Good place to purchase as they provide price match option from Amazon/Flipkart but few items they will not have in stock. I went to purchase Apple Watch SE 40mm, They have the watch for display but there is no stock to purchase. They asked us to wait for 4-5days so that they will get the stock. Good staff behaviour. Place is well maintained.

I was not expecting for chroma, Hubli to have have this iphone 12 pro max mobile at their store, sincse it's the latest mobile in iphone, But surprisingly it was there, I have compare the price with online Amazon and flipcart also, there was no difference in price, hence with 5k cashback, I decided to buy from the store. Coming to staff of chroma, it's seems they are not customers friendly, their approach towards were not so good, seems very casual, hence they need to improve this. When we think about a brand from Tata it gives a feeling that we've come to the right place. I visited Croma last week to buy a printer. None of the sales person came to attend us and nobody was interested to sell anything there. Many of the sales persons were in their own world and enjoying talking to each other than attending the customers. Sales guy who sold me the printer was very less informed about the product he called someone and tried to collect the info. Even they are not interested to do the billing after you decide to buy a product. They make you feel like a stupid and less important. I didn't spot store manager so that I can reach out to him for my problem. Funny thing is that even the security guard who suppose to verify the bill before leaving the store was less interested to do his job. Overall I felt like wrong people are being given the jobs while the needy ones are left out. Croma should seriously consider training their staff for customer attending experience, products they offer etc.

service is very poor. You can purchase but installation will be huge headache. Their number is always busy, call center don't know anything. Better to prefer place which deliver and install at ease.

Products are good and all latest version, explanation about the product is really good and serving is better. but be careful in billing counter that person's don't know how to handle money and how to count they have misplaced my 500rs and they argue like we are wrong in counting. So plz be careful while making payment 🙏

Visited the place to buy laptop but unfortunately couldn't find the HP laptop I was looking for. They have very few models of the laptops there. Also couldn't find the Samsung watch to try it out. Croma should look into adding more models of laptops there. Over all its pretty decent to buy other electronics.

Products are good.. but maximum people working there are arrogant..and nobody cares about customers... very poor service... one star is also too much for this....
