Close to nature. Nice place to visit if you are from Hoshiarpur or nearby. People come here for walk, exercise, running, photography shoots for newly weds. There is a new cafe named Hideaway cafe just uphill the dam area which has three huts with decent rooms for staying overnight and experiencing a lovely sunrise with a picturesque view of dam. Visitors need to be educated for keeping the place clean, because they throw waste near the lake. Only one boat available for boating.
