I ordered Lazeez Bhuna Murgh Biryani (Boneless). It was so bad. Please don't ever think of having any biryani from this place. It was horrible. I felt like puking after eating just one bite. This restaurant should not exist.

Ordered lazeez bhuna murgh biriyani and it was the worst biriyani i had and also not even one single piece of chicken was available in it. So much amount we are paying and the items received is pathetic. Worst experience.

I recently placed a Lunch order through zomato and was unimpressed with the standard of the food.The Biryani was first packaged in a paper container. The entire paper container smelled in the biryani. In addition, I saw that there had been a spill in the food container, messing up the flavor. I'm forced to throw away the entire biryani. The cutlery was also unpacked, which was a hassle and interfered with how well the meal could be enjoyed.

I placed an order online and it was cancelled at the last moment. I badly wanted to talk to a human but the IVR kept going on and on. Same thing with the chat bot in the site. And this happened after ordering through their own website and NOT though Swiggy or Zomato. I lost a 150 bucks voucher and my time. Extremely disappointed!! Please avoid.

Order online and rice and meat is so dry waste of money.. Never going to order behrouz biryani again.. there standards are going low day by day..

Very bad service..ordered an time at 9:19pm and till 11:10 pm status didnt change..when asked multiple times, got to know that it will be dispatched in couple of minutes, wrongly committed.. if you are feeling hungry go with other restaurants…this restaurant will inly increase your frustration…

Worst service. They did not deliver all items as per the order. Waste of raising ticket either.

Ordered Chicken Biryani on 08 Jan 23. The Rice and Chicken were both half cooked, Poor experience.
