This hospital is the one of the most bad hospital I had ever seen in my life. SPECIALLY Doctors never give reports of patients for further treatment if the patient wants to go to another hospital just for their services. The doctors, workers only greedy for money not to check the patient properly. According to my personal experience, I will never suggest anyone to come here for their treatment.... For the reason, your loved ones will die after their services..IVY not only provide fake treatment, but also charge a lot of money just for their own, not for the patient treatment. Either this hospital is too much expensive,or provide fake information.. Even misguide the patients as well as theri family members just to earn money..... THAT'S IT.🙏

Pathetic hospital just for the sake of money they just keep patients under their observation and meanwhile if patient family wants to shift their dear one for second opinion they just say patient is not stable once he/she get stable then you are free to go without giving any procedure report even in those cases which should handle with prime care. Worst hospital i have ever been to. Thought the doctors and nursing staff is good but the hospital is not at all affordable to general public. All they care about is to how they can fetch money from patients. Unnecessary charges and expencive medicines will add up to the patients burden. The same injection on pharmacological name can be obtained on almost half the price of what ivy is selling. No regulation body is there to check and when you question the front desk about the sky high charges, all they care is to play the blame game.Its a humble request to keep a check on the expenses because people dont visit hospital out of happiness. They are already under soo much of pain n grief, and hospital should take adequate measures to help them and not add to their sufferings.

Excellent hospital , as my father's admitted here i i was there with him as an attendant .he's treated by Dr. Rinki kakkar .she is very nice as well as she has understood the problem behind my father's illness now he is discharged .He is completely fine . nursing staff is also very supportive and professional about their work !! I also want to appreciate the house keeping staff there as the level of cleanliness there is commendable .i think it's costly but they done every test which are Advantageous . I specially want to say thankyou to Dr. Rinki kakkar , for her good work and excellent communication skills .

Very poor management. No value of time and no concern with patients pain. Opd Appiontment not available I visited for dr. Harpreet orthopedic Not even single patient waiting and doctor was not on chair I have to wait 1 hour Simply if no patient in opd definitely number of patients will be 1 or 2 in indoor treatment means doctor was passing time X-ray service so poor again waited 1/2 hours Never visit IVY hospital with thought they care patients

One of the rubbish hospital . My grandfather was admitted there ,he is a retired military man and all the hospital bills are directly billed to government . We went there for his treatment of prostate disease and they admitted him for 12 to 15 days without any reason and they keep telling us from the day one that they are going to operate tomorrow but when my family used to go to hospital everyday and they told them oh we will do it tomorrow and this is how their system works to make money from people especially if the medical is covered under military plan. They did not even provide a good meal to him and my grandfather got so weak . Yesterday my dad shouted on the doctor that what you are doing because the problem has not solved even after spending 15 days in the hospital. Then the senior management took this in consideration and told my dad , oh you should tell us this before!!! Isn’t it crazy ! We told them that to give him discharge and we went to hospital in jalandhar and the doctor did great job and treated my grandfather through Prostatic artery embolization . However, the IVY HOSPITAL has zero responsibility and accountability. For them the patient is just an individual and thats it . I would not recommend this hospital . Be careful if you are taking your loved ones to this hospital.

My son is admitted with pneumonia and spasam problem in emergency. Dr yogita treated very well and staff here nursing incharge manjit kaur and other nursing staff gave excellent nursing care nd now my son recovers ...excellent treatment. Appreciate all staff

Admitted with kidney stone problem in ivy hospital.Dr Vijayendra (Urologist)has done tubeless surgery (Mini PCNL) and removed my kidney stone. Treatment goes very well nd I m thankful of doctor they helped me a lot in my recovery .

Please make sure don’t just rely on the staff!! My brother plan to take our burnt mom after checking all the reviews from the site and we were glad that she is in good care till one day after the dressing treatment she did not eat anything for almost 3 days in a row and doctors did not bother to feed her until my brother asked and doctor on time .saying we can put food pipe now !do they need a reminder from the family ??? Very sad after this unexpected loss of her .please be careful don’t just depend upon them, keep an eye on what ever going on there as I don’t want you to loose your loved one as we lost our mom .we are still having hard time to believe on this unfortunate situation.

Everything is excellent but if patient admit in hospital with their cashless insurance policy card then the corporate department of the hospital is not solve queries of billing at timely from insurance company side at the time of patient discharge...so that patient suffers from morning to night for their clearence from Corporate department of hospital.. in the end patient's relative's get clearence too late after too much visits in corporate office of hospital.....Only this is major issue. otherwise Doctors, Staff Nurses, Security and Cleaning staff are very good and polite.....! Hope this issue can be solve in future...

My friend's grandmother was hospitalized here couple of months ago. I remember when we visited at the hospital for very first time. We went to other hospitals too but when we came here, the girl at the reception I think(Arti) she did a really great job back then. Doctors did their part with great efforts but arti was the one who made our grandmother realize that she is in safe place. Even after we admitted her, she came to visit us couple of time. She helped us with almost everything. Thanks to ivy and special thanks to Arti.
