We consulted Dr. Bala madam before conception, and following her advice, conceived successfully. The entire nine-month pregnancy journey was exceptionally smooth under Dr. Bala madam guidance. Scans and tests were conducted punctually and yielded perfect results. We welcomed a healthy baby boy without any complications, and we extend our special thanks to Dr. Madhu as well. The hospital staff provided good care, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the treatment and attention given to us. All aspects were explained thoroughly both before and after pregnancy 😊 We will also recommend Miracle Hospital to our friends and relatives 👍

It’s newly opened. The doctors are friendly. The hospital is clean and neat. Expecting the same service from the management to keep the hospital so clean. The AC is kept on though no patients were there. I have seen in other hospitals they will switch off the AC if no patients are there. Few improvements needed I know some points may be in progress 1. Booked appointment through website but didn’t get confirmation in mobile. 2. It’s good and appreciated that from the front desk they called immediately once booked through online. 3. If mobile app is available then we can have all our reports and appointments in one place. The hospital got ample parking slots. I believe soon the basement will be operating, so that we can avoid parking on the roads.

Disaster hospital, Charges are touching clouds.. No experience doctors, I had very bad experience with ultrasound scanning. The doctor doing scanning was new, not aware how machine works. 5-6 people came in room to do scanning, looking like gaining experience on me. After that no report was handed over, some pictures were send on WhatsApp. I was asked to collect report next day. It been 20 days I cannot get the reports and when I shouted they gave me A4 print out for 4 pictures that were forwarded to me..

The most respected profession comes with big responsibilities, taking care of us all! So, if our doctor is doing a good job, he/she deserves our feedback. We were looking for a Gynecologist for My Wife and we found these wonderful People based on my cousin’s reference. We are really thankful to Dr.Bala, Dr. Madhu, Dr. Roshini and entire Hospital staff. Dr. Bala is incredible, Not only she has taken great care of My Wife’s health, but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. We highly recommend becoming her patient! Their soft spoken and friendliness cures half of the health issues & makes you confident. Here staff members are also very supportive and the hospital is very clean & Neat with ample parking slots. This Mother and Baby hospital has been the best hospital in our area. We recently visited the pediatrician Dr.Goharsha for my son's sickness. My son was infected with Sepsis, urticaria and other complications. This happened all of a sudden and admitted to this hospital. Dr.Goharsha responded immediately and treated my child very well. It was a week duration but results turned around from the 3rd day onwards. During nights even the doctor used to take proper updates from Duty Doctor and nursing staff. We thank Dr.Roshini as well for her inputs. I need to mention all the nursing staff in triage ward, Lab Technicians, especially spotlight sister Kavya, sister Bhavani and sister Priyanka S for sure because of their truly professional behaviour and patient friendly approach. They take a lot of pain due to circumstances but when it comes to nursing the patients they are at their best. They are from time to time for observations and medication round the clock for my child. They deserve a bow. Duty Doctor Lakshmi, Nutritionist Akhila, Support staff Pavithra, Sister Sampoorna also played their roles well. Last but not the least, Dr.Madhu sir timely visited us and gave a lot of moral support and strength throughout this journey. We owe Dr.Goharsha, Dr.Madhu garu and this hospital a lot. They are serving the needs and trying to be one of the best hospitals for mother and children. From my experience, I would say all we need is little patience, trust in the doctors and their treatment.

Best paediatrician available in this hospital but worst medical store staff and they don’t have even care to arrange medicines prescribed by their doctors. Usually hospitals allow 5-7 days for follow up but this hospital allows only three days for follow-up when doctors asks to revisit after five days. Just want to loot money from people.

The service was awesome. Dr. Roshini has taken care of my 1year old kid very well. Really very thankful for their support during the tough time. The health care staff, properly monitored all the parameters for 24 hrs. With their support, my kid recovers from severe fever with convolutions, within 3 days.... I will definitely suggest this hospital for kids....

They will loot people. Already paid consultation charges on Saturday of 700rs and habe been told follow up is free and ENT doctor will be available on Monday and she will clear wax. No amount to be paid. Today went for a follow up and afree removal of wax, I have been forced to pay 1000rs and not oy they didn't inform about the charges upfront also behavior of admin was very rude. I don't recommend

It was a great experience meeting Dr. Bala and Dr. Madhu during the important phase of our life. We had planned to continue with Miracle hospital and Dr.Bala based on reviews about the doctor and as referred by our friends who had good experiences with Miracle hospital. We came in with lots of expectations and had a wonderful journey right from pregnancy check-ups till delivery in Miracle hospital, Seegahalli, Whitefield. Overall they maintain a high bar in patients and support services. We had a seamless experience from my day 1 till the medical insurance claims and discharge. We got 24x7 support with a smile from each and every members, support staffs of Miracle hospital during the critical days when we were admitted.

One of the best hospitals in and around Whitefield area. Had a successful normal delivery; all thanks to Dr. Bala mam, Dr. Madhu sir and entire hospital staff for making the entire process seem easy. This was my first and was really scared since day 1. Bala mam made sure I was on strict diet and exercising everyday. Lamaze class was really helpful. If you are looking for a good maternity and child care in Bengaluru, highly recommend.

Hospital is nice but internal charges are bit costly. I have taken Dr Bala as my gynecologist. In first few visits it was all good but later in 3rd month I caught viral flu as it was spread all over Bangalore. I was on 102 fever for 3 days..1st day I visited to hospital and meet Dr Bala and she gave me the medicine. Next day fever was still same..so I was worried and thought to check with Dr. any other precautions should I take or not. So I pinged her on the given number..but didn't get any response so I called her..on call she told me to visit hospital. I thought she called me to check whether there is any progress or not..but when I visited her to hospital she literally shouted on me coz I called her directly..one can imagine I was in high fever and she Is scolding me tht why I called her directly. And thn she said if you want 24hur observation thn I suggest you to get admitted for IVF. Post tht in 6th month I was traveling to my home town so I was checking with her is it safe to travel in 33rd week in flight.. answer which she has given to me was pathetic. "If I'll say it's not safe then you will not fly" I said I will travel early in that case..but as a first Tym mother we have lots of questions in mind and it's better to ask doctor either thn Google it.but if doctor is giving such response thn what should we do.. I was really disappointed with her service and behaviour back thn.

My baby boy was delivered here on sept 2022. I had some complication where I had no hope for normal delivery. But doctors and nurses were very supportive and encouraging and the baby was delivered normally. Dr Bala, Dr Madhu and Dr Junya are always positive which boosts confidence for a new mom. Every concern/question is addressed patiently by both Dr Bala and Dr Madhu. Hospital is very clean and hygienic and all staff are very supportive. Thanks to Dr Bala, Dr Madhu, sister Veda, Amrutha and Mary who were with me throughout the journey.

I am really grateful to Dr Bala Mam and Madhu Sir for their help and support throughout my two pregnancies. Even having complication both my babies were delivered normally by Dr. Bala Mam. Dr madhusudhan sir is the best gynecology surgeon, recently had myomectomy at miracle, he is very caring, always smiling, regularly coming and enquiring about my health, and responds 24/7 on call. Thank you sir for such a caring person.

During the seventh month of her pregnancy, my wife started having sharp pains, and we rushed to the Miracle Pregnancy Hospital at 3:30 in the morning. The doctors and nurses at the hospital responded very quickly and were very responsive, so patients received immediate treatment. The response time was really good, and both the receptionists and the nurses providing care were very helpful. We are thankful that Miracle Pregnancy Hospital offers the highest quality treatment during times of need.

Recently I underwent surgery called Cystectomy by Dr Madhusudhan sir, he is very supportive and best gynae surgeon in Bangalore. Very experienced and great hand, I was very scared and nervous before surgery but madhu sir has spent one hour with me and explained how important the surgery is and what happens if the ovarian cysts won't be removed. Great moral support, always smiling and the environment is also great. Highly recommended.

“It does exactly what it says on the tin” Miracle hospital is exceptionally good with highly skilled doctors. Whole staff is very courteous, they treat patients like their own family and so cooperative. I had my fibroid removal surgery performed by doctor Madhu who is the best doctor I ever consulted, with such a warm smile always and so much of patience he listened to my whole problem and counselled so well in the first meeting itself. We were a bit hesitant to get the procedure done here as we hardly have any family support in Bangalore, after consultation we agreed for the surgery and the support that we got from the whole staff was outstanding. They are very caring and always on their toes for any kind of help. In addition to the services and staff, the hospital is very clean and hygienic. Very average They are charging in scale of premium hospitals but services are pretty average. They never meet their appointment timings. This is not only my experience. Many patients came before their appointment times but still had to wait for an hour or so Staff lack experience. 1st time visit Rs 700 (Rs 100 registration). Valid for only 3 days and only one subsequent visit. They are claiming to be women and children hospital. But there aren't any sitting pediatrician or gynaecologist round the clock. Better call and only if doctor is available visit. Disappointment

Miracle hospital is near hospital to our home my sister pregnant and she started getting some pain in stomach, it's tough to reach out to our regular Gynecologist and we were so scared then searched in Google and called this hospital, the patient support staff very helpful and made instant appointment for us with Dr Bala and she was out at that time but she arrived before our arrival and here is where we really appreciate her. After that she saw my sister and provided appropriate treatment with quick diagnosis. The amazing thing is that she was very calm and attentive, listened all the our queries and answered to all of our doubts with best suggestions without any hurry or tense in our local language and this what we really expect from a doctor. Especially her approach made me to write a detailed review. Even the nursing staff were so nice and friendly, we felt like home. And there is no doubt that Dr Bala is the best gynecologist that we ever met and we highly recomend her for pregnancy care.

I had to bring my little one by 4:30 in the morning for an emergency. Though the situation was scary, the doctors here were composed and fell back on their expertise. A very safe space to bring your children. Doctors are very caring and don't unnecessarily threaten the parents. They understand the mindset with which we bring our little ones to them and are very very co operative. Dr. Roshni is amazing and knows her way with the kids perfectly. Her expertise gives the confidence boost all the parents need at such times. I was clearly taken through the situation and all possible medical calls were consulted with me. I see a personal touch in this hospital and i think it has been brought in by design. Not just the doctors, even the nursing staff go above and beyond to take care of our little ones. One of the safe and best hospital to bring your children. Way to go.

Worst hospital ! They just want money! And they bluff by sending you from one doctor to another and ask for separate fee for each doctor. I took my mother for consultation, as she is having herpes. First a general physician just said no problem and she practically didnt tell anything. And asked for consultation to a senior Dr Sivaram. We visited him next day, then they asked for separate fee, he asked after checking reports said to consult a deitician to which they carged separate fee on same day. Then that dietician also just talked few general things and didnt tell any plan in written. She said if u next time I will give you one diet plan in written, meaning they want another ₹600 for next visit. Summary is they send u from one doctore to another just to get high consultation fee from patients! Pathetic experience! I will never recommend anyone to go to this hospital! If u want your time and money to get wasted, u can still go here.

We had an excellent experience at Miracle Women & children’s hospital. Thanks to Dr.Bala for her guidance for delivery. We were here for our second baby delivery and after that for the treatment of Jaundice for the baby.Both time the care for the mother and for the newborn were so delicately taken care by Nurse Nikitha and Priya. I appreciate their efforts in feeding the newborn to monitoring the mother and baby at nighttime. They made my time at hospital very easy and helped throughout the time we were admitted.I would like to thank Nurse Saritha for her support during my delivery in labour ward.

I am very very thankful to Dr. Bala mam for her support in my pregnancy journey. She is always approachable, doesn't allow her patient to get panic in any situation. Last week I have visited this hospital for my baby breathing problem, we have booked our appointment through google and they picked my call immediately and responded very well. Dr Ravi kumar sir very experienced pediatrician, he knows how to make babys smiling and feel comfortable at the time of treatment. He cared my baby very smoothly and gave appropriate treatment. We really appreciate his patience and skills.

Hospital situated righ beside the segahhali main road. Its very approachable through the hospital contact number. One can book appointment for consultation and any other services. As a consultee, my all praise goes to Dr. Madhu Naidu who always on time for his patients listen to each words during the course of consultation in OPD does everything that suits best to the patient Does not prescribe unnecessary medications His contribution during the stay in labour room was really superb and helpful. Also, it would not have been a successful journey without Dr Bala. She encourages the mother to be stress-free and healthy. Overall rating is 5/5 for My personal appreciation goes to Mr Ravi, who helped us in each and every small and big things during our stay in hospital. He also helped us post hospitalization through call and gave us proper guidance for claims. We can not forget the selfless contribution from the Staff nurses in IPD. Good hospital, very experienced doctors, recently underwent hysterectomy surgery to my wife, by Dr Madhusudan very good gynae surgeon, no unnecessary medicines and charges, very affordable and caring. Visits and asks about condition and how we are doing all the time, available in the phone all the time. Very comfortable and recommends all the people.

The treatments provided by the doctors are really good. But if your kid is taking leave for the problem and if you ask for medical certificate they are charging which is not acceptable. For the treatment they have provided for the same if it is charged is not fair. This is a note to the management alone.

We are trying for pregnancy from last 7 years. We consulted Dr. Bala through one of my friend's reference. In the first appointment she explained about the issue, root cause and food diet. After that she explained the treatment process also. She won't make any false promises, very genuine and straight forward. If we follow her suggestions we will definitely get our problems resolved. After taking treatment for 3 months only we heard the good news. After getting pregnancy till nine months she took care of my wife very well. We are blessed with a baby girl. Even if it is new Hospital, facilities are good. Compared to other multi speciality hospitals cost wise also less.

Had a really bad experience with this hospital. I feel its not right Visited this hospital on 21st for my daughter having dry cough mostly at night. Treated by doctor and given 2 syrup for 5, 7 days. After 7 days , today visited hospital bcz there was zero improvement in the cough and it got to next level. Receptionist asked me to pay consultant charges and i denied. I was told that only if u visit within 3 days then only consultation will be free.. i have been clearly told by doctor take the medicine for 7 days and let me know. There is no ethics. The point is why will i visit within 3 days if doctor clearly told me take medicine for 7 days thinking that her cough will reduce within that period of time. This is not right. Its like looting the patient just saying its the hospital rules. Please do change these kind of rules that doesn't make any sense to charge any patient. You are serving a society with there medical needs. Atleast have some ethics along with make money. 🙏

We have been seeing Dr Madhu for past one year trying to conceive baby and Dr Madhu is truly a godsend for us. He found the issue in less time and gave the treatment accordingly and also he clearly explains about the treatment and reason behind medication.
