First off they don’t tell you you can’t pay online so when you show up you have to pay cash. (Paid for a month) Second the bed in the room broke and it was a hassle trying to get another room or maintenance to come and fix it. Third my motorcycle was stolen off there property and I had parked in front of two cameras. When I asked to see the tape along with an hpd officer they told us the cameras where I had parked did not work. There are also no signs stating they are not responsible for damages or theft. Our room was moldy and there was no bathroom door. Kids constantly running up and down hall at 2-3 am. Elevators don’t work. Fridge was moldy house keeping does not come even when asked. A lot of the staff here do not care to help the customers, and are very rude and disrespectful. I also requested a bottom floor room as a wounded vet it’s hard for me to walk up and down stairs and they still put me on the 4th floor. The. At check out I paid 1150 dollars for my stay and it was horrible.1100 for the room and 50 for deposit and I only got 40 back. When I asked why I was told I only paid 40 but my receipt said otherwise and it was signed by a staff member.

To tell you the truth I wouldn't even give it one star. I made reservations online for a week's stay with a room downstairs due to my boyfriend being in a wheelchair. Get the the next day in the morning and was asked to come back at 3, due to no bottom rooms. Went back at 3 and thinking I had a bottom room. They informed me that they don't honor Pricelines reservations. I ended up paying more money plus a $40 deposit. After I paid he told me my room was on the 2nd floor and there were no elevators. This place not only don't have elevators, it has no ice machine, the beds have no support, the ac didn't work nor did the toilet or bathroom sink. And all they said was they would send maintenance. 🙄 after staying the whole week we never seen a maintenance person, but we did hear several more people complain. I wouldn't make this place even my last option.

This place is so nasty, it's mold all over the walls, stains on the sheets, it have a mildew smell to the in the hallways and inside the roomThe carpet is so filthy. I wouldn't even bring my pets to this place and on top of it all they have roaches. Never expected a 5 star hotel but the lease they could have done was have the room cleaned for the amount they are charging it's crazy never ever again SMH

The staff were sometimes nice. But this hotel is really bad. Every room smelled like tobacco or weed. I saw two mice in one night. And they still were not willing to give me a refund.

Well, I don't know. There's a place to finish or place to start, but let's try. But I'm looking at the other reviews. And there's people to say that they will give this place as to me. Would be a very high revery single grotesque review. That is on this page is true and to the 10th power at 7 pied. Multiply 1 million times here's the worst part. I have stayed in hotels in the worst areas of Monterey, Mexico and I would much rather stay there. As I'm writing this review. I'm laying down and I can't go to sleep. I'm looking at a TV with a blue screen. Because it doesn't have an antenna or anything of jump to I have never seen a microwave that has electric plugs on it. But this one does this is weird, but this 1 does. Oh, this is weird. I just went to try to operate to microwave. It also doesn't work. The refrigerator has Mold in it. It does not work. I have worked for some of the most cruel people in the world. I've seen the roughest toughest place. Has them all beat and make them look like paradise alley

It wont allow me to give a zero star, this was the horrible motel i have ever been to, it was almost 1:00 AM and we entered this, done with all the payment and they allotted the room. No elevator, we took the steps and opened the room, it stinks and there are roaches all over the restroom, no light and immediately went to the front desk and left from this haunted motel.

Everything about this place is a JOKE. We checked in and were sent to a room with a hole in the wall. When we asked if they were aware of the hole in the wall (i could have fit my entire body through it) we were told "oh yeah I'm just doing some repairs." We told him we cannot stay in that room with mold, open hole in the wall, dust in and out because we have a 8 month old baby! They moved us to another room easily. We get to that room, bathrooms are actually clean so we felt okay about it. I get my son to sleep and lay him in a bassinet on one of the beds. I try to lay down and get some rest...I can't because the AC DOESNT WORK and it's 85 degrees in the room...then I look over at my baby to make sure he's not sweating and I see FOUR SMALL ROACHES crawling near his bassinet. The place needs to burn down. We left immediately and slept in the car. Do not go here!!!!!

Poorly taken care of. There are roaches everywhere. It takes them way too long to come clean the rooms. I would not recommend staying here

Do NOT book if you are a disabled individual with a Service Animal or you'll be ILLEGALLY charged for your Service Animals stay if you do not comply with their ILLEGAL request of proof of said Service Animal. If I could provide a zero star rating I would. This location and the employees working it, specifically the man with dreads and the elderly Caucasian women that has red/orange hair and glasses , need to be updated on the legalities of Service Animals and disabled individuals that have said Service Animals. The lack of education on these matters and attempt to charge said disabled individuals just shows the amount of ignorance between these two employees and it greatly inconveniences those disabled persons who are attempting to pay for this locations services. By attempting to OVER CHARGE a guest for a "pet fee" for a Service Dog if they did not provide proof of said Service Animal being such, they discriminated against this individual and his accomodations AND legal rights needed for himself and his Service Animal. The representation of this company given by these employees and how they treat disabled individuals with Service Animals is ridiculous, unprofessional, illegal, and can be seen as discrimination against individuals with disabilities. Is this is the values that this company represents, it will be known not to use this companies services and especially this location. Whoever runs this company should be ashamed to employ people who displays such ignorance and lack of knowledge in regards to the disabled community and their working Service Animals. Especially when working in the hotel industry where you have any and all type of guests, including those with health issues. The unfortunate treatment of said disabled individual was again, not only ridiculous, but illegal once "proof" was requested, as any individual with proper knowledge knows that it is illegal to request proof of said Service Animal. These employees need handled properly AND if employment is continued, they should be HEAVILY educated on the topic of Service Animals and the legalities behind what CAN and CANNOT be asked.

You pay for what you get. The elevators are broke. I had 4 mice in my room along with roaches. Staff are terrible and lie to you just to get you out there face. They have been robbed twice . And you do not get your 40 deposit back. They will tell you it be returned in 7 days. That's a lie. Then they will say it smell like smoke in your room when the room already smells like that when you get there. It was just a terrible stay and the staff are rude. They will talk all your business in front of whoever. And last thing the police lives over there. Please don't waste your money over there. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! For 5 or ten more dollars you can find a better hotel. I DID!!

I am not prejudiced at all. Place is managed by either arabs or Indians from India from what I can tell. This place is disgusting. Booking.com recommended this place. Terrible condition. Pool is green with algae, not maintain. Rooms are hot as hell no AC . Rooms are very dirty. Oh my this place is so disgusting I left. Don’t come here or don’t use booking.com. You will be upset and extremely mad as I was.

To be honest, you get what you pay for. It’s a cheap hotel in a good location central to major venues in downtown. At check in, I was able to look at my room before putting my card on file for the deposit. Honestly, just ask for clean sheets when you check-in and it’s fine for a temporary one or two night stay! Hopefully when you check-in, Catalina will be working! She is awesome and super accommodating. Just make sure you manage your expectations when you book.

I think the ratings say enough even though they're on the generous side. Unfortunately the place shouldn't even be operating at the same time when you need a roof and you only have a few dollars I suppose it's best just to be grateful there is hot water for a shower and a roof to stay cool or warm or dry. Jus' sayn' and honestly I seen worse.

Please be aware that you get what you paid for. From the room to the service. & they have the audacity to demand a deposit for a room that already comes trashy 💀

At check in Tina serviced me with professionalism and awesome courtesy. My check in time wasn't till 3 pm and she was able to accommodate me before with no extra charge. Best service from her that I've ever received and I'm a frequent traveler. I've stayed at many places and although this is no Marriott hotel... but prices and service take it all. Thanks Tina for your excellent service!!

First just walking in side looks sketchy at best waiting in line a man was complaining bout not having a TV in his room?? and that's not the worse part we was placed on the 4th floor mind u the only elevator they had didn't work walking down hallway smelled of urine and enter room the lights switched for room didn't work I immediately went down stairs and ask for my refund and ran for the hills outta that dump they should be ashamed charging people $80(included $40 deposit) a night they should be ashamed calling themselves a hotel I seen homeless shelters in better condition then this place you better off going to a better hotel and paying a lil extra

Need to spray the rooms down cause it's roaches in your room and in the bed when you are sleeping and waking up in the morning. I'd was killing them last night and this morning without going to sleep until 6:00am..

I stayed a couple of weeks there and it might not be a 5 star hotel, but the staff is nice and does its best at helping their guests as much as possible. Thank you for everything. I had little birds by my window every morning come sing while I watched ‘saved by an angel’ on tv. The A.C. worked great and the hot water in the bathroom was super hot and great pressure. There is a nice Mexican restaurant next door too. Noe Huerta

As my excursion through Houston continues due to transport miscommunications I happened upon this place. The front Desk Receptionist Catalina was so welcoming and empathetic and made sure I get lodgings. The 'home away from home' feel she gave this place made me stay there for a couple of days just to understand her amazingly wide knowledge of not only tourist spots but the hole in the wall restaurants where I discovered some taste of Houston ( it will take years to have the audacity to say one knows the true taste of Houston- so I won't even dare.) So come on down and Catalina will be your guide.
