Perfect place to buy groceries especially the deals they provide on various products are awsome. Vegetables and fruits are of good quality. Overseas fruits like avocado, tamarind, etcetera also available here. Underground parking is also available which is biggest plus point of this place.

Self packing rule is crazy… Even Shopkeepers pack the things into a polythene themselves. Fruits and Vegetables are useless as they are not fresh

Useless retail store! Reliance smart point has zero smartness when it comes to keeping the groceries the average consumer cannot avail from normal departmental store. All the outlets of reliance have the same type of groceries that you can easily get from the shop in your street. Just plain mediocre stuff, nothing extra-ordinary. Atleast easy day had different varieties of groceries that people get in big cities. Reliance being a well renowned brand and rich too-one could have expected them to bring diverse kinds of groceries other than simple things that were already easily available. Oh, and no availability of fresh and clean raw non-vegetarian material there. So we are back to where we started in this small city.

Only place in the city where you can get every stuff under one roof.. Lots of variety is there. Also you get many things at discounted rates. They have basement parking also. Only issue is at times they hardly run one or two billing counters. So you have to wait for long. Staff is polite. Hopefully they maintain their standards.

Location is great. Staff is co operative. Great experience. Neat and clean grocery.

I visited your store 2 times. In both visits the quality and price of material is satisfactory. But the employees deployed at store showed irresponsibility towards customer help, queries and were found talking, laughing and staring at customers in wrongful ways. Nobody came forward to help find items and even trolleys. Parking boy too was arrogant. Regulating employees is the need of the day.

Staff are so rude..and they love talking too much with each other even when there's a customer queue on their check out counter.. They are not helpful with some issues regarding the items. When you said you will complaint about it, they just shrugs shoulder like they never care. So, ATTENTION TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT..please conduct an extra training for your staff. Our experience isn't just one time. We gave chances, thinking it won't always be like that. But our guess was wrong. * Items on the racks were too dusty as well. And even the staff hygienic appearances were not that good. Thanks.

Nice stuff under one roof.

Poor customer service. I needed few boxes for a some stuff. I buy thousands rupees stuff from R Point. The manager was least gracious to help me with the boxes. Earlier he asks me to buy something then he can give me boxes and after I bought stuff he changed his mind. This is utter nonsense and ridiculous behaviour by a particular person of this store.

Poor service. The billing counters remain vacant and one has to wait for a cashier to come and do the billing.

Reliance is your go to for all you can get really, even if its the last place to shop....its got everything really. Its value for money, and the prices are reasonable in my opinion. l've been to different Reliance smart points across some states of' India and it feels just that same here in Hoshiarpur, Punjab as well.
