Staffs need to be trained on how to behave with the patients and their care takers. Speaking rudely without thinking they are in to service field. People in medicine counter are lazy and making wait for a long time - not bother to serve.

Poor experience without testing anything Dr. Geetha, from Pedatric , asking to admit patient for 15 days. Nothing done when putting 4 days of time in hospital,, it was really forced to admit 4 years kid just for fever and forcing for injections which was not needed.. Later on talking same case with private hospitals it was cured with medicines for antibiotics

Hospital with free consultation and charges for medicine and other tests. 24hrs service with gud behavior of staff and nursing. Dr. Rantana Kumari gynecologist attends patients with care. Don't expect 5 star facilities. It is real hearted service with such a big hospital and gud care with affordable services.

I could see few positive reviews but am not sure it's genuine/ paid review, based on my visit 1st time in this hospital. I came here for my mother master health checkup I wanted give some feedback based on my experience in this hospital. If I registered for master health check up still do i need to pay for some test kits?? Definitely NO but here need to pay for some test kit apparent from MHC pay. There is no proper guidance from representative, non propere documents to get next test Or guidance, and very poor management., Each test consultant they don't know how to treat patients and more over they make you walk for billing counter for some sort of form, even your try to explain purpose of test still they need some forms, I strongly suggest do not use this hospital for any purpose. Am not sure our be loved government give license to such irresponsible hospitals. Sorry we can not blame anyone because we all choose wrong people for right job, Very sad indians Very disappointed😞😞😞...

This hospital is a show that’s all. No doctors, just the interns are available to treat you. I went through an emergency with a head cut 8cm. More One hour they left the wound open and did not bother until my husband arrived though my mom was with me. Irresponsibility. Interns fight in front of the patients. I believe this should be got to higher management’s notice and corrective measures have to be implemented as this place is believed to be a hospital.

One of the best hospitals with efficient doctors and courteous staff. I first visited the hospital for my hearing problem. Treated very well. Consultation charges are free. We regularly go there now for any health issues.There is a sense of comfort and a feeling of being in safe hands.

Medical Representative are also first line health professionals.but your not allowing them atleast before two hour for OPD .why??? In Corona time we work a lot for patients benefits. Hi am mancy.h a day back my mother got admitted for observation in emergency ward for high diabetes after shifting form emergency ward to normal ward were charged 1000rs . We paid for all the tests without any delay. but for a emergency patient the reports were delayed so much if we ask for the reports and their response is very negligence.the normal ward were they charge 1000rs the toilet are horrible and all are Indian toilet the management doesn't have a common sense that patient doesn't able to walk by their own how can they sit in Indian style toilet . doctors are discussing within themselves we are not informed of wt the report status. We are very much disappointed by the service provided by this private hospital.any people reading this they can take it as a advice, suggestion or feedback please don't come to this hospital.there nurse are using rubber gloves instead of arm belt while taking blood samples.

Recently my mother got admitted here for dengue positive and discharged.We are very happy and thankful to Doctors Sanjana Rai and Rakshtitha S R for the indepth case study and the treatment they gave.We were not aware that what was the issue since the patient was not having dengue symptoms.they identified the root cause in a step-by-step procedure.We are feeling proud and thankful to them.There are few issues to notify that blood bank is not having coordition with doctors and veryrude with patients. will not explain in a proper way and medical lab reports are delayed that need to be imporeved.few staff nurses will not give any instructions to patients what to follow and what not. Thanks to the east point medical team for the coordinated treatment you gave.

i have visited the orthopaedic section at east point three times now, but i had to change my consultant on the second visit, as I was told I would not be allowed to see him as it was not his opd day even though I could see him sitting in his cabin, so I was forced to change my doctor. But i am so glad my consultant got changed as i am certain i got an upgrade with Dr. Rajavignesh. He is a compassionate and caring doctor who took the right amount of time and gave my grandad the right treatment. He has been suffering with spine issues since 4 years but doctor explained the cause clearly to us and with some lifestyle changes that he suggested, my grandad has recovered a lot in just 4 weeks. I think every patient who visits this hospital should go to Dr. Rajavignesh or at least someone like him. They don't charge anything as opd fee which is good. The hospital is kept clean and hygienic. The staff nurse and attender shanmugam uncle were also very helpful. Thumbs up for this hospital.

My wife had severe leg pains and we went to East Point hospital for treatment . The Ortho specialist recommended consultation by Neurosurgeon and Dr. Mahendra ( Sr Neurosurgeon Spine ) confirmed Tarlov Cyst. She was operated on 19th Aug 23 and discharged on 22nd Aug 23. I would like to convey the following here : 1. Dr. Mahendra was excellent in explaining the procedure to us in detail, and after extensive examination & consultations, my wife was taken for Surgery. Visited this hospital on my friends recommendation to meet Dr. Rajavignesh for my ACL and medial mensicus tear. I underwent operation under Yashwasini scheme. The insurance process was very smooth. I was made to walk next day after surgery and was discharged within 3 days. I am now normal and have regained my activities. Doctor explained the procedure well.

I had a shoulder dislocation and underwent surgery. After the surgery I had to go to for physiotherapy and that is when I met Dr. Vinay Pathak. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle patients. He is very calm and you can ask him any doubts regarding physiotherapy. He also gives home therapy/home visits on request. I would anytime recommend him for physiotherapy. I have referred many of my friends and all are happy with his treatment.

Don’t go by reviews, one of the worst hospital not even hospital (it’s only for name sake) they have all interns or not even doctors here without much experience. Especially this college ( not hospital) is not equipped for any emergencies at all…. All are students who has no experience and high chances are you will lose your loved ones here and all you will end up with no explanation and only reason that there might have been some medical complications. Hi I am MR Lokesh from Andhra Pradesh Kuppam. I have several Health issues in my body like liver and kidney issues and jaundice also. i have Visited multiple hospitals like St John's and Vaidehi and other private hospitals and they didn't provide any good treatment for us some of my friend suggested to go to East Point hospital so I went to the hospital and admitted in ICU for some days they have taken care of me very well the provided a good service for me. Consequently every 2 hour or 3 hours doctors are visiting regularly and providing good treatment for me especially Dr.Pradeep and Dr.Anil. I was admitted in the task metal totally 1 month and 2 days after coming out from the hospital I was totally changed and I was able to stand and walk normally. Now my family and my children's are very happily li living together. If you have any critical problems go on visit this east Point hospital. They will provide you a good treatment and check up for you. Here Hospital fees is very less and their maintenance is very good and their maintaining their permesis very cleanly and healthy so kindly visit this hospital if you have any health issues. So everybody visit that hospital cover your health and leave happily I believe with your family and childrens Thank you

My wife was admitted for some gynac problem under obg -1. The doctors are good, the operation was successfully and the treatment was very good. Now she is feeling good and she is to the normal state.

Cardiologist and Nephrologist missed finer detail in test which was caught by doctor in Jayadeva Hospital. Resulting in changed medication but lost 6 months of time. 1 General doctor scares you to go for test outside and asks to come to his clinic for treatment. Medicines are prescribed based on which company is sponsoring it. Not what’s best for patients. Consult doctors but to get better understanding of your problem. Do some of your own research. But if it’s heart related then better go to Jayadeva Hospital.

Not up to the mark in the aspects of the tests , where reports are late although when the patient is in emergency, the way of performing the scanning or whatever is too late and moreover have to improve the efficiency in time saving which benifits in all the aspects.

I had a minor surgery last week for which I was refered to East Point, The hospitality was really great, Surgeon Ravikar handled my case and every frequent interval, doctors and nurse visits me for my comfort, Price was reasonable, and at the time of Discharge, they made sure I had all the formalities ready by themself. My sister aged 69 years who stays in an old age ashram was taken for free medical check with medicines . After she was discharged they had prescribed medicines which was not given to her but was asked to As she does not have any source income she was helpless with the hundred rupees given for transport and medicine.Her ashram is in Kunigal

Clean place, all the staff of the hospital right from security, housekeeping, doctors and nurses are polite and welcoming. Treatment was explained in detail and was carried out well with atmost care . They charged only for the medicine other part of treatment such as doctor consultation, food and bed are freely provided. Patient - Vijayalaxmi Kadambar We are impressed by the dedicated and excellent service rendered by the neuro surgery team helmed by Dr. Mahendra and assisted by Dr.Shruthi and Dr. Wadhera. The surgery carried out by them - L3 - L5 decompression - gave tremendous relief to my mother-in-law who had severe disability in normal walking. Now she is able to walk. The care provided by the nursing team in special ward 6 was very good. We are also grateful to Dr.Pradeep who guided us to get admitted in the hospital and gave medication for control of patient's sugar level.

Went for cardiatic and ophthalmology checkup. Been advice to see doctor post quick registration with no cost. Got consulation with Qualified doctors. She advised procedures which was absolute nessesary and gave full explanation of possible causes. It's a medical college hospital so you will see consulting doctors as associate/full professor. Specialist consultation ( cardiologist) was available at nominal cost and hospital is very well managed and very cleaned. Got ecg, eco test done in 30 min. Test is almost 50% less cost compared to hospitals like manipal etc. Within few hr full carditic screening was done. Very satisfactory experience. No unnecessary waiting time and test procedures, hospital is well equipped in terms of supporting staff, doctors and labs and medical equipments. Not seen many well functioning hospital in India.

Had visited the hospital for my father’s treatments@11:30pm only interns were there and were not get ready to get him admitted for the treatment and asked to come the next day for the tests. We insisted to get hospitalised as insurance would get covered. No proper response from was given and most importantly no proper treatment was provided to the patient at the emergency ward. Most importantly the intern themselves recommended us to get admitted else where as there are no proper facilities. I seriously doubt about 5 ratings that’s been given. Hospital hygiene is not at all good.

We are very to thankful to staff for their concern and care provided during our stay at hospital. We had consulted the Gynaecologist Dr Ratna Bulusu for our condition and got admitted for the same. All the concerned staff took a good care of us and operated for the same. They regularly kept a close eye on the variations in my health. Also the nursing staff were very keen in looking after us , sending investigations on time and informing the doctors as and when required. We are thankful to all doctors for the cure we have been provided.

I had regular check up since from my 1st to last month of delivery. Doctor n staff plp r to friendly. They check each n every information throughout pregnancy will sort out everything. I was admitted for 1week, they took good care especially night shift plp It's was nice experience👍
