Do
NOT
book
if
you
are
a
disabled
individual
with
a
Service
Animal
or
you'll
be
ILLEGALLY
charged
for
your
Service
Animals
stay
if
you
do
not
comply
with
their
ILLEGAL
request
of
proof
of
said
Service
Animal.
If
I
could
provide
a
zero
star
rating
I
would.
This
location
and
the
employees
working
it,
specifically
the
man
with
dreads
and
the
elderly
Caucasian
women
that
has
red/orange
hair
and
glasses
,
need
to
be
updated
on
the
legalities
of
Service
Animals
and
disabled
individuals
that
have
said
Service
Animals.
The
lack
of
education
on
these
matters
and
attempt
to
charge
said
disabled
individuals
just
shows
the
amount
of
ignorance
between
these
two
employees
and
it
greatly
inconveniences
those
disabled
persons
who
are
attempting
to
pay
for
this
locations
services.
By
attempting
to
OVER
CHARGE
a
guest
for
a
"pet
fee"
for
a
Service
Dog
if
they
did
not
provide
proof
of
said
Service
Animal
being
such,
they
discriminated
against
this
individual
and
his
accomodations
AND
legal
rights
needed
for
himself
and
his
Service
Animal.
The
representation
of
this
company
given
by
these
employees
and
how
they
treat
disabled
individuals
with
Service
Animals
is
ridiculous,
unprofessional,
illegal,
and
can
be
seen
as
discrimination
against
individuals
with
disabilities.
Is
this
is
the
values
that
this
company
represents,
it
will
be
known
not
to
use
this
companies
services
and
especially
this
location.
Whoever
runs
this
company
should
be
ashamed
to
employ
people
who
displays
such
ignorance
and
lack
of
knowledge
in
regards
to
the
disabled
community
and
their
working
Service
Animals.
Especially
when
working
in
the
hotel
industry
where
you
have
any
and
all
type
of
guests,
including
those
with
health
issues.
The
unfortunate
treatment
of
said
disabled
individual
was
again,
not
only
ridiculous,
but
illegal
once
"proof"
was
requested,
as
any
individual
with
proper
knowledge
knows
that
it
is
illegal
to
request
proof
of
said
Service
Animal.
These
employees
need
handled
properly
AND
if
employment
is
continued,
they
should
be
HEAVILY
educated
on
the
topic
of
Service
Animals
and
the
legalities
behind
what
CAN
and
CANNOT
be
asked.
