There was DCR operation scheduled for my mom for both the eyes, the operation went smooth and the faculty staff to mention a few(Counselor Sudha, Hospital manager Naveen and few more) have addressed v well with their humble behavior. Very good Hospital with highly professional and experienced doctors. The upkeep of Hospital is upto the mark. Excellent staff . The cost of consultation and treatment carried out is relatively cheaper. Patients waiting time is much less. I wish the overall growth of Hospital. I would request the management to consider some discount on medicines which will be helpful to senior citizen and poor people.

We visited the hospital for cataract surgery of my mother in law on September 11th. She is 65 years of age, overweight, and suffering from diabetes and high BP. Our experience of consultation and subsequent surgery was really really good. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Operating surgeon Dr Mohan was very encouraging and Dr Uma venugopal who takes care post OT was very helpful. Naveen Kumar, the counselor, deserves a special mention as he made sure that every process was smooth. He explained everything related to surgery and insurance, making our challenging time very very comfortable. He was very transparent about the procedures, and was very patient in dealing with us. Safe to say, we will be choosing this hospital for further treatment as well.

One of the best eye hospitals in the town. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They give proper time for the treatment and explain details to the patient. All the modern equipments are available. Treatment process is quite streamlined and smooth. My dad, who is a diabetic and cardiac patient, got operated for cataract here. Proper care was taken during the surgery. His vision is back to normal after the surgery.

Doctors are actively hearing the concerns and providing treatment or suggestions based on that. And Nurses are also super active. Overall we got good service. And based on what i observe, hospital is equipped with necessary devices to perform scan/tests.

Sri Narayana eye hospital is very good. DOCTORS are also very good. Consultation experience is great. But the optical shop inside the hospital is very bad. They keep cheap quality frames. Lens are also cheap quality. The frame will come out in two months only even if screws are intact. Dont buy from this shop. Local optical shaops are a better. There manager is rude.

Took my wife for a cataract surgery. The procedure went very well. Dr Umah is a very senior Doctor and the entire crew is too kind and helpful.

We are very impressed with the efficiency of this hospital. It is clean and utmost care is given to hygiene. The staff is polite and efficient.There is minimum waiting time and the staff goes into action almost as soon as you enter. I would specially like to thank Dr Kamala Lavanya, who apart from her medical expertise takes special interest in her patients and has a warm friendly nature. Also a word of appreciation for nurse Soumya(I hope I got her name right i mean the nurse who did my ecg) for her brisk efficiency. Last but not the least a special mentoion of Dr Mohan who actually performed the surgery! My surgery was quick and I am happy with the outcome. My only regret is I did not really meet him. All I saw was a pair of eyes behind a mask before he went into action in the OT. But touching wood I can see like an eight yr old thanks to the surgery! I must add Sudha, the counsellor is very coooperative and patient

One of the best so far for EYE related testing and treatment. The staff is very helpful and professional, the doctors are awesome, not very expensive. A detailed check of the issue is done with loads of patience, you will feel very confident about the treatment done here (Disclaimer: This is my personal experience, it may be different for others). My sister referred me this place because she got her son treated here, after my visit to this place I feel i should recommend this to others as well.
