recently
dined
at
Urban
Cafe,
Hayat
Regency
Chandigarh,
to
celebrate
my
son's
birthday
with
my
family.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
was
nothing
short
of
a
complete
letdown.
From
the
moment
we
made
the
reservations
until
the
billing
process,
every
aspect
of
our
visit
was
marred
by
poor
service
and
subpar
quality.
Firstly,
upon
arriving,
we
were
informed
that
our
reservation,
which
clearly
mentioned
the
occasion
as
a
birthday
celebration,
was
not
properly
communicated
to
the
staff.
Consequently,
we
were
left
unattended
for
the
first
half
of
our
meal,
with
no
server
assigned
to
our
table.
This
lack
of
attention
continued
throughout
our
time
at
the
restaurant.
To
make
matters
worse,
our
table
was
not
properly
maintained.
The
water
bottle
provided
was
left
without
any
server
constantly
checking
on
us,
and
our
table
was
not
watered
as
it
should
have
been.
The
buffet
spread,
which
should
have
been
a
highlight,
was
a
major
disappointment.
The
food
was
consistently
cold,
and
despite
our
repeated
requests,
the
appetizers
were
not
replenished,
and
empty
buffet
dishes
were
left
unattended.
Additionally,
the
billing
process
was
unnecessarily
time-consuming
and
confusing.
Despite
providing
the
details
of
our
coupons,
the
managers
seemed
perplexed,
which
only
added
to
our
frustration.
Such
inefficiency
and
disorganization
are
simply
unacceptable.
Regrettably,
the
problems
did
not
end
there.
Shockingly,
several
of
our
guests
fell
ill
with
food
poisoning
the
very
next
day.
It
is
evident
that
the
quality
of
the
food
served
was
compromised,
leading
to
this
unfortunate
and
distressing
outcome.
This
incident
not
only
ruined
our
dining
experience
but
also
had
serious
health
implications
for
some
of
our
party
members.
I
must
express
my
deepest
disappointment
with
Urban
Cafe
at
Hayat
Regency
Chandigarh.
In
all
my
years
of
dining
out,
I
can
confidently
say
that
this
was
one
of
the
worst
restaurant
experiences
I
have
ever
encountered,
certainly
the
worst
in
the
city.
The
lack
of
service,
cold
and
neglected
buffet,
and
the
serious
health
repercussions
from
the
food
served
have
left
a
lasting
negative
impression.
However,
it
is
worth
mentioning
that
the
valet
service
at
Hayat
Regency
Chandigarh
was
commendable.
The
valets
were
welcoming,
efficient,
and
made
us
feel
at
home.
From
the
moment
we
handed
over
our
car
keys
to
the
moment
we
received
our
vehicle
back,
everything
was
convenient
and
smooth.
I
extend
my
sincere
thanks
and
regards
to
the
valet
team
for
their
exceptional
service
amidst
an
otherwise
disappointing
visit.
I
strongly
urge
the
management
of
Urban
Cafe
to
provide
an
explanation
for
the
abysmal
service
and
the
compromised
quality
of
their
food.
It
is
essential
that
they
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
these
issues
and
ensure
that
such
substandard
experiences
are
not
repeated
in
the
future.
As
a
customer,
I
expected
much
more
from
a
reputed
establishment
like
Hayat
Regency.
I
sincerely
hope
that
my
review
helps
others
in
making
an
informed
decision
regarding
their
dining
choices,
and
I
encourage
the
management
to
take
my
feedback
constructively
to
improve
the
overall
experience
for
future
patrons.
