Very friendly and helpful staff. Cakes are awesome. Edit: Although the cakes and other eatables are great, I had somewhat bad experience with their delievery timings. Had booked a cake 2 days in advance but still had to wait for an hour from the preset time. It was rather frustrating as I was the host of my party and all my guests had to wait for an hour due to this. The staff didn't exactly knew how long it would take and told me to wait for 10 more minutes everytime I asked about an ETA. But this doesn't mean that their products are not good, they are the best in the town and I'd prefer them over anyone else around.
