I went here for complete interior cleaning.. they suggested to go with germ clean plus and charge would be 4000. And added external foam wash for 500.. location, product, infrastructure were good.. but after completion of work, Inside and outside many places dust was there. They were not even used masking tape to cover switches, push button etc wherever necessary. Poor superwising by service inchrge..Very poor service I had seen. Without dust clearance how 99.9% germs will go....? After car wash added few pics for reference.. very bad service

I visited them for 3M paint protection job. There were some issues with the way the job was executed. I requested them to correct the problem as it is prominent, thr owner was not willing to correct and I didn't like to insist them. paid premium price but got poor service.

1700 for car wash is overtly priced! Nothing extraordinary.. if I pay 500 for car wash he will put foot foot brown paper ..here they usednewspaper for foot paper inside the car. And interior cleaning is a shabby work .. these photos after interior cleaning .. I could have done better job with some soap water..

Gave Audi for detailing here. People are nice and welcomed me. Big place and well maintained. Hosts of Turtle products on display. Confidence inspiring place. Pricing is way on the higher side. The ceramic coat price given was 35k, though discounts were offered. The quality of work is sub par. When I picked up the car, many places were skipped, the seat stain marks were not cleaned well, the door had marks, the seat belts untouched, tyre dressing was average and the overall finish of the car was more like 3-step or 5 step wax and sealant treatment. Not worth the 25k that I spent there, I would have gotten this result in 10k basic detailing. The place was empty when I went there and that should have given me an idea of the place. -------- Update: I got a call from the workshop and they asked me to come down to rectify whatever issues I had. I visited them a couple of days ago. They tried fixing the car smell with additional cleaning and took care of knick-knacks. The customer service and follow-up are definitely appreciated. They definitely tried to get the job done. So improving the rating from 2 to 4, however, the fact that I had visited them again for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place is an area of improvement. The lady Vasanthi is good - and was patient enough to make the staff work and deliver quality work. If not for her, not sure how much of it would have happened.

Got my floor matting for my Creta costed at ₹350 / sqft , there are only two colours beige and black. They use only original 3m mats, you can see below the black is from 3m flexible easy dust collector and grey is from local market hard doesn’t collect dust costed ₹50 /sqft, they had tie up with 3m before and now turtle wax , superb quality and pricing& professional job

Took my XUV700 to KAR CARE Yelahanka for a Garware PPF application. Pleased with the results. The owners themselves handle the operations, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs. I recently got PPF done for my new Skoda Kushaq. Mr Ramakrishna Rao is an experienced and knowledgeable professional in car detailing and was recommended by Garware Films to get the PPF done. His service and flexibility was amazing and the overall experience with him and his staff was wonderful. There were some minor issues with the PPF, hut were promptly resolved and overall I am very satisfied with their work and especially their service.

It's now Turtle car care or something.... I opted for interior germ clean plus which includes soap cleaning the seats, floor, roof, doors and also the front AC vent cleaning. Costed around 4200₹. The seats and all were cleaned properly. The inside of the door cud have been better...

Yesterday I Opted for windshield polishing to remove water marks and instead I got complete mystery circular scratches over my windshield possibly due to poor Workman ship, which has turned my night driving from difficult to impossible!. Interior cleaning they charged for 2000 rupees, one can decide the level of cleaning in the photos. Pathetic service I have just wasted my hard earned money of 5400 rupees.

I interacted with Mr. Ramakrishna and had an amazing experience. He was very detailed for any query and was never in a hurry. He explained all the process and products in detail over call. I could not go through with my car PPF with KAR CARE due to some personal reason, but would recommend this place.

I recently bought a black car and was a tad worried about keeping it scratch free or at least minimizing that. I did my research about the kind of ppf films available in the market and narrowed down to KAR Care. Ram, the owner is a veteran in this industry and gives you an honest opinion about the pros and cons of ppf. As I live in Sarjapur Road and had a hard time getting to his place as I have a busy schedule, he was accommodating enough to send his team over to my place to get the job done.
