving us has taken out the cash this is really unbelievable, Please be aware with then if you book any rooms or party hall. As my decision I prefer please don't choose this Hotel Dolphin for any reason, if you want to stay they you can at your own risk Thank you.
