This
was
our
first
visit
to
Raj
Dum
Biryani's,
as
we
usually
choose
to
go
to
Mani's
Dum
Biryani.
The
flavors
here
seemed
similar
to
Mani's
Dum
Biryani
but
raj
dum
biryani
is
mildly
spiced
,
with
the
main
difference
being
that
at
Raj
Dum
Biryani,
they
offer
tables
for
sitting.
Both
of
these
biryani
spots
are
quite
famous,
with
service
starting
as
early
as
5
AM.
People
often
line
up
as
early
as
4
AM,
some
dining
in,
while
others
prefer
takeout.
There's
also
parking
available
near
the
restaurant.
My
mom
even
placed
orders
for
her
friends.
So
we
ended
up
spending
a
significant
amount
of
money
💰
on
this
biryani
point
We
ordered:
Mutton
Soup
🥣
(4/10):
Unfortunately,
the
mutton
soup
was
overly
oily
and
lacked
distinct
flavors,
mostly
tasting
of
pepper
and
oil.
Mutton
Biryani
(7/10):
The
mutton
biryani
had
a
flavor
similar
to
Mani's,
but
the
mutton
itself
was
overcooked,
resulting
in
a
rubbery
texture.
Chicken
Biryani
(9/10):
The
chicken
biryani
was
a
winner.
The
chicken
was
perfectly
cooked,
and
the
flavor
was
top-notch.
Chicken
Kabab
(8/10):
The
chicken
kabab,
although
slightly
overcooked,
had
a
delightful
flavor.
The
crispy
curry
leaf
topping
was
a
favorite.
The
location
is
a
bit
far
from
the
busy
city
area,
making
it
ideal
for
a
long
drive
to
indulge
in
a
delicious
meal
🍽️.
We
drove
30
km
from
our
place
just
to
try
this.
"Thank
you
for
taking
the
time
to
read
my
thoughts.
I
hope
you
found
them
helpful.
It's
important
to
keep
in
mind
that
these
are
my
personal
food
preferences,
and
the
food's
flavor
can
vary
from
day
to
day,
possibly
even
improving
or
changing
over
time."
