Good outlet of Domino’s pizza, staff are well mannered and friendly. Ample seating space. As usual, good food. Thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas and garlic bread. Do note one has to climb a few steps to get to the entrance of this shop. Card payments accepted here. The washroom required maintenance though.

This is the second time i have faced issue with this outlet delivering the food to me. I have ordered stuffed garlic bread and nonveg taco and received a normal garlic bread sticks and veg taco. Which is totally not acceptable at all. Tried contacting the store but the contact provided says switched off. Neither the domino support has not taken a proper step to resolve the issue. This should be taken serious and need some monitoring while sending orders to your customers. Completely dissatisfied.

We came with family and were not even given water.....when we repeatedly asked..we were told ....we don't have glasses ..we can't give water .. Pathetic attitude...we are not coming back again surely . Plus will also tweet shortly

Toillet is so dirty as has not been cleaned for years... Margherita was too cheessy although we replied no extra cheese to be toped. Did not receive a receipt but we overpaid our order when checked the prices from the menu.

Im a big fan of Dominos pizzas but the staff in kadugudi & Kannamangala branch in bangalore dont know how to handle the customer needs, very simple message they cannot communicate with their coworkers itself, and the taste and topping is going worst n worst Better you can avoid kannamangala and kadugudi branch/Location....

Order took 50 minutes to reach, as against given time of 20-30 minutes. No telephonic support available. I finally went to the store myself to check and the manager did not even speak to me properly. He kept avoiding me, didn't answer any single question properly and kept ignoring me and kept checking the screen of his computer. At a time when there was 1 customer in the store. Sorry to say, but, the most pathetic unit and the worst, rude, obnoxious staff I've ever seen in Dominos. FYI, I've traveled in 5 countries and have had Domino's in 4 of them. This Kadugodi unit is the worst. Shame on your manager and his behavior.

Worst experience ever. Pizza size is small, very less toppings, hard crust and staff not providing bill. Do not go to this Dominos.

Didn't deliver order for even after 1 hour 30 mins. I had to call twice. 1st time I was told that there will be a delay and order will be dispatched in 15-20mins. Then when I called 2nd time I was told the typical lie "that delivery guy tried calling me but couldn't reach me". ( I live 2 km from store and in a well known gated society, with security gate for entry and approval, so there was no need to call ). I asked for cancellation and refund which they did but store manager disconnected the call when I asked for the escalation matrix.
