All test in one place was promised and that’s why we came here …it is just a shadow of the whitefield branch …there is lack of coordination, long waiting time …not adequate place to sit …lack of experience people to address concerns ….one nurse doing eye ear check up …ear check being done in open area …only voice raising customers are treated well …though I see lot of areas covered here …even adequate technicians are found wanting …there is an unwanted pressure created by the staff to do TMT instead of ECHO as they don’t have technician to come on time …although that being said I see some good staffs here especially the ultra sound section…I feel no one should spent time at this centre as it’s a disorganised centre …

Walked in for my daughter’s booster shot today, probably a bit late and rather than pushing us out, the entire staff asked us to wait until a fresh vial gets opened to be administered per norms. They were so considerate that on their own efforts the critical mass was gathered within 10-minutes and my daughter’s third-booster got injected. Great service orientation and my sincere thanks to this super team 👍

Already added my worst experience of today and hence reducing it to one star. I would suggest to stay away from this Clinic. They are really unprofessional team. they all are sitting just to collect money. no clarity at all with their service. I went this facility for my mother flu vaccination, and for a particular brand as i don't want to change the brand every time. before going I have asked them over phone about the brand availability and after a long wait they confirmed it's Available with them and when I reach their clinic after 10 - 15 minutes of my call, they immediately refused as the brand is not available with them. This is how is their treatment style. My mother is 66 and a cardiac patient and to get the vaccine she has to stop one medicine (Acitrom) for a day and get the PT test done before any injection or vaccine. i had no other choice at the clinic and was forced to take that other brand vaccine. Please please stay away from RxDx.

I go here for general physician consultation. Dr. Belliappa is an experienced doctor. His prescription after detailed analysis is really helping me to be of good health. Positive: 1. Staff are approachable and are polite. 2. Multiple speciality at one place 3. They have a cash back scheme called swasth. Do check it out before any doctor appointment to save on your hospital expenses. 4. Has good connectivity.

I had went there for my mother physiotherapy session under Dr Ujjwal and I am very much happy with the entire session. We have taken 10 session from him and throughout the process he was very kind enough to understand my mother's problem and concern and address them accordingly. I would suggest you to take a prior appointment before you visit for any doctor to avoid any confusion. The place is very easy to locate. You can easily get a bike parking however four wheeler parking can be little tight. Now coming to why i rates this medical center a two star. The immediate impression as soon you try to get into the building is a foul smell throughout the building due to the used tray kept by the Domino's outlet just in ground floor scatter all over the lift lobby. It's horrible and it makes the place so dirty not sure why the clinic authority don't address this. I have personally seen cockroaches roaming behind those trays and it's disgusting. However my overall experience with RxDx is good.

Exceptional experience at RXDX Kodigodi, Bangalore! From the organized setup to the professional coordination and smiling staff including Ms. Sandhya, Naira, Lata, and Dr. Pujanwita, every interaction was courteous and prompt. I may miss few names but they all were amazing. Today I went to take covid vaccine booster dose with family including kids. Was a little skeptical about the place before reaching there. But the place was very neat and well maintained. Staff was also very friendly. Over all nice experience.

I would prefer to give 0 star. Had booked an appointment(Dr Sunil Keshu) and received a confirmation mail as well for appointment at 1 50 pm. After visiting where there is very minimal parking facility and climbing 2 floors , receptionist informs doctor has left the clinic and was available only till 1pm.They are yet to update the appointment slots in the portal. They asked us to go for teleconsultation. If that was the option we prefer why would a patient come physically to the clinic. Worst service from Rxdx kadugodi clinic.

Met Dr Parvatha few days ago, another Dr with God complex, she thinks a patients job is to just follow what doctor says don't ask questions. Especially anything that makes sense and tough ones to answer. Just because you studied medicine in UK does not make you superior human being does it? Have some humility. Consultantion means discussion not one way dictation. And yes google knows more than you it's a fact.

Very pathetic service in Ultrasound test. We were asked to come by 12:20 and after reaching and making payment was told to go to 2nd floor where ultrasound happens. Initially no one was there after sometime a lady took our slip. Waited for 1 hr then had to ask her ,how much more She said she don't have my slip. She had misplaced it, i had to search slip in the room and gave her She had mixed our slip with some other file. Still nothing happening then had to go to receptionist for help. After some time they called our name. But once we entered the room some other person came saying he is waiting for 2 hr, get his test first. Now we are still in waiting mode. It has been two hour for simple ultrasound with no visibility when it will be done

Good : The hospital is new. Bad :(1) No space for parking. (2) Costly (3) you hv to multiple follow-ups to get the reports.(4)Dont go for kids' blood tests ,dont have good staff for kids.(5) overall below average.

Worst experience ever, everytime we visit they give us same medication, couldn't see any difference. After taking the medicine for fever and cold my health condition worsened, I had to visit another clinic for better medication. Please don't waste your time and money.

For consultation charges payment you have to stand in queue. Fine. Then after doctor recommendation for blood test patient has to again stand in queue (for payment). Medical shop charges medicines at MRP. If it is not urgent go with some local medical shops who give 10-12% discount on medicines or try online platforms. Overall bad experience.

Doctor attitude is not good, instead of focus on patients. His first question was whether you paid money for tests or your company sponsored. And after that he told me clearly he will not answer all my questions/doubts as I already seen my test reports and I had lost of questions. Hence it looks like totally loss my money. I am not sure with this attitudes how I can recommend others.

Parking is a major problem. They don't have dedicated space. Doctors are fine but better to go to the main RxDx near Graphite India for wider choice of physicians. Interior maintenance also needs improvement.

One star for the branch inefficiency for not being able to conduct all tests required. While making the payment also it will not be told. Only when half of the tests are done they will inform about remaining tests to be done in another branch. Patients have to make their own arrangements to go to the other branch for remaining tests as per RXDX given time! Also, no parking available. Waste of time and harassment for patients. Please avoid this branch.

Its a walkin to clinic for my booster dose vaccine. Got my vaccine short with out much delay. It's a token system but not much waiting. Got my vaccine shot within 10 minutes. Overall experience is good

It’s my first visit to RxDx. Myself and wife took a comprehensive health package with RxDx on 02-06-2022. The facilities and medical equipment’s are good at Whitefield branch. However, they don’t have female doctors for certain tests to conduct for my wife and asked us to go for male doctor(Radiology) else come back at evening hours which was not expected from RxDx and at least they should have mentioned while taking the package. Hope, hospital will fix this issue. Dental screening is just a name shake, not even a minute. Staff behaviour is very good specially, Mr.Shashi Kiran coordinate’s very well and kind too. Also, Mananda who took a special care. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Vijaya (GP) who took an additional time to call back us and clarified our report queries in detail . Thank you so much doctor Their customer care support needs to improve a lot and response time, specifically no one lifts the call.

Great service. Called up for asking if they administer vaccination for Precaution Dose. Was called in return giving me a slot, had to wait for sometime to get the jabs. The hospital is neat and clean.

Came here to take booster vaccination dose. Process was smooth and efficient. Would help to come 20 minutes earlier than the walk in time, which is presently 1pm to 3 pm, Monday to Saturday. That way you can be done faster.

The hospital does have a NON functional lift and asks senior citizens to climb 2 floors to get physiotherapy sessions. By the time if the senior is able to walk up they will feel no need for session. 😀 Worst the staff does not know and communicate crudely with one saying lift will be rectified today and another lady staff saying that because there is no electricity the lift is not operational. Just wanted to keep you aware thar if you can't climb you might want to go to other hospitals.

This is just like any other bad service place, for routine check up which was scheduled 1 week in advance,had to wait for technical staffs. It is not about waiting in long queue of people,it is about waiting for their services because they have not arranged staffs on time. Not even average. Initial enquiry before booking appointment,was told 2.5 hours and it has taken 5 hours already. When I went to meet doctor for consultation,he wasn't listening at all,using his mobile,in attitude,no attention to patient,says go it's fine,not listening to concern s. Dr. Ujjal is very good and co-operative doctor. He is an experienced physiotherapist. The treatment was great and I got a relief from the pain. RxDx Kadugodi branch is very good. Staffs very supportive.

Seriously disappointed with the service. I had taken appointment for liver doctor at RxDx Kadugodi who visits weekly. After waiting for one week just half an hour before they told me the doctor will not be there. It happened two times. Seems like the doctor only visits if there are enough patients and doesn't care about individual patients. No professionalism from RxDx.

I had come in your hospital on December 2022 for my foot pain. Physician suggest me 5 days medicine and told me dip your foot in warm water twice in a day for a week . And he said there is no big problem. It will fine very soon. But even after one month, my foot is not fine.

I recently visited rxdx kadugodi for physiotherapy and i am used to come here for all medical issues. They r taking gud care and proper response for all our queries and treatment given. I went recently for hand issue and mr Ujjal has taken gud care and gave proper treatment and now i can feel the difference than before. He is knowledgeable and experienced in physiotherapy which helps us in getting better day by day. I strongly suggest Mr ujjal for all physiotherapy issues in rxdx kadugodi.

Pls stay away from this Hospital for any Home Vaccine service. They call 10 times for payment after payment you have to chase them like anything to send the person that also they sa y too many excuses. Thier call center don't take any pwnership and this specific branch never pickup the phone so it is better to avoid RxDx if you want peaceful vaccination process

Very pathetic service. I don't understand why they are taking mobile number and email id. There are no updates after report is ready. This review is for Dr Jewels, paediatrician.we consulted him for our daughters high grade fever for a week. He was disinterested to hear us and also in a hurry to make us leave.we meet him 3 times in a week for our daughter as the fever was of 103 but no test and solution prescribed. Finally, we had to admit our baby in hospital and after 4 days stay she has recovered.it was an unnecessary stress for us due to ignorance by the doctor...I wish he could have spend atleast 5 mins to understand the issue

I had a great experience at RxDx Kadugodi. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and well-equipped. The entire health checkup process was smooth and thorough, and it took around 4 hours to complete. I received my reports on the same day, and the doctor explained everything clearly and patiently. RxDx Kadugodi - Never doctors are coming on time. They will come at their own convenience and patients has to wait for hours with bad health. It was not the case years back. I have been to RxDx for last 9 years. With so many branches now, i feel the degradation in quality of service and punctuality of doctors

The treatment and consultation about my knee problem has been quiet prompt and comfortable. Thanks for the convenience with which I am able to move in day to day activities without any trouble , for the last five months , after your expert and specialised advice from time to time .

My experience with Dr.Jevel Ahmad (f pediatrician) my kid was very bad. He is a very rude. It's ok to be rude if u do the examination properly. He actually pretended to use the otoscope and that too in totally wrong way. I know this as I am a doctor and know the basics of otoscope atleast. Over the top of it , his behaviour was very very rude. Will never recommend anyone to go to him. Rest staff is fine.

Pediatrician Dr. Jewel Ahamed is very rude. Doesn't know how to handle kids. He was asking me the temperature data for the whole day as if I am sitting for a practical exam. He clearly told me that without that data table, he cannot diagnose. Not even bothering what symptoms I was informing him about my kid.No humanity. No value for money. Suggest better go to a normal clinic than this arrogant doctor.

Pla avoid going to this pathetic service clinic, I went to for urgent case, and they are not at all serious about patients condition, receptionist is referring to get checked by nurse, who couldn't see that I was bleeding from mouth.despite me explaining her, had to wait so long to get referred by doc, they don't understand urgencies if someone is bleeding. I have been to this hospital twice, i am happy with service. Only drawback is the will give so many test for simple diseases like fever. I also had a physio of 5 session from dr ujjawal . I had shoulder injury in gym and doctor treated so well, It was an old 1 year injury now i feel comfortable and neck and shoulders pain gone in just 5 session. Doctor was kind and discussed all the problems related to injury. I will recommend for physio but not for other problems.

Went to rxdx emergency on 15th feb 2020 by 11.30 pm after spraining my right foot near the fingers. The doctor in emergency was quite indifferent, wrote the symptom as pain in ankle and ordered an xray. The xray they took was of the right ankle and not of the right foot where the fingers can be seen. After paying the bill, when the doctor saw the xray, he said its the "wrong" xray. And instead of asking to get a new xray, he asked to come the next day and consult an ortho. We went to another hosp, the made the correct diagnosis and the "correct" xray, gave meds and advice and we were sent home. What kind of doctor is he if he cannot even make the correct diagnosis when we explicitly showed where the pain was and anyone without a medical degree could see where the swelling was and could order a correct xray? Just pathetic.

My appointment with Dr. Pradeep Haranahalli has been cancelled twice. Both the cases, I heard from Rxdx stuff that doctor's appointment has been cancelled due to unavailability of doctor for his emergency leave. First of all, if the very doctor is having so frequent emergency, they should have alternative doctor as well. Secondly, if doctor is not willing to come to clinic as no. of patients are not touching 10 or 20, then Rxdx should immediately replace him. Such unfulfilled of doctor's quota creates serious issue for patient (at least me) as I work in night shift and took leave from office twice to meet doctor but disappointed at day end. Having said that, such indifference is truly unprofessional as hope you know that getting leave in private job is next to impossible in some cases.

Dr Arun is amazing, he explained the situation and the prescription so well that made me relaxed and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dr Arun to everyone. Thanks RxDx.

Finally we went to different hospital and its diagnosed as numonia and we end up admitting in hospital lately. Not recommended

Am a regular Badminton and my shoulder is injured. I visited to this branch and cunsulted Dr Ujjwal physiotherapy dept in charge. I had attended some physiotherapy session which was including some electrotherapy modalities and followed by various kind of strengthening exercises. Am so happy that am able to join my friends group to play badminton with no difficulties. I must recomemd all sports person if you are injured must consult this dept and rehabilitated by physios at RxDx Kadugodi branch.

Got reference from my friend hence visited even after reading the reviews online , Dr. Arun was hesitating to speak only, once we explained the issue he nod his head and was looking into computer for 10mins then he straight away told to take typhoid test and other blood tests for normal fever which we reported , the highlight was he prescribed Dolo650 don't we know to take dolo650 ? Overal it was worst of the worst experience , i would never turn back to hospital again and will not suggest my friends to visit there .

I have enrolled for my wife health check up. While taking the payment they mentioned it LL take 4-5 hrs to complete the whole process. When visited the hospital we came to know that they don't have dental and ophthalmology facilities. Later they told they don't have gynecologist available and further they cant provide consultation on same day since their lab can't provide reports same day. I LL not recommend this to anyone.

It is an understaffed place and if somebody asks a query they are getting frustrated and behaving very rough. Do not take this place for health checks as it takes lot of time and not well organised. Staff behaviour not that great...!

not recommended.... the only focus is to get the lab tests done. I visited for normal fever and was asked to do the cbc, malaria, dengue and typhoid test. Typhoid was not at all accpetable as it has diff. symptoms. Fever lasts for atleast a week but you can't argue with a doctor. Won't be visiting ever again....

Arrogent, annoying n very rude pediatrician ...they only value for money ..no humanities...they argue with pateint if you ask about fee ... Very bad experience... Most of the medicine r always out of stock.. Even they charge bandage after vaccination n all... Unprofessional staff n baby Doctor.. They charge 500 fee for vaccination excluding vaccine charge... Today 13 oct 2019 10:50am. I just came for medical test for the 1st time and might be the last time . They have charged registration fee without asking and information. I just came for medical test no consultation and non doctor visit . Ideally they should only charge for medical test . Example - if i visit any pharmacy they only charge only for medicine not for registration. Purely commercial clinic or i can say SHOP . Poor service. Staffs are irresponsible especially about COVID vaccination. They created certain condition for provide a vaccination but no pre-intimation to visitors about those condition. Finally our time will be waste. Dont prefer this centre for Vaccination.

Horrible hospital.. No process in place and exorbitant cost .. nurses are hopeless and don't have iota of responsibility for timing .. they will give u appointment at some time but it's of no use .

We went for vaccination, it was not smooth at all and time taking as well. With prior booking at app, have booked a slot for 1-2 pm. But there we have to wait in a long line just to get a slip (waiting time 30+ mins) there were no sitting arrangements. Then for billing and payment we have wasted 30+ mins.

This branch is managed professionally. All the staff are serving good and one of the staff member, Mr.Yaarab is amazing in assisting patients and visitors. He has never turn down any of the requests or enquiries made to him. Always received the queries with a smile and helped.

It’s not a bad hospital. I’ve been there twice. They have scanning and other tests available there. It’s not a crowded place and waiting time is low. The first time, I had fever and the doctor prescribed dolo and tests for typhoid, dengue and all kinds of fevers. The second time we went for a ultrasound scanning of my wife which was fine.

I went to avail booster dose vaccination service and reached there at 2.50 pm and waited in a small queue to get the covaccine bill. They gave the time from 1 pm to 3pm. But didn't inform me that if I go in second half, I may not get the vaccine. So after waiting for 20 mins there in billing counter, they informed they will open the vaccine stock only if there are 10 peplople, at that time only 4 were there. They asked me to come again on Monday and said if people come at second half this happens but it was informed though.so I found this place very unprofessional.

The pediatrcs doctor (Ahmed) is not having comonsence, showing his attitude infront of kids.He is not having patience to listen parents and also explaning parents regarding prescribing medicine. He is perfectly fit for Jadibuti doctor not for a pediactrician. Worst experience in my first visit so concluding this as my last visit.

Pretty bad experience with Dr Jewel Ahmed. Fees : INR 650 Outcome: - Referred to another doctor. - Prescribed antacid (without diagonising why). Time spent : ~ 3 minutes Feels like just recovering money spent for studies abroad.

Visited Utrasound/Scan department in RxDx yesterday. It was very nice experience. Dr. Arpita is highly experienced and leaves no doubt during scan process.

Booked an appointment for a homeopathy doctor Sheetal, appointment time was 11, doctors appointments were available from 10-11:30. We reached 15 minutes, and find our doctor has not come yet, she came in at 11:30.

It's convenient as a lab. Dr. Gaurav Gupta is good as general physician. His treatment has helped me get better. He patiently listened to the entire history which the earlier physician ignored in hurry. Badly managed place. Noone receives the call at the provided numbers.

Had a very good experience both this year and last year for corporate health check up. Receptionist and nurses were all cordial and helpful, they respond immediately to our queries and there was not much waiting for any of the payments or tests. There was a coordinator for health checkup who was with us throughout the process and guided us from one test to the other as quickly as possible. Overall the process was smooth and I got notification for the reports on the same day evening on my phone. One star less cos the echo technician did not come on time on first day and I was in a hurry so I had to come the next day to complete that, the report was also not shared immediately as they required cardiologist signature which was expected only by evening. However the technician completed the test smoothly and without any delay when I came the next day although I came late. Will update the review once my doctor consultation is completed. So far the overall experience with this center is good.

This is one of the worst managed hospital in Bengaluru. They dont give appointments and ask to directly visit hospital. My mother had to wait for 4 hours. The lady at the reception is not following the queue as well. My mother was extremely unwell thats why i called the hospital first and asked them about the waiting time. I was informed that the waiting time is only 10 mins. I reached hospital in next 15 mins and the waiting time increased to 2 hours and eventually it took me more than 4 hours. There is no feedback box as well.

Tests were done in a good manner.. But except gynecologist no other doctor was assigned to explain reports due to which it was difficult to understand the other reports.

Recently I was treated for Dengue by Dr Gaurav Gupta in Rxdx Kadugodi. Dr Gaurav diagnosed and explained treatment and all my quarries very systematically. Very nice Dr and Good hospital. My family is registered in Rxdx from last five years for treatment of various diseases.

Visited this hospital for medical check up and has good experience. Overall process was smooth Coordinator Naina help us through out the process. Dr shailesh did the ultrasound and explained each and everything in detail. Overall good.

Great service. Went for pelvic scan. Doctor explained me well the exact problem which i didn't expect while scanning. Lab assistant Latha was very supportive and friendly. Good caretaker. I strongly recommend RxDx.

Very nice and professional staff. Got my complete body checkup here and it was very smoothly coordinated and done quickly, one after other with proper guidance and clear communication.

Had a very good experience both this year and last year for corporate health check up. Receptionist and nurses were all cordial and helpful, they respond immediately to our queries and there was not much waiting for any of the payments or tests. There was a coordinator for health checkup who was with us throughout the process and guided us from one test to the other as quickly as possible.

Good experience with the staff - Latha & Dr. Arpitha But for urine tests, there is a closed box inside which we have to deposit the package. Now I don’t know how many people have touched the box to open it or something and why a box system like that is in place. They could simply leave the box open or so.

Dr . Sailesh Kumar is wonderful guy and he explained me about each and everything very clearly and he is so cooperative . Latha (nurse) is a very cooperative person through entire process . Thank you very much for both of your support .

Highly recommend Dr Pujanwita Das. There was no appointment slot available still after knowing the concern and criticality she arranged a slot and completed my USG. Overall it was very smooth and quick. Also, the overall service is really good.

What an impatient and rude Physician. He was simply shooing away, my husband went for after test consultation and he did not even bother to examine the reports properly. (Informed him that we are moving to US and this consultation is important) but for my wonder he was not at all behaving like a doctor. Shame that this wonderful clinic and good support staff is getting bad name because of one person none other Dr Siddharth. (I even doubt that if he is still remembers Hippocratic Oath) We will have visit another hospital again, what a sad waste of time.
