Best place for family to spend , for kids they have seperate pool and for adults too. Enjoy rain dance, and dry games like train ride for kids upto 12 years, trampoline,bull riding, for adults go carting, food is Lil bit costly better go with full pack home made food. Parking area well maintained.

This place is really amazing. It’s on the high way, whereas Google maps shows inside the Sandur village some slum. But this is on the high way, please contact resort for directions. The stay is amazing with clean and neat cottages. The food was great with very friendly staff. The property is very big.

A good place to hangout for a day. we can't expect more for rs 200. Place needs maintainance of water park as well as restaurant. If you wanna stay there with kids you should be well equipped with eatables as nothing much will be available at that restaurant and preparation may take hours.no etables nearby and also medical help.otherwise the staff are polite and helpful.also no mobile network is available and no intercom facility... you have to walk from your room to get any small things

Good spot for rejuvenation. But only for kids. Don't expect much entertainment as this is a very small amusement park. It has the following games to play for kids. 1. Rain dance spot, 2. Two water ponds for kids. Adults can also play of course! 3. Bull ride. 4. Train for kids 5. Dashing cars for kids. 6. Jumping spot for kids. 7. Jumping spot for adults. Pros/ Amenities are menities available are swimming dresses for rental, locker facility, Changing rooms for gents and ladies, toilets for ladies and gents, big parking space. Cons: 1.Forget about WiFi, even mobile network is not available in this park. 2. There is a restaurant here but it won't serve you immediately. You have to struggle just to give them order. They just don't care about customers even though this restaurant is empty. They keep on saying you that we need some time to serve your order (which can range from 39 min to 2 hours). I suggest please plan for your lunch/ snacks somewhere and don't rely on this restaurant inside this park. 3. Cleanliness is very poor. This park location is superb as it is surrounded by big mountains but management have not been realized this. Hopefully it will in future.

Except swimming pool every other activities are stopped including restaurant. You can spend one hour in pool then nothing to do there. So don't go until new management starts.

Place is located nicely and had a good swimming pool but not deep. It has rain dance which we have enjoyed a lot. Price is little higher side

A very beautiful place surrounding the beautiful nature Entrance fees Rs.300/- timing Morning 10am to 5pm must visit once.

Rooms and location is awesome but service is poor they need to improve a lot

The resort is really beautiful and has a lot of activities to keep you busy. The water park was really fun. The only issue was that the resort did not have mobile signal or wifi. If plan to commute to Hampi you might want to consider a resort closer to Hospet as the commute takes over an hour

Small and beautiful place to stay.

Not ideal place to visit humpi every day we have to drive 30 km one side for site visits Food facility is very poor., its least functioning big property which is located at remote place. All the time you will see rash driving mining dump trucks moving all around. Its bit Scarry after suns set. Lots of wild animals moving around Manager and staff polite and helpful ready to help with their limited resources. DO NOT BOOK IT THROUGH OYO THEY HAVE DISCONTINUED THEIR oyo BOOKINGS AND OYO HAS BECAME A BIG FRAUD now a days still they are issuing bookings with discontinued partners and making people fool.

Worst maintenance, suitable for local visitors. Not suitable for family.
