There is no option to give zero rating here or would have given that. Please do visit "Nakshatra Nestilo" on Whitefield main road before considering to buy any property from Signifa builders. Their engineering is next level. Third grade construction and quality. DO NOT even think to buy or you are screwed for life !! All the best

The existing project Nakshatra Nestilo by the builder is in pathetic state. The construction started before COVID may be in 2018 or even before but still there are water logging issues in ground floor as well as basement parking. So one needs to be very careful. What you get after investing hard earned money is not what they show in brochure. There are cracks in the walls. The workmanship is very shoddy. Their labour repairs cracks but the cracks keep reoccurring. Seepage also present in apartment walls. Very poor installation of tiles, the tiles can't be drilled through. Infact even the walls can't be drilled through. Curtain rods may fall off.. These issues are because of poor water curing at the time of construction. Issues are there even with electric wiring in the building.

Pathetic building and engineering quality. They will just take money and take no ownership. They have done same at Nakshatra Nestilo and we residents are suffering. With 2 hours of rain only, there is huge water logging at basement causing damage to all vehicles and water is entering ground floor hour causing damage for all cars. There is no proper drainage system, STP does not work properly, open legal issues. I would urge the builder to close open issues properly.

I wouldn't recommend Signifa Builders to anyone after my experience with their apartment complex, Nakshatra Nestilo. Despite investing a lot of hard-earned money, we faced numerous issues with the construction quality, drainage system, water seepage, and delays in maintenance services. The builder's service was very poor, and to top it off, some flats have legal and fraud issues, making it impossible for us to form an association. I'm sharing my terrible experience here to warn others before investing in any property from Signifa Builders. One star.

Poor response from builder, few issues are still not resolved after 2 years of flat registration at NAKSHATRA NESTILO Whitefield with repeated reminds. Every time rain water used to stagnate at basement car parking, left with damaged compound wall (don't know when it falls). Still not resolved. Once all flats are sold out, builders work is done. After the registration builder will not bother at all, flat owners become scapegoat and fate. Just think of your hard earned money before buying flat here, be ready for future unforeseen such issues. Think before ink.

This project is signifa Developers having excellent track records of Service provider and construction in Banglore. This apartment is situated belthur in a very good location near 2km form Hope Junction and coming Metro Station Whitefield Am very happy to purchase in this project.

Builder previous project is in pathetic condition, project completed 2 years back but buildings issue not yet resolved. Walla cracking water clogging during rainy days etc. Kindly thInk before investing

Builder is not standing behind their product. For the amount of money we paid , we deserve better . Basement floods every time it rains. Temporary fixes will not solve issues.

Many common issues are still pending at builder’s previous project “Nakshatra Nestilo”. Basement gets flooded, lots of seepage issues in common areas and there is no action from builder to fix the issues. I would not recommend this builder to anyone in-terms of purchasing an apartment.
