Ashish
yoga
fitness
and
I
crossed
paths
when
I
was
suffering
from
certain
health
issues.
At
a
time
when
I
felt
so
mentally
and
physically
weak,
AYF
restorative
yoga
classes
sounded
like
a
good
opportunity
to
get
some
stress
relief
and
heal.
I
had
never
done
any
yoga
prior
to
this
,
but
with
Raja
Sir
and
Pintu
Sir's
clear,
personalized,
and
empathetic
approach
I
learned
quickly
and
was
able
to
effectively
practice
the
positions
outside
of
class
on
my
own
as
well.
The
small
group
classes
allows
the
teachers
to
provide
unique
attention
to
each
of
yoga
student
needs,
be
it
physical,
emotional,
or
your
hectic
life
schedule.
They
have
also
allowed
me
to
make
some
amazing
friends,
and
feel
like
part
of
a
family.
The
road
to
recovery
has
been
a
long
one,
but
I
credit
finding
AYF
when
I
needed
it
the
most.
I
understand
practicing
yoga
is
not
just
for
a
pose
or
exercise,
it
also
helps
for
spiritual
enlightenment
along
the
journey.
It
gives
guidelines
that
helps
union
of
my
mind,
body
and
the
energy.
Would
like
to
give
my
heartly
thanks
to
Raja
Sir
and
Pintu
Sir
once
again
and
for
everyone
out
there,
if
you
are
looking
to
take
a
small
step
towards
physical
or
mental
health,
do
not
go
anywhere
other
than
AYF.
