I was left deeply disappointed staying at this Hotel. They just claim to be 4-Star Hotel. They don't deserve to be in 4-Star Category. a) Rooms was outdated, it was very small, had stains on base of bed, AC and lighting had issues which they couldn't fix it after multiple requests. Showers in bathroom is outdated. Bathtub had stains. b) The breakfast options were limited and taste is dismal. South Indian / North Indian breakfast is prepared by chef who doesn't have even basic clue on food preparation. c) Being 4-star facility, they don't have indoor / outdoor play area for Kids. They only have a room with 1 Carrom, 1 PS4 and 1 Chessboard. d) Swimming pools are closed by 6:30 PM which is shocking. All in all, please avoid. It's not worth the stay for price they charge. Staying in 2/3 Star hotel nearby is far better than this hotel.

Rooms can be better for the price we paid. Room service is very good. Food is very expensive and quality is not worth the money. Very limited food options in Veg and South Indian style considering this hotel is primarily in South India. Dining space is small. Basic facilities can be improved like accessories in bathroom, room lighting like bathroom light is continuously flickering and cannot turn off due to loose connection, No centralized AC vents so they provided split AC options and it doesnt cool the room uniformly, door knobs are broken, TV doesn't have any paid channels, Toilet is pretty old, car parking is also small. Swimming pool is good but closes by 6 PM or so. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous. This hotel is not worth to be 4 star.

Being a great hotel, I would like to see a self service Coffee stand with small snacks that is refilled every few hours. Room phone service was not good, no one could hear on the other side. This was not fixed while we were there. Knowing a luxury hotel and guests will have drivers for transportation, it is disappointing to know there is no facility for drivers to stay.

One of the best hotels in Hampi. Meant for families and for those looking for mid segment luxury hotel. Hotel rooms have good views, good service and great food options. Very good parking space for cars.

Our trip to hampi had just one bad spot and it had to be this hotel. We had a package that included breakfast and dinner buffet. During our 3 days stay the rooms and accomodation was excellent but everything else was bad. The rooms were not cleaned everyday, the complementary tea and milk were not refilled unless requested for . The buffet were extremely bad. The quality of food was okay but the service was non existent. During breakfast buffets we were not able to get any live counter options because people just wouldn't be there. We had to wait for plates for mote than 30 minutes sometimes. The staff it seems was compromised of only students and that too who were overworked. It was extremely chaotic. One star because i can't go lower.

Rooms are not very well maintained. A very old and unmaintained look is very obvious when I entered one of the room. My colleague have a issue of water unavailability at bathroom. Food at room service is also not good I found.

Service is amazing, breakfast spread was nice with live music, very near from the railway station. Don't give your car to valet parking, park it on your own. I don't feel the guys know much about cars.

Very good hotel we stayed here for a week and the hospitality and the service has been top notch. The pricing is dynamic. we have a lot of food joints nearby, so we didn't face any difficulty w.r.t food. The wifi is super fast and the rooms are very spacious for 2 people. The ventilation is good.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the truly wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that your staff cultivated. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings created a comfortable and luxurious environment. The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The thoughtful amenities provided in the room added an extra touch of convenience. The breathtaking view from my room was a highlight of my stay. Whether it was watching the sunrise or enjoying the city lights at night, the panorama was simply mesmerizing. It truly enhanced the overall experience and made my time unforgettable. I must commend your culinary team for the outstanding dining options available. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Each dish I tried was a culinary delight, and the presentation was impeccable. The dining experience at [Restaurant Name] was a true gastronomic journey that I will fondly remember. Moreover, the service provided by your staff was exceptional. The genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness of every team member I encountered contributed to a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you for creating a hotel experience that goes above and beyond. I will certainly recommend to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning in the future.

Disappointing Experience at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience We had at your hotel. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of the expectations we had for a reputed establishment like Royal Orchid. Firstly, the cleanliness standards were subpar. The room we were assigned to appeared to have not been adequately cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains in various areas. This lack of attention to detail left a negative impression right from the start. The service was another major letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs. Requests were met with delays, and the overall attitude of the staff did not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a hotel of your caliber. Additionally, the service was subpar. Staff members appeared indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. Requests for assistance were met with delays, and the overall level of hospitality did not match the standards I anticipated from a hotel with the Royal Orchid name. Moreover, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food quality was mediocre at best, and the restaurant service was slow and unorganized. This aspect significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay. They just need money with no proper service. I had hoped for a pleasant and comfortable stay at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti, but unfortunately, the reality did not align with our expectations. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and consider making improvements to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

Amazing experience at Royal Orchid. I would suggest it to anyone traveling to hampi, that they must stay here. Hampi is just 15minutes from this hotel. Plus eating options around this place are many. I absolutely loved my experience at Royal Orchid.

I had made a booking through Agoda a month in advance and due to this I has received discounted prices. However only upon reaching there the hotel clearly discriminated me with the other folks who had booked the hotel through other websites for a higher price and gave me room in the backyard of the hotel. These rooms are not maintained and the AC does not work. When questioned as to why a room was not allotted in the main building, I was just informed that its sold out. The second day I noticed that a guest was checking out from the main building and demanded that this vacant room be allotted to me but was shunned away stating that this room was already allocated to some other guest who were yet to arrive. They clearly differentiate based on how much one pays for the room. There are far better hotels in the area where you would be treated better and with dignity.

Good hotel to stay in Hospet and 15-20 min drive to all major attractions in Hampi. High time for hotel to renovate the room furniture and other infrastructure. Breakfast menu is good but can be improved by adding few more options.

Me and my daughter had to visit Hospete for 4nights/5days and we got a steal price when we booked this hotel via our club mahindra membership. The hotel is located right next to freedom park, and is perhaps one of the best hotels in hospete with MLAs and other dignitaries preferring to stay at this hotel. Our stay was a mixed bag , though more good than bad. Car park is great, room checkin was good. We asked for good rooms and were giving the front facing view.Bad idea. As the room/windows aren't soundproof and if you are a light sleeper like me you might wakeup due to dogs barking or truck honking at night, maybe take a room at the back next time. But the room service was great. The cleaning lady very helpful. Good tea/coffee options in room ,ample space ,great wifi. The highlight of our stay however was the food. This was perhaps our first trip where we ended up eating all our meals in this hotel. Not for lack of option, but because the food was simply outstanding. Chef Ripson Walia has been able to serve the essence of Punjab on the plates. Breakfast buffet is great with good juices, dosa, paratha/bhature, bread etc. There is slight variations in buffet everyday so no monotony. In lunch we always took the combo of dal/rice/tawa-paratha/sabzi . A great homely feeling lunch option. Dinner we tried biryani/pasta/north india options and were never let down. The restaurant floor was well managed by saurab who always had a smile on the face even when there hordes of MLA supporters in the restaurant, and our table was well served mostly by Mujafar ,who was was energetic The only small issue was at checkout , where we were asked to checkout at 12pm,while we wanted to the same at 2pm considering there was Bangalore bandh that day and we wanted to start a bit late. Hopefully hotel management while following rules would be a bit more considerate in future. But I will definately drop by for quick food if I am ever passing by the place. Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.

Good place to stay when visiting Hampi. Slightly overpriced. Food is strictly OK not bad but not great either. Service is average. Front desk personnel are very helpful in all respect. Limited and that too open parking.

Booked for a day with 9,200 package for two rooms. It was inclusive of the breakfast and Dinner buffet. Food is okay but be careful while eating, I found a golden thread while eating a snack item. When checked with Chef he said, it's one of the thread from the bags which hold the potatoes or veggies. Rooms are old, no matter what will you book. So don't have much expectations. Beware as the hotel is near the railway track and hence from early morning or time to time you will start with a train wooohooooo sound. Ask for connecting rooms if you are travelling with family. Bathrooms don't have the smoke detector, tried and tested. Overall paying 19ish for two rooms is not worth it as most of the day you will be in an around.

Excellent hotel in Hospete. Ideal location for stay if you are visiting Hampi. Well maintained rooms, good service and excellent food, especially breakfast. They have a large pool as well which is clean. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

I took the Executive Suite which provided the much needed additional space, especially the bathroom (which was as large as a moderate room in Bombay). The east-facing patio is the perfect place to watch the sun rise. Like the last time, i took the breakfast plus dinner package and was absolutely blown away with the spread, taste, and service. Chef Wadia is a gem. Try the unlimited chaat option! The food and the location make this a better option compared to the Hyatt. The more boutique-y places seemed Instagrammable but I cared more for the amenities.

We stayed for 3 days during our trip to Hampi. The hotel is in hospet around 11-12 km from Hampi. The hotel is very good with all the 5star amenities. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Toilets too were clean and with adequate size. The rooms have a good view of swimming pool or the outdoor lawns n greenery. The breakfast spread during our stay was exquisite with wide food variety from South Indian food to continental. All the South Indian preparations were lip-smacking. Even the dinner buffet was at reasonable price with wide variety in all courses. All the staff from front-desk, dining to house keeping were extremely helpful and made sure to have a very comfortable stay for us. 😊

Rooms are ok type, bathroom of room no. 215 has given a health faucet on the wrong side. Room boys are good at service, Bathroom needs to be renovated for the price they charge. Only bedsheets were washed, the pillow cover was the old one and smelt a bad odour with a lot of hairs on it.

This is an aged hotel looking glitzy from facade but largely needing refurbishment of large scale or considerable overhaul from it's infrastructure , maintenance of rooms, swimming pool surroundings, lawn, main entrance of compound, rooms and food. More so due to the amount of money they charge doesn't fit for the 3 or 4 star tag. Food in particular needs some taste upgrades even the basics of dosa, idly and chutney included. Though the traditional music played by invited flute + table artists was refreshing. Room requires major upgrades as they seemed be without stopper support for main door, washrooms are clunky, so are taps of washbasin and magnetic locking key cards. Swimming pool was still large, nice and clean but it's surroundings were filled with pigeon menace including the washroom entrance of shower area. Capsule Elevators are spanking clean, so is the entrance / reception with valet. Staff needs to be more supportive though they were still trying to the best. Location being next to railway station or City bus stand and newly opened freedom park in Hospet town is fine.

I had booked dinner for around 60 people at a very short notice and the way the hotel responded to it was amazing. Special thanks to Mr Jadhav, who went out of his way and made this event a great success. Food, arrangement, service , name a thing and it was excellent. Thank you Mr Jadhav.

Wonderful location and very pleasant stay, a luxurious room having value for money, the resort has the best extra bed service ever availed. All the services are best with a little bit of improvement in Buffet services, and check-out process. You can easily book this stay for 2-3 days and explore Hampi,

I would rate 5 star 🌟 considering hospitality and service provided. Place is very close to hosepet railway station and all greenery behind Minor hiccups while checking in , felt no one came to receive and help luggage may be due to marriage function going on. Food was tasty and served well Property is little old but this is best in hosepet under average pocket. Overall enjoyed it. Recommend with no doubts.

Friendly and well groomed staff, large rooms , good location to visit Hampi and near by attractions and tourist places. Ample parking. Beds are of foam but ok. Linen needs to be replaced with new. Part of rooms furniture needs some upgrade /repairs. Toilet fittings look a bit rundown - perhaps pandemic impact. Breakfast is basic but decent and well prepared South Indian spread. A bit expensive on food, but many other choices of restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I must admit that service was really good, but the variety of food options was very less, besides quality of food and taste not up to the mark. Taste can be improved in a better way. One of my other observation was bathroom fittings in the shower is not good, the case is same with the other rooms which I booked for my cousins. Otherwise location is quite handy and easily reachable.

Very good star hotel in the heart of Hospet. Seems to be extremely popular amongst tourists. Room cost is quite high though. Place is clean and has a good buffet for meals. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also good, but may need a touch of better maintenance. Very comfortable stay. Would visit again during our next trip to Hampi. Best part is that it is walkable distance from the Hospet train station.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I must admit that service was average & the variety of food options was very less & repetitive, besides quality of food and taste not up to the mark. Taste can be improved in a better way. One of my other observation was bathroom fittings is not good. Otherwise location is quite handy and easily reachable. Not worth the price given.
