and
I
generally
don’t
shop
at
Reliance
Smart,
we
do
if
we
have
to
pick
up
some
essentials
when
we
visit
the
Bhartiya
Mall.
Consistent
behaviour
is
that
the
workers
are
lazy
to
the
core,
the
guys
at
the
billing
act
like
they
are
doing
customers
a
favour.
Reliance
folks
should
learn
customer
service
from
Supermarkets
like
Lulu
and
Big
Market
in
the
Kothanur
area
which
is
so
close
by.
At
these
Supermarkets
they
will
pack
what
you’ve
bought
without
you
asking
and
most
times
offer
to
carry
it
upto
your
car.
In
general
you
will
experience
excellent
service.
Not
expecting
so
much
from
Reliance
Smart,
but
the
guy
at
the
billing
won’t
event
put
stuff
into
the
bags,
when
I
asked
him,
he
was
like,
“I’ll
do
it
if
you
want
me
to…”
in
Hindi.
It
was
annoying,
I
asked
him
to
put
them
in
and
he
was
trying
stuff
a
paper
bag
until
it
tore,
they
are
so
dumb
and
stupid.
I
don’t
have
a
problem
with
the
language
,
but
they
almost
insist
they
will
not
communicate
in
English
or
Kannada.
The
workers
at
Lulu
and
Big
Bazaar
are
mostly
Malayalis
and
they
make
an
effort
to
speak
in
Kannada
and
English.
Customer
service
is
at
a
different
level
in
Lulu
and
Big
Market.
Reliance
Smart,
you
are
so
backward
in
running
your
Supermarket.
Long
way
to
go
when
it
comes
to
customer
service.
I
just
noticed
that
you
lazy
fellows
are
cut/copy,
pasting
responses
for
all
the
feedback
here,
please
don’t
bother
responding.
If
I
see
a
copy/paste
response,
I’ll
know
you
did
not
even
read
this
far
