One of the best places to exchange old gold and silver. They check for purity in front of you. Silver exchange is not a very nice ROI, the value depreciates too much. However, the value for exchange on the old gold is good. They melt it in front of you, remove the stones in front of you and then machine check its purity in front of you - all is transparent. Selection of small ticket items can be better though. The staff is great and gives as much personal attention as they can during busy business hours. Overall a great experience.

Danish named staff who sits in the 1st floor is very rash and patience less fellow . He back talked very bad behind my wife and after we question him he is answering in a very disrespectful manner . I went to the ground floor and gave a complaint to the manager. He made the guy to say sorry as a name sake but he dint took any kind of action and ignored it saying we will take care next time . I felt very helpless and dint expect this from joyalukkas. We don't expect any namaste namaskaras when we enter the store .. we expect a support when we face such situations in store . Good collections are available. Again, the making charges are very high. Dont hesitate to bargain on the making charges. In some gold jewelry, making charges is 20% on the gold value.

The collection at the store is unique and very diverse. We walked in on the last day of their discount season when the store was full of customers. Mr. Kaushik was very kind to attend to us patiently and help with our purchases. Overall very happy with the service.

Brought ear ring for 1 yr baby and collections was limited with 3 boxes. We selected one and liked it.

I was rating 3* because i feel something is wrong with the product normal stores charge 10-15% making charge whereas they are charging 22-25% on the same products which i feel is too much. Secondly the colour of the gold is faded and does not glow whereas other stores gold glows nicely..

Worst experience the sales persons faces we cant see when we ask them to show the designs. Faced many times we are not feeling to visit this showroom again. The sales person always not welcoming us or not showing interest showing the designs. They faces treat us like we are there enemies. Please teach your sales person how to treat customers when visiting the showroom. Show some enthusiastic will talking and showing designs. I visited same showroom in Phoenix mall which is total opposite to this show room.

Don't fall into the trap of 25% off on makin charges offer. They are playing their games over here. innerly they have fixed with 18% making changes and when we go there they will tell like this ornament making charge is 24% after discount you have to pay 18% , even if f you try to reduce the making charges then they will say madam we already giving 25% off offer it will be fixed we don't reduce than that. For all the ornaments they will charge you 18% making charges, so it's a completely trap.

You need to have lot of patience for shopping in Bangalore Marathahalli branch silver department. Inspite of telling several times that I’ve to leave early, still they took 30 mins to gift wrap and bill which is a piece price that means no need to calculate too.

Collection of ornaments are good. But they have to really work on their billing process and train their staffs well. If we go in the morning, it will easily take 6 hrs. to complete the buying that's huge time! Staff should be educated with scenarios like "What if gold scheme owner living outside India, on behalf of him/her someone wants to buy the gold".

Very disappointed, we purchased Ruby stone jewellery in first floor, when we went home and check there is damage in design flower, one stone missing. When I went they not allowing to buy gold in ground floor only in first floor we need to replace. For damage product also with in hours they not allowing. Be careful on stone items and making charges or on gram level(1400) per gram, don't buy first floor items, once u buy u can't replace what u want. They should allowed only similar stone product.

It's better to visit the store during the week day or before evening during weekend when its further less crowded and you get all the attention needed.
