Fake commitments , substandard quality used In doors sanitary work , kitchen. Cabinets Failure in delivering possession on time. I am still struggling with Hamptons homes team for my flat deliver. Finishing issues , quality issue, poor customer satisfaction. Ignorance of emails, no reply from Hamptons staff. Very very poor in service and quality delivery.

One of the worst place, very poor quality, services are very very poor, DG unit charges 31.86 per unit. Network problem, Staff is not coprative, Bad equipments because of their fault will not be replaced. Doing work after reminding atleast 20 times.

i was suppose to buy the property but after seeing the quality of the work it was very very disappointing even the people there are not cooperative, no security noting Don't look to invest in it its totally useless

Sanitary work d grade, wooden works on doors is very cheap quality, kitchen wooden racks are worst !! used very low grade sanitary accessories, staff is not listening problems, mantanace charges are sky high

Best price ,macdonald, hospital kfc are near to the township. 3 bhk 2 bhk 1 bhk are available . Visit once

One word for this place - BKWAS poor quality material used everybody leaving there is suffering. Har dusre din Pani ke pipes me dikkat hoti h paani nhi aata h day night. Leakage issue maintenance issues etc. etc. Staff is not supportive at all. They just listen your issue n ignore it. Zero responsibility towards their duties. They forcefully charged you for festival celebration. Even they don't know how to invite for celebrations it like Dhamki aap apne aap pay krdo nhi to bill se deduct krege.

I worked here about one year. Its a real estate project. I was in operation department as operations executive. I learnt many things here related to management of work and pressure handling so i will suggest you if you are not much experienced than its a good place to work. As if your focus is only work and career than you can fresh start here. Thanks.

Poor service They are charging 4000 for maintenance services but maintenance department not even answer your call once u purchased here , and then u need to call from outside by your own after paying this much amt, in every alternate day there is water issue it's a new constructed society still there water pipes got broken how , there material quality is not up to the mark , There management team holds every decision , they charged unnecessary amt in the name of events for which u even not get invitation. Poor management team , you will not feel.safe there is no security And for everything they will charge from you. After being a owner you don't feel like one.
